采用超高效液相色谱⁃四极杆⁃飞行时间高分辨质谱(UPLC⁃Q⁃TOF)对4类不同类型的含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材质的食品接触材料在4 %乙酸和50 %乙醇模拟物中的迁移出的非挥发性未知物进行筛查解析。结果表明,产品在4 %乙酸模拟物的迁移风险远小于50 %乙醇模拟物,主要迁移物质为聚合单体形成的寡聚物,抗氧剂、润滑剂、胶黏剂等加工助剂以及生产加工、迁移过程中形成的非有意添加物(NIAS)物质;纯PET材质的产品迁移物质较少,多层复合材料迁移物质较多。复合材质的产品中,PET材质可能在生产时添加了己二酸、癸二酸、新戊二醇等物质,进行了改性处理;此外,部分迁移物质会与模拟物中的乙醇发生反应,生成新的NIAS物质。 相似文献

近年来,餐饮油烟逐渐成为城市大气污染的主要来源之一,油烟中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)对人体及环境均产生非常大的危害,对其治理刻不容缓。催化燃烧技术因具备去除效率高、无二次污染等优点在有机废气治理方面有着广阔的应用前景。鉴于此,本文首先总结并分析了油烟中典型挥发性有机物的成分,发现油烟中烃类、醛酮类污染物含量较高,其次包括酸酯类、醇类和少量的多环芳烃类污染物。在此基础上,重点综述了催化燃烧技术对净化上述典型挥发性有机污染物的研究进展,并对近年来常用的催化剂包括贵金属催化剂、非贵金属催化剂及特定结构的催化剂进行了归纳和整理。最后结合油烟VOCs成分及其特点,总结了不同种类型的催化剂在油烟治理中的适用性,并对催化燃烧技术在油烟治理方面的研究前景作出了展望。 相似文献

以真实纸塑包装-化学物-食品体系为依据,基于一维Fick扩散理论,考虑化学物在纸和塑料涂层内具有不同的扩散系数及纸的厚度为有限厚,引入纸和塑料涂层界面处的分配系数,给出初始条件和边界条件,建立迁移预测模型,得到解析解。同时,对模型进行简化处理,分析其用于双层同种塑料-化学物-食品体系的使用通用性,并与Laoubi-Vergnaud模型进行对比分析,结果发现所建模型不仅可用于纸塑复合包装材料中化学物的迁移预测,同时还可用于双层同种塑料包装材料中化学物的迁移预测。 相似文献

Food microbial contamination not only poses the problems of food insecurity and economic loss, but also contributes to food waste, which is another global environmental problem. Therefore, effective packaging is a compelling obstacle for shielding food items from outside contaminants and maintaining its quality. Traditionally, food is packaged with plastic that is rarely recyclable, negatively impacting the environment. Bio-based materials have attracted widespread attention for food packaging applications since they are biodegradable, renewable, and have a low carbon footprint. They provide a great opportunity to reduce the extensive use of fossil fuels and develop food packaging materials with good properties, addressing environmental problems and contributing significantly to sustainable development. Presently, the developments in food chemistry, technology, and biotechnology have allowed us to fine-tune new methodologies useful for addressing major safety and environmental concerns regarding packaging materials. This review presents a comprehensive overview of the development and potential for application of new bio-based materials from different sources in antimicrobial food packaging, including carbohydrate (polysaccharide)-based materials, protein-based materials, lipid-based materials, antibacterial agents, and bio-based composites, which can solve the issues of both environmental impact and prevent foodborne pathogens and spoilage microorganisms. The use of synthetic pipes for drinking water distribution has increased. High desnity polyethylene (HPDE) is preferred because of its favorable mechanical properties, ease of handling during manufacturing, and low permeability to external contaminants. Off-flavor drinking water is a problem with plastic pipes. The compounds causing off-flavors are mainly carbonyl compounds. A combined zeolite called Abscents is used to eliminate odors and to remove odor-causing compounds. In this study, four different amounts of Abscents were added to raw HDPE pellets, and the influence on the off-flavor properties were analyzed. When the maximum amount of Abscents was added, almost all the carbonyl compounds disappeared, and the intensities of odors also decreased. The use of Abscents notably increased the acceptability of HDPE pipes. The system used for analysis of volatile organic compounds was a gas chromatographic/mass spectrometric/sniffing system. Purge and trap techniques were used to introduce the volatile, off-flavor components into the gas chromatograph. 相似文献

针对考古出土的有机残留物特别是食物残留物研究分析以推测食物的可能来源,是当前化学分析研究中极具挑战性的工作。以稳定同位素技术与气相色谱联用质谱现代分析技术相结合,提出了将化学计量学与多种分析技术结合的策略,研究了宁夏回族自治区固原地区西汉墓葬群出土的食物残留样本。策略首先通过分析样本中的稳定同位素分布,研究食物残留物在食物链中的等级,并推断其可能的来源,随后利用气相色谱联用质谱技术检测样本中的挥发、半挥发成分,利用化学计量智能化解析算法提取其中的化学成分,并与可能来源的食物样本进行比对,最终讨论了食物残留物的可能来源。 相似文献

Major quality parameters associated with dried food products are the color, visual appeal, shape of product, flavor, microbial load, retention of nutrients, porosity bulk density, texture, rehydration properties, water activity and chemical stability, preservatives, and freedom from pests, insects and other contaminants, as well as freedom from taints and off-odors. These parameters need to comply with the specifications of customers and regulations of different importing countries and often can adversely affect the acceptability of dried products. Therefore, quality of dried food products depends on many factors, such as raw materials, processing environment, packaging, microbial stability, use of additives, and temperature of storage. This review highlights selected quality attributes of dried food products and discusses ways of optimizing them. 相似文献
