NdFe10.5Mo1.5Nx的机械合金化过程和磁性能的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了机械合金化过程中粉末形态和微结构的变化,通过扫描电子显微镜,清楚地观察到粉末颗粒的破碎和集聚复合过程,以及复合颗粒的形成。通过X射线衍射详细分析了球磨过程中的晶格常数、晶粒度和微观应变的变化。球磨的最终产物为非晶,α-Fe(Mo)和Mo。通过优化工艺,NdFe10.5Mo1.5Nx氮化物获得了较佳的磁性能。 相似文献

用机械合金化法研究制备Fe-Ni-P-B系磁性非晶材料,用X射线衍射仪,扫描电子显微术和透射电子显微术对不同球磨工艺处理的Fe40Ni40P14B6成分的粉末进行了分析,结果表明,成分为Fe40Ni40P14B6的粉末,可通过机械合金化使其非晶化。 相似文献

用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜及穆斯堡尔谱仪分析了 Fe Cr C混合粉末经不同球磨时间机械合金化的相变趋势,以及不同含 C、Cr量对相变趋势的影响。研究表明,球磨时间及 C、Cr含量对机械合金化过程中相变趋势有重要影响。对Fe 13%Cr 8%C粉,球磨10 h,形成过饱和固溶体;球磨 20 h,有以(Fe,Cr)3C型碳化物为主的新相生成。当Cr=13%、C<5.7%时,球磨20 h,无新相析出,粉末原子一直处于扩散固溶状态;当C=5.7%、Cr>30%时,亦无新相析出,粉末逐步向非晶态转变。 相似文献

采用纯Al粉和纯Ru粉通过机械合金化(MA)和热处理制备了含Ru50%(质量分数, 下同)的铝钌合金.利用扫描电镜、差热分析和X-射线衍射等手段观察了复合粉体在MA和热处理后粉体的相组成和晶粒尺寸的变化.结果表明,MA30 h后Al溶入Ru中形成无序过饱和固溶体,晶粒尺寸细化到了20 nm左右.经550 ℃退火处理后,发生烧结现象,固溶体发生有序转变生成以Al2Ru为主的合金相,晶粒尺寸在50~60 nm,保温时间对合金组成和晶粒尺寸没有太大影响. 相似文献

研究Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶合金在机械合金化过程中的结构的变化,发现将已经形成纳米晶的合金带经过短时间的机械球磨以后可以使它变非晶态粉末,若延长球磨时间可使非晶粉末再出晶化,并具有更步的晶粒。若将以非晶态粉末再进行退火可形成晶粒更微小的纳米晶。 相似文献

Amorphous Al_(80)Fe_(20) powder which can hardly be obtained using conventional rapid quenchingtechnique was directly prepared from crystalline Fe and A1 powders by means of mechanicalalloying process.The amorphization process was examined by X-ray analysis and M(?)ssbauerspectroscopy,and the thermal behaviour was studied by DSC.The results show that the rateof amorphization is controlled by the diffusion reaction at the interfaces and changes with themilling time.The effect of milling conditions on amorphization by mechanical alloying was al-so investigated. 相似文献

采用X射线衍射、初始交流磁性率和差热分析研究了机械合金化Nd-11Fe-Ti(原子比)合金粉和机械研磨NdFe11Ti化合物粉在退火过程中的相转变.球磨7 h后二者均由非晶相和Ti在α-Fe中过饱和固溶体组成.机械合金化粉末样品中的非晶相的晶化温度为620℃,晶化亚稳相为TbCu7结构的Nd(Fe,Ti)7,900℃以上退火时,亚稳相转变成ThMn12结构Nd(Fe,Ti)12相;机械研磨的NdFe11Ti化合物粉中非晶相在638℃晶化形成的Nd(Fe,Ti)7在1000℃以上退火向Nd(Fe,Ti)12相转变.这些差别归因于两种样品中Ti原子在非晶相与α-Fe相中分配的不同. 相似文献

The inheritance phenomenon of precipitated V_4C_3 in martensitic transformation has been in-vestigated by means of electron diffraction and matrix analysis.A crystallographic orientationrelation among austenite,martensite and V_4C_3 carbide was found to be.(010)_A∥( 10)_M∥(010)_(v_4c_3),[10 ]∥[11 ]_M [10 ]_(v_4c_3)The V_4C_3 first precipitated in austenite,and then was inherited to martensite.Although cer-tain orientation relation was kept between V_4C_3 and martensite,the interfacial structural ana-lysis pointed out that the biphase interfacial energy is higher than that determined byBaker-Nutting relation,thus it is metastable.Because the V_4C_3 precipitated along thecrystalline defects in austenite,they could be inherited to martensite. 相似文献

本文利用电子衍射和矩阵分析方法探讨了析出V_4C_3在马氏体相变中的遗传现象。结果表明,奥氏体、马氏体和V_4C_3三相间的晶体学取向关系为: (010)_A∥(110)_M∥(010)_(V_4C_3) [101]_A∥[111]_M∥[101]_(V_4C_3)V_4C_3首先在奥氏体中析出,遗传至马氏体中后,虽能与马氏体保持一定的取向关系,但界面结构理论分析指出,两相间的界面结合能高于Baker-Nutting关系所规定的结合能,因而是一五稳态。由于V_4C_3沿奥氏体的晶体缺陷析出,故这些缺陷将遗传至马氏体中。 相似文献

The effect of melt over-heating on the morphology of AlgFeNi phase in 2618 aluminum alloy with high contents of Fe and Ni and 0.22wt.% zirconium, has been investigated by optical microscopy, SEM and TEM. The mechanical properties of 2618 aluminum alloy after hot extrusion and quenching/aging have been tested. The results show:melt over-heating treatment of 2618 alloy with high contents of Fe and Ni at 960℃led to finer and better-distributed needle-like AlgFeNi phase in cast micro structure and fine AlgFeNi particles after hot extrusion; the grain size of the alloy after hot extrusion could also be refined evidently by alloying of zirconium; the ambient and high temperature tensile strength and elongation of 2618 alloy have been apparently enhanced due to fine AlgFeNi particles and dispersed Al3 Zr as well as fine grain size. 相似文献

用高能球磨机分别对含三种成分的Ni-Al50-x-Cox(x=5,10,20)粉末进行机械合金化。Co的加入对合金的机械合金化过程及产物有很大影响。Co含量变化使反应机制明显改变。并同时得到不同的反应产物,用DTA测定粉末最终产物的热稳定性,Ni-Al45-Co5,Ni-Al40-Co10粉末在加热过程中未发生相分解,仍保持β-NiAl(Co)结构。而Ni-Al30-Co20球磨所得过饱和固溶体γ 相似文献
