针对退役汽车保险杠塑料回收利用问题,提出了塑料喷丸表面除漆与回收料改性再生的技术方法。通过有限元仿真和实际除漆实验研究了保险杠表面塑料喷丸除漆的过程,仿真与实际实验结果说明了在80 m/s的垂直喷丸速度下,可以有效去除保险杠表面油漆,并且基体材料不受到破坏。在保险杠除漆回收料中添加聚丙烯(PP)新料、纳米蒙脱土(nano-MMT)、PP接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH),通过双螺杆挤出机制备改性保险杠回收料,并测试了其拉伸与弯曲性能、缺口冲击强度、洛氏硬度和熔体流动速率,发现在除漆回收料/PP新料/nano-MMT/PP-g-MAH质量比为7/3/1/1的改性再生配方下,改性回收料的各项性能基本达到同级利用的标准要求,退役汽车保险杠材料的价值利用梯度得到提高。  相似文献

塑料对人类社会进步和经济发展发挥着重要作用的同时, 塑料的大规模生产和使用不可避免地产生大量的废旧塑料,无疑对地表水、土壤和海洋等带来严重的污染。塑料污染已成为全球可持续发展的挑战。传统物理回收法难以满足环保和资源化的要求,发展高效化学回收资源利用势在必行。文章针对8种典型量大面广的塑料如对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚烯烃[含聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)]、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)等,梳理了当前国内外废弃塑料的化学回收资源化利用研究进展,特别是近10年内的新技术,对废弃塑料化学回收再利用技术的开发有一定的参考借鉴意义。  相似文献

通过物理方法对废印刷电路板进行回收处理,研究了将非金属粉作为填料应用于聚丙烯(PP)复合材料时其复合材料的力学性能。当选用300目以细的非金属粉填充PP复合材料时,其力学性能得到了很好的提高,其中弯曲模量最大增幅为143%,弯曲强度最大增幅为69%,拉伸屈服强度最大增幅为59%。表明将非金属粉作为填料填充聚丙烯复合材料是一种可行的非金属粉利用方法。  相似文献

本文综述国外塑料包装放心弃物回收利用技术进展概况,其特点是重于有利环境保护,同时注重成本实用化,重要性并不亚于降解塑料。塑料回收利用标志技术可简化回收利用工程工序,提高有效回收率。回收的重点是聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯和聚酯。回收前处理技术、单纯再生技术、复合再生技术,合金相容化技术、工厂内自行回收技术、材料减量技术和重复使用等实用性技术值得注意。提高回收利用有利于促进塑料工业发展。  相似文献

The pyrolysis of the waste polypropylene (PP), the waste ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and their blends has been carried out in a fixed bed reactor at 500 °C. The effect of different ratios of the waste EVA in the waste PP/EVA blends on the thermal degradation of the waste PP was investigated in terms of both product distributions and liquid fuel properties. The compositions of pyrolysis products were characterized in detail. The liquid products from the pyrolysis of the waste PP, the waste EVA and their blends were analyzed using different analytical techniques and fuel properties of pyrolytic liquids were investigated in comparison with commercial diesel. There were no synergistic effects between products from the waste PP and products from the waste EVA. While the ratio of the waste EVA increased in the waste PP/EVA blends, aromatic content of the pyrolytic liquids increased and subsequently paraffinic content of the pyrolytic liquids decreased. In addition, the boiling point distributions of pyrolytic liquids derived from the waste PP/EVA blends were found to be similar for all tested ratios of the waste PP/EVA blends.  相似文献

出一种废尼龙6短纤维预处理方法。采用这种方法能提高短纤维与废PP基质的粘合性能并改善短纤维在基质中的分散。当粘合剂用量为短纤维用量的20%,短纤维长度为8mm,短纤维用量为6份时,环氧化天然胶乳和PP接枝马来酸酐增容处理废PP/废轮胎胶粉复合材料的拉伸强度有很大提高,短纤维起到了明显的增强效果。  相似文献

利用差示扫描量热法结合Avrami方程研究了聚丙烯(PP)、聚丙烯/聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐/废印刷电路板非金属粉复合材料(PP/PP-g-MAH/废PCB粉)的非等温结晶动力学行为,根据Avrami方程的Jeziorny法和莫志深法对数据进行处理。结果表明,废PCB粉在PP基体中起到异相成核作用,提高了PP的结晶温度,使其成核速率加快,晶粒分布变窄,结晶速率增大,但当废PCB粉含量过多时,复合材料体系黏度会增大,使PP链段扩散迁移并进行规整有序排列的速度受到影响,导致结晶速率下降。  相似文献

Nowadays the economic recycling of waste tires has become a global challenge. The use of waste tire powder as a dispersed elastomeric phase in a polypropylene (PP) matrix offers an interesting opportunity for recycling of waste tire rubber. Compatibilized PP/(waste tire powder) composites are microcellularly processed to create a new class of materials with unique properties. Recent studies have demonstrated the feasibility of developing microcellular structures in PP/waste ground rubber tire (WGRT) composites. Microcellular PP/WGRT composites are prepared by an injection‐molding process using a chemical blowing agent. In this study, cell sizes, cell density, void fraction, and mechanical properties of the composite foams were measured, as well as the shear viscosity of the unfoamed composites. The influence of various compatibilizers and processing temperatures on cell morphology and the mechanical properties of injection‐molded PP/WGRT composites were investigated. It was seen that the addition of maleic anhydride‐grafted styrene‐ethylene‐butylene‐styrene (SEBS‐g‐MA) increased the shear viscosity of the composites. The void fraction and cell density of the PP/WGRT composites increased with addition of compatibilizers, whereas the average cell sizes decreased. A processing temperature range of 180–195°C gave finer microcellular structure and regular cell distribution. Blends of maleated polypropylene (MAPP) with high contents of waste rubber powder, namely ground tire rubber and waste ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) powder, were used as impact modifiers for polypropylene (PP) based composites with different reinforcements (hemp, talc, and milled glass fiber). Adding reinforcements led to increase in modulus (tensile, flexural, and torsion moduli) of PP, while its impact strength decreased noticeably. Impact modification of PP‐based composites was successfully performed via inclusion of MAPP/waste rubber compounds, especially compounds containing waste EPDM powder. Inclusion of such impact modifiers increased impact strength of composites over 80%. The effects of impact modification were more significant for hemp‐ and glass‐filled composites compared to composites containing talc. However, slight decrease in tensile, flexural, and torsion moduli (up to 30%) of the composites was also observed after inclusion of impact modifiers. POLYM.
