采用Trace pro软件对柚果及配套传送托盘模型进行光学仿真分析,设计一款适用于柚果在线检测的传送托盘。通过结构优化和材料替换等方法,对仿真结果中辉度/照度值较高的托盘模型,进行实物加工。柚果置于不同类托盘上,自主搭建光谱平台分别采集柚果漫透射光谱进行试验对比。以试验结果最优的托盘配合柚果进行光谱采集,光谱经预处理,连续投影算法提取光谱特征波段,建立柚果可溶性固形物含量的偏最小二乘回归法的预测模型,最佳预测决定系数为0.957;预测均方根误差为0.271°Brix。结果表明,模型的预测能力好、预测精度高,传送托盘设计合理。 相似文献

Numerical simulation on the condensing effect of suction slot in compact spinning with lattice apron
In this paper, a geometrical model is built by the actual structure of a condensing zone in compact spinning with lattice apron, and a fluid dynamics model is designed by FLUENT to study the numerical simulation of flow field in the condensing zone of straight, oblique, and deformed suction slots. The result shows the laws of airflow static pressure and velocity distribution of three kinds of condensing zones. The difference of distribution between compact direction and adsorption direction of strand is stressed on, which is helpful to make a deeper study on the mechanism of compact spinning with lattice apron and provide a theoretical support for the optimal design of suction slot. 相似文献

The identifiability properties of the Baranyi model for bacterial growth were investigated, both structurally and applied to real-life data. Using the Taylor-series approach, it was formally proven that the model is structurally identifiable, i.e. it is now ascertained that it is certainly possible to give unique values to all parameters of the model, provided the bacterial growth data are of sufficiently good quality. The model also has acceptable practical identifiability properties in the presence of realistic data, which means that the confidence intervals on the parameter values are reasonable. However, there was a relatively high correlation between the maximum specific growth rate μmaxand the suitability indicator h0. An optimal experimental design to improve parameter estimation uncertainty was worked out, using the sampling times of the microbial growth curve as experimental degree of freedom. Using a D-optimal design criterion, it could be shown that the optimal sampling times were concentrated in four time periods (initial, start and end of exponential growth, end of experiment), each providing maximum information on a particular parameter. Because the optimal experimental design requires a priori estimates of the parameters, the propagation of the parameter uncertainty into the experimental design was assessed with a Monte Carlo simulation. In this way, 95% confidence intervals could be established around the optimal sampling times to be used in the optimal experiment. Based on these intervals, a design was proposed and experimentally validated. Integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) systems are a promising technology for power generation. They include an air separation unit (ASU), a gasification system, and a gas turbine combined cycle power block, and feature competitive efficiency and lower emissions compared to conventional power generation technology. IGCC systems are not yet in widespread commercial use and opportunities remain to improve system feasibility via improved process integration. A process simulation model was developed for IGCC systems with alternative types of ASU and gas turbine integration. The model is applied to evaluate integration schemes involving nitrogen injection, air extraction, and combinations of both, as well as different ASU pressure levels. The optimal nitrogen injection only case in combination with an elevated pressure ASU had the highest efficiency and power output and approximately the lowest emissions per unit output of all cases considered, and thus is a recommended design option. The optimal combination of air extraction coupled with nitrogen injection had slightly worse efficiency, power output, and emissions than the optimal nitrogen injection only case. Air extraction alone typically produced lower efficiency, lower power output, and higher emissions than all other cases. The recommended nitrogen injection only case is estimated to provide annualized cost savings compared to a nonintegrated design. Process simulation modeling is shown to be a useful tool for evaluation and screening of technology options. 相似文献
