为了研究植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)ER135对利血平诱导抑郁小鼠的改善作用,选择6周龄雄性ICR小鼠,连续21 d灌胃植物乳杆菌ER135菌悬液(2.0×1010 cfu/mL),第22 d小鼠腹腔注射利血平(4 mg/kg)构建抑郁模型,通过小鼠行为学观察,血清和脑组织生化指标检测及海马组织蛋白表达变化,评价植物乳杆菌ER135对抑郁模型小鼠的改善作用。结果表明,饲喂植物乳杆菌ER135显著改善小鼠体温降低、眼睑下垂和运动能力下降等症状。与模型组相比,脑组织中5-羟色胺、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素等神经递质的浓度分别提高了2.06 ng/L、1.42 pg/L、10.12 ng/L。降低血清炎症因子水平,肿瘤坏死因子以及白介素1β分别降低了9.40 ng/L和10.63 ng/L,同时还降低了氧化应激水平,与模型组相比差异显著(p<0.05,p<0.01)。海马组织Western-blot结果显示植物乳杆菌ER135明显增加抑郁小鼠海马组织神经营养通路中cAMP、CREB、BDNF等关键蛋白的表达。综上所述植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)ER135具有缓解利血平诱导抑郁的作用。  相似文献

紫外吸收是控制荧光增白剂产品质量的重要指标,通过对荧光增白剂ER(C.I.荧光增白剂199)溶解所用溶剂、最大吸收波长、溶液质量浓度的选择试验,确定采用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为初溶剂,乙醇为进一步稀释的溶剂;确定最大吸收波长(λmax)为364 nm;并针对荧光增白剂ER原粉和普通产品有效成分的不同,采用了不同的质量浓度溶液测试(原粉为4 mg/L,普通产品为16 mg/L).根据这些条件,确定了荧光增白剂ER原粉和普通产品的紫外吸收的测定方法,并对测定过程中应注意的问题作了简单介绍.该方法简单、易行、快速,适用于荧光增白剂ER生产和使用单位的产品质量控制和检验.  相似文献

病毒复制产生的大量病毒蛋白阻碍寄主细胞转运功能,未/错折叠蛋白在内质网腔蓄积导致内质网应激(ER stress)。为明确利用液泡膜复制的黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)是否诱导寄主ER stress,在CMV-IB侵染三生烟和本氏烟体系中,通过qRT-PCR检测ER stress相关基因的转录水平,农杆菌介导ER marker(m Cherry-HDEL)瞬时转染后激光共聚焦显微观察ER形态,电镜观察细胞病理。结果显示,较PBS对照,接种CMV后12 h,ER stress相关基因的转录水平显著上调1.23~7.37倍;5~10 d ER膜微丝发生明显的重排和增生;病变细胞叶绿体降解、线粒体肿胀,且沿液泡膜的微自噬和细胞质中的巨自噬结构增多。表明CMV侵染通过激活ER stress基因和改变ER膜形态诱导寄主ER stress,寄主细胞会以细胞器降解、自噬乃至凋亡的方式抵御病毒扩展。  相似文献

乳酸菌MR25的筛选、鉴定及降胆固醇益生特性   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
通过气相色谱法,从萝卜干中共分离到31株具有清除培养基中胆固醇能力的乳酸菌,其中乳酸菌MR25的胆固醇清除率最高(42.48%).通过形态观察、生理生化试验、糖发酵试验等,鉴定MR25为米酒乳杆菌.乳酸菌MR25具有酸耐受性、胆盐耐受性和一定的胆固醇降低能力.在pH 2.0、培养2h条件下菌株浓度仍能达到106 cfu/mL.加胆盐(0.3%~0.4%)对菌株生长量(OD值)的影响很小.热杀死和休眠的细胞能去除很少的胆固醇,分别是3.26 mg/mL和8.42 mg/mL,而生长的细胞去除的胆固醇达到44.06 mg/mL.胆固醇去除与菌体的生长有一定的相关性.乳酸菌MR25去除胆固醇的机理是菌体对胆固醇的吸附作用,以及菌体在生长过程中对胆固醇的吸收利用.  相似文献

以红曲霉M1分别发酵大米和糙米,比较其代谢产物的变化;采用MTT比色法,初步研究了Monacolin K标准品、红曲糙米及红曲大米乙醇提取物对S180小鼠腹水瘤细胞的抑制作用. 结果表明:在MBR乙醇提取物中,可检测到MK的酸式构型,MK含量约为MR乙醇提取物的13倍. 经红曲霉M1发酵后,MBR中γ-氨基丁酸-GABA-质量浓度达到298mg/g,是MR乙醇提取物的31倍. MBR中桔霉素质量浓度低于MR. MK标准品、MBR及MR乙醇提取物均对S180小鼠腹水瘤细胞具有一定的抑制作用. MK质量浓度在3~50 μg/mL,三者抑制S180小鼠腹水瘤细胞增殖效应随MK质量浓度的增大而增大. 在MK含量相同的条件下,MR和MBR乙醇提取物的抑制效果显著大于MK标准品-P<001- .  相似文献

Natural food products are often variable in shape and easily bruised, making them difficult to handle for a robot. In this paper, a novel robot gripper that utilizes the effects of a magnetorheological (MR) fluid is described and evaluated. In the gripping process pouches filled with MR fluid are molded around the product’s contours. Through the activation of an electromagnet in the gripper arm, a large increase in the MR fluids yield stress confines the product in the mould produced by the gripper surfaces, allowing it to be lifted. Mounted on a six axis KUKA robot products such as apples, carrots, strawberries, broccolis and grapes have been handled without bruising or denting and without the tool changes that would typically be needed. The paper presents data regarding the forces exerted on products during gripping as well as data on maximum payloads and graspable product shapes.  相似文献

We determined the influence of fruit maturity on the killing effectiveness of electron beam irradiation using model foods systems resembling melons. The model systems consisted of mixtures of 100 g/l of unflavored gelatin and sugars at three ratios (fructose : glucose : sucrose) and levels designated as early ripe, ER, 3.0 g/l, 1.5:1.5:0; moderately ripe, MR, 5.5 g/l, 1:1:1.0 and ripe, R, 8.0 g/l, 0.5:0.5:2.0. The model systems were inoculated with the surrogate Escherichia coli K-12 MG1655, irradiated at 1.0 kGy using a 2.0 MeV Van de Graaf accelerator, and stored at 4 °C for 4 days. Both non-irradiated gelatin systems and non-sugar systems served as controls. Independent of irradiation, the surrogate population increased slightly in the ripe systems while it decreased in the ER systems. The effect of storage temperature on the surrogate's ability to recover was tested using MR samples (irradiated and non-irradiated) stored at 10 and 20 °C for 4 days. A non-sugar system served as control. At these two temperatures, the populations recovered back to their initial numbers after 48 h of storage. Generation times increased with fruit maturity level (1.3-1.6 h) and population counts ranged from −0.6 to 1.0 log10 CFU/ml for ER and MR systems after 60 h of storage at 20 °C, respectively. The number of injured populations was 0.5 log10 CFU/ml. To prevent recovery of bacteria populations after electron beam irradiation treatments at 1.0 kGy, storage at low temperature (4 °C) is recommended.  相似文献

Intelligent packaging with the ability to detect chemical, physical, and/or biological changes in the food is a breakthrough in the food industry. Food freshness indicators (FFI) and time-temperature indicators (TTI) are major groups of intelligent packaging. They can be fabricated as a label, providing a rapid response to food quality or storage temperature changes through color changes. Electrospinning, as an effective and versatile method of preparing continuous nanofibers, has been employed as a promising candidate to manufacture food packaging materials. More recently, electrospun nanofibers have been utilized as a novel platform for the development of FFI/TTI intelligent packaging due to their excellent properties including high molecular orientation, high porosity, high surface area with tailored morphology, and a high level of versatility. This article reviews the morphological/thermal properties, color response activity, and stability of electrospun nanofibers mats as intelligent food packaging (i.e., FFI and TTI-based electrospun nanofibers). The applications of FFI/TTI-based nanofibrous on different food commodities are discussed. Finally, the existing limits and perspectives for the development of electrospinning in the area of intelligent food packaging are discussed.  相似文献

Active and intelligent packaging systems are continuously evolving in response to growing challenges from a modern society. This article reviews: (1) the different categories of active and intelligent packaging concepts and currently available commercial applications, (2) latest packaging research trends and innovations, and (3) the growth perspectives of the active and intelligent packaging market. Active packaging aiming at extending shelf life or improving safety while maintaining quality is progressing towards the incorporation of natural active agents into more sustainable packaging materials. Intelligent packaging systems which monitor the condition of the packed food or its environment are progressing towards more cost-effective, convenient and integrated systems to provide innovative packaging solutions. Market growth is expected for active packaging with leading shares for moisture absorbers, oxygen scavengers, microwave susceptors and antimicrobial packaging. The market for intelligent packaging is also promising with strong gains for time–temperature indicator labels and advancements in the integration of intelligent concepts into packaging materials.  相似文献

为促进对剪切增稠液(STF)与高性能纤维复合形成具有高效力学响应和能量吸收机制的智能抗冲击防护材料的性能研究和应用,综述了STF流变性能、STF/纤维复合材料力学性能及其抗弹道冲击机制的研究进展,分析了STF原料选择、复合材料体系构建原理及制备方法。针对STF/纤维复合材料的弹道冲击过程和特点及其在高速冲击下的反应机制,探讨影响弹道冲击性能的因素并提出解决方案。展望了高响应度的柔性智能STF/纤维防弹复合材料的研究发展方向,指出对柔性智能STF/纤维防弹复合材料的表征和评价方法尚需完善,基于三维自增强结构、纤维材料与STF界面结合性、流变滑移及摩擦特性是未来防弹复合材料的研究重点。  相似文献

This paper gives an overview of the legal consequences of a new EU framework regulation on food contact materials which includes controls on active and intelligent packaging. Recent developments in active and intelligent packaging systems are described, two examples of which aim at achieving improvements in quality and safety of food products. The first one is an on-command preservative-releasing packaging system. The second system is an intelligent concept, based on the development of a non-invasive microbial growth sensor to monitor the sterility of food products.  相似文献
