目的 建构信息时代背景下3D打印技术助力文创产业协同发展的路径。方法 首先研究信息时代的到来对文创产业发展产生的影响,接下来分析了3D打印技术的特点,以及3D打印在信息时代中的发展趋势,最后推导出从内容升级到体验、搭建分布式制造网点、鼓励众创式设计、通过加强社交属性主动制造需求、提供定制化服务、从供给侧出发培养储备人才的文创产业发展路径。结论 信息化时代背景下“科技+文创”是文创产业发展的切入点,3D打印技术的介入有助于文化信息的传播与实现,通过产业间的不断融合,定能推动文创产业走向蓬勃发展的道路。  相似文献

目的 基于消费者需求、运用体验思维提升连锁超市自有品牌形象,促进"兴龙广缘"企业发展.方法 通过梳理连锁超市自有品牌形象体验触点,剖析现代消费体验需求下的品牌体验与传播范式更新作为指导,对实践案例"兴龙广缘"自有品牌进行痛点分析,提出现代消费场域下品牌形象提升策略.结论 连锁超市自有品牌发展需要贯通设计思维、产品思维与体验思维,关注当下消费需求:在品牌视觉语言层面上,从单一的品牌标识印记到系统的品牌符号体系;在产品层面上进行多层级档次区分,以此辐射现代消费群体多层次需求;在品牌触发路径层面上进行线下店铺内多感官体验传播,线上多渠道数字化升级,从传统的口碑式传播到互动体验营销,以此提升品牌形象与竞争力,助力我国连锁超市市场发展.  相似文献

目的 针对目前国内城市吉祥物形象直线的传播方式以及造型设计雷同,缺乏个性化表达等问题,创新城市吉祥物设计,推动城市经济文化产业向前发展。方法 深入发掘城市内涵,并且将城市地域特征与历史文化相结合,让吉祥物成为一个城市的代表。在造型设计上注重赋予吉祥物灵魂,注重五官的传神与内心状态的传达,利用三维表现方法,借助VR技术,在吉祥物与观众之间搭建网上交流平台,多角度多层次地将直线的吉祥物形象传播形式转变成互动循环传播模式。通过这一创新理念设计出的吉祥物既具备鲜明的个性特征,又能传达城市文化精神内涵。结论 只有创新吉祥物造型设计与设计传播方式,才能使吉祥物具备独特的吸引力,更好地被大众接受,从侧面有效地传播城市文化理念,推动城市经济发展,提升城市在国际上的知名度。  相似文献

目的 基于产品包装对产品的保护、营销作用,探究包装设计在互联网时代的迭代创新设计。 方法 用互联网设计思维,重构设计要素,适应新的设计法则,从营销策略和设计方法上分析研究当代产品包装创新设计的新特征、新变化以及未来产品包装设计的多种可能性,思考产品包装创新设计的新发展、新思路,最大程度地去满足消费者的需求,乃至创造需求。结果 互联网时代产品包装设计,更注重娱乐营销,品牌建设和人文情怀的回归表达。结论 在互联网时代,包装创新设计要紧跟时代的步伐,变中求异,唯有“变”才是永恒不变的。因此,只有熟悉包装设计新变化、新特征及未来可能性,设计师才能时刻保持敏感性,才能拥有更加敏锐的艺术洞察力和创造力,考虑生态、社会、经济的共赢理念。  相似文献

目的 探究ViP设计法则在健康康复领域的指导意义,以及在ViP设计法则指导下康复情境设计的创新策略。方法 主要采用类比分析法,将VIP设计法则中的主要理论及思维模式与康复设计领域的独特性进行类比分析;并通过垂直思考的方式,依据ViP设计法则中愿景级、交互级、产品级三大基本层级,在健康康复领域的设计过程中形成一个构建未来康复情境并与三大层级相互对应的设计策略框架;最终采用案例研究法,对所构建的策略体系进行价值检验。结论 通过研究发现,在ViP设计法则的指导下,提出了构建未来康复情境的设计策略框架,该框架包含了塑造康复中心“舞台导演”角色、建立患者与产品互惠共存关系、强调产品个性与交互特征协调统一三大设计策略,能够为未来康复医疗设计领域的研究提供新的设计思路和愿景描述。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
