智能极谱法同时测定土壤中微量钨钼

钨和钼可以在氯酸盐-苯羟乙酸-硫酸-二苯胍体系中分别能产生灵敏度较高、跨度较大的极谱催化波。本文章采用盐酸-硝硫（8＋2）湿法硝解土壤样品,再用碱溶液浸提,智能极谱法同时测定钨和钼。该方法快速,简单,准确,适用于化土壤样等微量钨钼元素的同时测定,并已实际应用于大批量分析样品的检测。     

硫酸双氢链霉素中硼的ICP-MS法测定

研究了用ICP—MS法[~4测定]硫酸双氢链霉素中的硼时,共存物质链霉胍、硫酸链霉素,以及共存离子Li,Be,K,Na,Ca,Mg硼测定的影响。结果表明,此方法的精密度好,RSD＜2．0%,回收率在90．0%～98．0%,结果满意。     

尾气吸收法代替纯铜还原法配制亚硝基硫酸

主要阐述利用工业硫酸吸收废酸处理尾气中的NO、NO2气体。从而配制用于分析一硝的亚硝基硫酸标准溶液，并与现行企标Q／HCFSF-1997《标准溶液制备与标定》中采用纯铜还原法制取氧化氮气体配制的亚硝基硫酸溶液的方法做了对照，确定了利用废酸处理尾气配制亚硝基硫酸溶液方法的可行性。可代替现行纯铜还原法配制亚硝基硫酸标液。从而可以大量节约所消耗的水、电、试剂等成本。同时还可以消除用纯铜还原法制取的氧化氮对人体造成的危害。     

浸渣及烟尘中镉的物相分析

试验并制定了硫酸浸渣及烟尘中镉的物相分析方法，可以测定硫酸盐相、氧化物相、金属相、硫化物相和其它结合相（铁氧化物吸附相和硅酸盐矿物中类质同象相）。特别选用乙醇溶液浸取硫酸镉，降低了氧化镉的干扰。样品分析和回收实验结果满意。     

氯化银中银的分析

湿法冶炼黄金付产品氯化银中银的分析,一般用铅萡包裹灰吹,重量法测定。不具备火试金分析条件也可利用湿法分析。高氯酸——硫酸可以把很多沉淀物,如稀土氟化物、碘化银转化为高氯酸——硫酸溶液。本文确定了高氯酸—硫酸将氯化银转化为溶液的条件,用20m1高氯酸和5m1硫酸可使1g氯化银中的银全部转化;0.2～0.5g试样加15     

烧结烟气脱硫硫酸显色原因分析

烧结烟气脱硫制得的硫酸往往呈现黑褐色,为了找到硫酸变色的原因,为脱硫硫酸的应用提供参考和指导,本文对硫酸显色成因进行了分析和实验验证。结果表明,生产过程中,有机物(有机脱硫剂)与浓硫酸反应生成了深褐色物质;来自烟气的少量粉尘溶于硫酸后生成金属离子,金属离子与有机物络合生成了黑色物质,从而加深了脱硫硫酸的颜色;采用活性碳吸附,可以去除脱硫硫酸的颜色。     

烧渣中有价金属综合回收试验研究

以国内某地区的硫酸烧渣为例,查明了硫酸烧渣和焙烧渣的性质,分析了氯化还原焙烧机理,试验证实采用氯化还原焙烧－选矿联合工艺流程综合回收硫酸烧渣中的Cu、Fe、Au和Ag金属、可以获得较为满意的结果。
