针对拉弯零件的回弹检测,采用激光扫描检测设备得到拉弯零件的点云检测数据,利用Geomagic Qualify软件的比较分析功能,对拉弯件的点云数据和CAD模型进行3D、2D比较,得出了型材的整体偏差分布以及主要截面的偏差情况。并利用Geomagic Studio软件从点云数据提取拉弯零件引导线,对引导线进行曲率分析。 相似文献

针对汽车连杆的复杂结构和用常规量具难以精确测量的问题,采用了计算机辅助检测方法:借助三维激光扫描仪获取连杆点云数据,并导入Geomagic Qualify检测软件,进行点云处理和数模比对,获得了汽车连杆3D比较和2D比较的色谱图并标定了一些重要尺寸。检测结果表明:汽车连杆整体偏差较小;使用计算机辅助检测技术能有效、快速实现复杂零件的检测。 相似文献

A novel 3D optical method for measuring and evaluating the springback in sheet metal forming is presented and its principle, program and steps are studied. The optical method includes a measuring method and evaluation indexes. The point cloud, obtained using photogrammetry and surface scanning systems, is used as the workpiece shape after springback. The original mould is regarded as the CAD model before springback. The point cloud and CAD model are aligned in Geomagic Qualify. A cutting line for the point cloud or CAD model can be obtained at any point in any direction of their cross sections. The springback is calculated as the difference between any two corresponding key points on the two cutting lines. The evaluation index S consists of a 3D springback value w and its vectors along x, y and z directions. Feasibility of the optical method is verified by using a refrigerator door shell. 相似文献

实现逆向工程的关键在于对曲面部件建立点云数据并进行适当的数据处理,使曲面模型满足加工制造要求。采用三维扫描仪完成曲面零件的扫描工作得到呈高度密集的点云数据,在Geomagic Studio环境下对密集点云进行数据处理,输出封装文件,并在Geomagic Design X中实现封装文件的建模,导入Geomagic Qualify进行误差检测同时生成分析报告。进入SIEMENS NX加工模块实现逆向模型的工艺编程,后处理操作输出数控加工程序。在SIEMENS NX和CIMCO Edit环境下模拟数控加工过程,验证数控程序的工艺可靠性。实验证实,将Geomagic、SIEMENS NX和CIMCO Edit结合起来的方法可以实现复杂曲面零件的逆向制造,提高逆向加工工艺的可靠性。 相似文献

The objective is to carry out an in vitro assessment of tightness of Co–Cr–Mo alloy premolar and molar crowns manufactured with the use of the following technologies: casting, milling and laser melting. In order to compare the fit of crowns to abutments that served as the reference models, the Geomagic Qualify 12 software for structured-light 3D scanning and modelling was used. According to analyses of reports in the form of maps and summaries, all histograms and maps are characterized by low positive and negative values of shape deviations. All employed technologies were found to have a comparable, satisfactory accuracy of mapping the shape both in the area of the stair step and the area of side walls. The results of the studies enable to conclude that the tightness of prosthetic crowns manufactured with the use of the studied technologies is comparable and meets clinical criteria. 相似文献

逆向工程中单一的数据测量方法要么存在测量效率低,要么存在测量精度差等缺陷,其数据测量方法越来越难以满足高效率和高精度的逆向建模要求,因此对多种测量数据进行融合的逆向工程CAD方法已受到研究者的重视。论述了基于能量优化法的曲面变形原理,利用ThinkDesign软件的曲面变形功能特点,结合逆向工程中的接触式和非接触式测量设备的测量数据,提出了基于曲面变形技术的测量数据融合方法,并给出了实例。最后通过Geomagic Qualify软件验证表明此数据融合方法是有效的。 相似文献
