归纳了当前医疗设备生产行业的主要风险分析方法,评价了这些方法对医疗机构的适用性.在此基础上提出了面向医疗机构的设备使用风险分析模型,并结合模糊数学和灰色关联理论对定量评估方法进行了改进,形成了以FMEA为核心的设备使用风险预测和控制的流程体系.最后给出了方法的实际应用案例.  相似文献

将地铁设备划分为系统、子系统和子子系统三个层次,对各层次系统进行以可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM)分析,针对需要状态修的机械设备分别确定其状态值和权重,并提出了基于RCM的地铁设备变权综合状态值的评价方法。上海地铁某线路制动系统的应用表明,该评价方法为RCM的实施提供了可行途径,为地铁设备的维修决策提供了科学依据。  相似文献

为了弥补传统以可靠性为中心的维修方法中未对人因可靠性进行分析的不足,本文提出了考虑人因可靠性的改进维修方法.该方法将人机整合系统作为分析对象,利用人因可靠性的分析方法对维修过程中的人因进行评估,以提高人机整合系统的可靠性为目标,为企业的维护决策及优化提供更系统和有效的方法论支持.该方法在石化企业选定装置的成功应用证明了其有效性,应用效果明显优于改进前.  相似文献

为积极响应《制造强国2025》“创新驱动、质量优先、绿色发展、结构优化、人才为本”的基本方针,采用一种风险评估技术——FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis),通过失效模式和影响分析,实现对设备的精确管控,促进企业提升产品和服务质量。介绍了FMEA在济南卷烟厂设备管控和设计中的两个应用案例,包括FMEA因子的导入、表格制作及FMEA结果的应用三个方面。结果表明,探索建立的标准化失效模式和影响分析流程,在降低设备故障率、研发新型检测系统、提高设备工艺水平方面成效显著。这种标准化的流程为实现对设备的精确管控奠定了基础。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to select the appropriate maintenance strategies for each failure mode of functionally significant item of conventional milling machine. In order to describe the criticality analysis of conventional milling machine, this paper presents a study on reliability‐centered maintenance with fuzzy logic and its comparison with conventional method. On the basis of fuzzy logic, failure mode and effect analysis is introduced integrating with fuzzy linguistic scale method. After that, weighted Euclidean distance formula and centroid defuzzification is used for calculating risk priority number. The results indicate that based on risk priority number, value criticality ranking was decided, and appropriate maintenance strategies were suggested for each failure mode. It also reflects that a more accurate ranking can be performed by the application of fuzzy logic using linguistic rule to failure mode and effect analysis. A nation automatically becomes strong if it has self-sufficiency to fulfil its defence requirements. India is moving in the direction to attain self-reliance in the defence sector. The aim of this paper is to analyse the critical issues faced in outsourcing by an organisation in Indian Defence Sector and extend easy, quick, complete and practically implementable risk mitigation strategies for enabling better decision-making. In this research, a list of 20 risk criteria is finalised on the basis of the literature survey and expert’s opinion. Analysis in this research shows that, three criteria which can seriously affect the outsourcing are Material shortage risk, Quality Risk and On-time delivery risk. The paper employs an integrated framework which includes ‘Grey Theory, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Risk Management Matrices’ for a comprehensive risk management in the defence sector. The paper delivers a 10-point risk management action plan to counter the various problems faced during outsourcing in the defence sector, especially in the Indian context. In brief, this paper investigates the various important issues related to outsourcing, which are faced by organisations working in Indian Defence Sector and extends a practically implementable methodology to derive a practically amicable solution for the case organisation.  相似文献

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is commonly used for designing maintenance routines by analysing potential failures, predicting their effect and facilitating preventive action. It is used to make decisions on operational and capital expenditure. The literature has reported that despite its popularity, the FMEA method lacks transparency, repeatability and the ability to continuously improve maintenance routines. In this paper an enhancement to the FMEA method is proposed, which enables the probability of asset failure to be expressed as a function of explanatory variables, such as age, operating conditions or process measurements. The probability of failure and an estimate of the total costs can be used to determine maintenance routines. The procedure facilitates continuous improvement as the dataset builds up. The proposed method is illustrated through two datasets on failures. The first was based on an operating company exploiting a major gas field in the Netherlands. The second was retrieved from the public record and covers degradation occurrences of nuclear power plants in the United States.  相似文献

Risk evaluation is one of the important elements of international engineering project management. The risk factors of international engineering projects are systematically analyzed from multiple dimension features of the projects. The muhilayer evaluation index system for the international engineering project risk assessment is proposed and constructed, which consists of 8 I-grade indexes and 24 II-grade indexes as policy risk, market risk, resource risk, and technical scheme risk, schedule risk, funding risk, personnel risk and management risk. And then the self-evaluation and benchmarking evaluation methods are applied to evaluate the international engineering project risk, and established the corresponding mathematical models. 运用蒙特卡罗模拟模型和程序,结合实际工程项目,分析评估了项目的主要风险因素,借助EXCEL软件对项目风险进行了模拟和测试,给出了项目风险模拟的结果.由结果可以看出,项目总体上有较高的抗风险能力,并且能够达到预期的投资收益目标.同时,项目风险评估中的蒙特卡罗模拟方法占用的资源少、操作性强,对于项目风险评估是有用的.  相似文献
