A vision system for the automatic assembly of electronic components is developed. The vision system presents information about positions, orientations, and quality of rectangular-shaped electronic components in real time. The orientation is detected by the windowed Hough transform along with a simple edge-detection method, whereas the position of each component is determined by using the projection method with dynamic thresholding. In addition, real-time implementation of the vision system in which multiple central processors are used for parallel processing of the algorithms is described  相似文献

为了减少高速公路汽车连环相撞事故给人民生命财产带来的损失,本文提出一种基于无线传感器网络的车辆事故无线预警系统。本系统利用三维加速度传感器和陀螺仪实时监测车辆运行状况,检测事故的发生;一旦发生事故,则采用短距离无线通信与GPRS通信两套通信方案同时进行预警,一方面使事故发生地附近的车辆及时收到预警信号,提高警惕,采取措施,避免连环交通事故的发生;另一方面通知高速公路管理中心,及时处理事故,疏导交通。  相似文献

To meet the demand of surrounding detection of a humanoid robot, we developed an omnidirectional vision system for robot perception (OVROP) with 5 Degrees of Freedom (DOFs). OVROP has a modular design and mainly consists of three parts: hardware, control architecture and visual processing part (omnidirectional vision and stereovision). As OVROP is equipped with universal hardware and software interfaces it can be applied to various types of robots. Our performance evaluation proves that OVROP can accurately detect and track an object with 360° field of view (FOV). Besides, undistorted omnidirectional perception of surroundings can be achieved through calibrations of both monocular and stereo cameras. Furthermore, our preliminary experimental results show that OVROP can perceive a desired object within 160 ms in most cases. As a result, OVROP can provide detailed information on surrounding environment for full-scope and real-time robot perception.  相似文献

测试设备是某水下航行体重要的地面保障设备之一,只有经调试检查合格的水下航行体才能够执行实航试验。为增强测试设备的系统可靠性水平,提高水下航行体的准备效率,在测试设备的设计阶段采用FMEA方法,对主要的故障模式、原因、影响和严酷度等进行了分析;同时采用层次分析方法和加权平均模型进行危害性综合评判,找出了潜在的设计缺陷和薄弱环节,并在设计中逐一得到了改进和优化。实际运行情况表明,测试设备的平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)大于800小时,虚警率小于2%,证明提出的模糊FMECA方法,在提高测试设备系统可靠性的工作中是切实可用的,能够为设计和改进提供有力的理论支撑。  相似文献

为了克服基于PC平台的指纹识别系统体积较大、可移动性不佳、不便于携带等不足,对嵌入式技术实现的指纹识别系统进行研究。对指纹识别算法进行分析,从硬件与软件两个方面着手,使用S3C2410微处理器与MBF200指纹采集传感器为硬件核心,拓展必要的外部设备,设计完成指纹识别系统。经过实际测试,该指纹识别系统具有实时性好、识别准确率高的优点,体积轻便、便于移动,为同类产品的设计研究提供参考依据。  相似文献

文中提出了一种集成了GSM通信技术和图形用户界面的智能电力计量系统。该系统通过优化设计的智能电表实现了对低压用户的准确电力计量和潜在电力偷窃检测。所设计的智能电表采用了先进传感器和微控制器实现低压电能消耗的准确测量,并借助GSM网络将计量数据实时提供给供电公司并使用图形用户界面显示所检测的实时用电数据。测试结果表明,所设计的智能电力计量系统能够准确测量用电数据和有效检测潜在电力偷窃行为。  相似文献

Engineered heart tissue (EHT) is a potential therapy for heart failure and the basis of functional in vitro assays of novel cardiovascular treatments. Self-organizing EHT can be generated in fiber form, which makes the assessment of contractile function convenient with a force transducer. Contractile function is a key parameter of EHT performance. Analysis of EHT force data is often performed manually; however, this approach is time consuming, incomplete and subjective. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a computer algorithm to efficiently and objectively analyze EHT force data. This algorithm incorporates data filtering, individual contraction detection and validation, inter/intracontractile analysis and intersample analysis. We found the algorithm to be accurate in contraction detection, validation and magnitude measurement as compared to human operators. The algorithm was efficient in processing hundreds of data acquisitions and was able to determine force-length curves, force-frequency relationships and compare various contractile parameters such as peak systolic force generation. We conclude that this computer algorithm is a key adjunct to the objective and efficient assessment of EHT contractile function.  相似文献

北斗卫星单次短报文通信数据量及服务频率限制了长预警信息数据的传输。针对该问题,通过研究预警信息数据协议,设计预警信息压缩传输系统。为了提高预警信息传输效率,设计一种基于固定位长和RLE算法的混合压缩编码;为了提高预警信息传输成功率,设计基于预警信息压缩包的传输协议。此外,利用图形界面语言Qt完成人机交互界面并实现了预警信息压缩包的解码。最后,设计基于误报避免机制的预警信息显示,并给出算法的流程。实验结果表明,所设计的预警信息压缩传输系统能够有效地提高长预警信息数据传输效率和传输成功率,而且可在相关基于北斗卫星的预警信息发布系统中作为参考。  相似文献

The design of logic controllers for event-driven systems continue to rely largely on intuitive methods rather than on formal techniques. This approach results in a control code that requires extensive verification, is hard to maintain and modify, and may even fail at times. Supervisory control theory (SCT) provides a formal approach to logic control synthesis. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the supervisory control theory in manufacturing systems, an educational test-bed that simulates an automated car assembly line has been built using LEGO/spl reg/ blocks. Finite state machines (FSMs) are used for modeling operations of the assembly line, and for the specifications that accomplish the task of successfully completing the assembly repeatedly. Using the technique of SCT, we derive a supervisor that enforces the specifications while offering the maximum flexibility of assembly. Subsequently a controller is extracted from the maximally permissive supervisor for the purpose of implementing the control by selecting, when possible, at most one controllable event from among the ones allowed by the supervisor. Testing to check the correctness of the control code is reduced, since the controller is guaranteed to enforce the specifications.  相似文献

In this work, we focus on the design and implementation of a robust flight control system for an unmanned helicopter. A comprehensive nonlinear model for an unmanned helicopter system, which is built by our research team at the National University of Singapore, is first presented. A three-layer control architecture is then adopted to construct an automatic flight control system for the aircraft, which includes (1) an inner-loop controller designed using the H control technique to internally stabilize the aircraft and at the same time yield good robustness properties with respect to external disturbances, (2) a nonlinear outer-loop controller to effectively control the helicopter position and yaw angle in the overall flight envelope, and lastly, (3) a flight-scheduling layer for coordinating flight missions. Design specifications for military rotorcraft set for the US army aviation are utilized throughout the whole process to guarantee a top level performance. The result of actual flight tests shows our design is very successful. The unmanned helicopter system is capable of achieving the desired performance in accordance with the military standard under examination.  相似文献
