近红外量子剪裁能够有效地提高硅太阳能电池的效率。稀土元素种类繁多,能级丰富,常被用于制作近红外量子剪裁发光材料。研究者们用适当的方法制成发光材料之后,测量材料的吸收光谱,激发光谱和发射光谱。根据这些数据计算得到材料的量子效率。其中Tb3+-Yb3+离子对备受关注。Tb3+吸收紫外-可见光,通过协同能量传递把能量传递给Yb3+离子。Yb3+离子跃迁辐射出1000nm左右的近红外光。该波段的光子能够被硅太阳能电池吸收利用。Tb3+-Yb3+离子对在不同掺杂浓度,不同基质中得到的量子效率不同。 相似文献

根据Pr3 /Yb3 共掺碲酸盐玻璃在 980nm附近的吸收谱及 1.3 1μm处的发射谱 ,研究了玻璃样品光谱特性随稀土离子浓度变化的规律。结果表明 :在Yb3 离子浓度不变的情况下 ,1.3 1μm处的发光随着Pr3 离子浓度的增加 ,其强度先增后减 ,并在浓度为 0 .15mol%时达到最大值 ,同时根据Judd -Ofelt理论计算了稀土离子的光辐射特性 相似文献

Praseodymium doped oxyfluoride glass has been treated at 725 °C for 4 h to form LaF3 nanocrystals in the amorphous matrices. Absorption, emission, and excitation spectra of the glass ceramics are presented at different concentrations of Pr3+ (0.01–1 at.%) and at different temperatures. Spectral and dynamical properties of Pr3+ in nanocrystals and glass have been investigated through selective excitation. Temperature and concentration effects have also been discussed. 相似文献

In this work, Pr3+ was introduced into Nd3+-doped tellurite glass with composition TeO2-ZnO-Na2O-Nb2O5 to achieve broadband near-infrared emission. A broadband fluorescence emission ranging from 1 250 nm to 1 530 nm was obtained under the excitation of 808 nm LD, which is contributed by the Pr3+:1D2 →1G4 and Nd3+:4F3/2→4I13/2 transitions emitting the fluorescence located at around 1.47 µm and 1.35 µm bands, respectively. The 1.47 µm band fluorescence of Pr3+ is attributed to the energy transfer from Nd3+ to Pr3+ ions and the energy transfer mechanism was further investigated by calculating relevant micro-parameter and phonon contribution ratio. Meanwhile, the studied tellurite glass possesses good thermal stability. The present work indicates that Pr3+/Nd3+ codoped tellurite glass is an excellent gain medium for potential O+E+S-band broad optical amplifiers. 相似文献

研究了采用离子交换和电场辅助退火法制作的铒镱共掺磷酸盐波导放大器的增益特性,测量了Er2O3,Yb2O3掺杂浓度分别为2.2wt%和4.7wt%,长度为1.2cm的器件增益,在130mW,976nm泵浦光泵浦下,输入信号光功率小于1mW时,在1535nm处得到8.5dB的小信号相对增益;当泵浦功率为30mW时,可观测到绿色的上转换辐射光,发光强度随泵浦功率增加而增大;通过单色仪和光电倍增管接收此光,确定是铒粒子由2H11/2和4S3/2能级分别跃迁至基态的上转换辐射光. 相似文献

The high phonon energy oxide of B2O3 is introduced into the Er3+/Ce3+co-doped tellurite-niobium glasses with composition of TeO2-Nb2O5-ZnO-Na2O.The absorption spectra,1.53 μm band fluorescence spectra,fluorescence lifetime and Raman spectra of Er3+in glass samples are measured together with the calculations of Judd-Ofelt spectroscopic parameter,stimulated emission and absorption cross-sections,which evaluate the effect of B2O3 on the 1.53 μm band spectroscopic properties of Er3+.It is shown that the introduction of an appropriate amount of B2O3 can further improve the 1.53 μm band fluorescence intensity through an enhanced phonon-assisted energy transfer(ET) between Er3+/Ce3+ions.The results indicate that the prepared Er3+/Ce3+co-doped tellurite-niobium glass with an appropriate amount of B2O3 is a potential gain medium for the 1.53 μm bandbroad erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA). 相似文献

The small signal gain coefficients were measured in Tm3+,Ho3+ co-doped alumino-zirco-fluoride glass. A gain of 15%/cm at 2.05 μm was obtained for pump power density of 42 kW/cm2. The temperature increase of the glass was found to be more than 150 K with this pump power, which was estimated from a comparison between fluorescence intensities of Tm3+ 3 F4-3H6 and Ho3+ 5 I7-5I8. An upconversion rate constant of 12.5×10-17 cm3 sec-1 from a coupled (Tm3+ 3F4, Ho3+ 5I7) level to a coupled (Tm3+ 3H5, Ho3+ 5I6) level was determined by fitting the experimentally obtained gain coefficients to the calculated one which takes into consideration any temperature increase 相似文献

Ag nanoparticles(NPs) were introduced into Er3+/Tm3+ codoped tellurite glasses prepared using melt-quenching and heat-treated techniques. The glass samples were characterized by the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and photoluminescence to reveal the Ag NPs induced broadband near-infrared band emission enhancement of Er3+/Tm3+ ions. The studied glasses possessed good thermal stability with△T larger than 137 ℃. For glass sample heat-treated at 360 ℃ for 6 h, the nucleated Ag NPs in near-spherical shape with an average diameter about 6.5 nm dispersed in the glass matrix. Under the excitation of 808 nm laser diode(LD), the broadband near-infrared fluorescence emission extending from 1 350 nm to 1 620 nm, owing to the combined contributions from the 3H4→3F4 transition of Tm3+ at 1.47 μm band and the 4I13/2→4I15/2 transition of Er3+ at 1.53 μm band, improved significantly with the introduction of Ag NPs, which is mainly attributed to the increased local electric field. The present results indicate that Er3+/Tm3+/Ag NPs codoped tellurite glass with good thermal stability is a promising glass material for broadband fiber amplifiers of WDM transmission systems. 相似文献
