为了满足C波段卫星通信系统的应用需求,提出了一种具有小型化与高选择性的双频带通基片集成波导滤波器. 滤波器第一通带由蚀刻在四分之一模基片集成波导腔顶层的L型谐振槽提供,第二通带由新型左右手结构提供. 其中L型谐振槽可以充当四分之一波长谐振器,激励腔内基本模式产生低频处的响应;新型左右手结构较传统结构增大了叉指电容值,降低了谐振频率. 通过仿真优化和测试,双频带通滤波器的中心频率为3.9 GHz和6.2 GHz,相对带宽为3.3%和2.1%,通带之间的衰减优于70 dB,且在通带外存在三个传输零点,具有良好的频率选择性. 表明了所提滤波器具有体积小、选择性高的特性,非常适合集成于卫星通信前端系统中.  相似文献

应用双指耦合结构和枝节加载谐振器(Stub-loaded Resonator,SLR)实现了一款基于阶梯阻抗谐振器(Stepped Impedance Resonator,SIR)的滤波器。该滤波器具有3个通带,带外抑制较好,工作频段提高。通过调整阻抗比可调节第二、三通带的谐振频率;SLR结构能够增加通带数量;SLR结构和双指耦合结构均能改善滤波器的S参数。HFSS软件仿真表明,3个通带的中心频率分别为3.5 GHz、6.6 GHz、9.2 GHz,对应的分数带宽分别为5.7%、3%、2%,S11分别为-18 dB、-22 dB、-24 dB,通带内的S21分别为-1.8 dB、-1 dB、-1 dB。电路的测量结果与仿真结果较为吻合。该滤波器在5G通信的低频段具有应用前景。  相似文献

The properties of the local coupling impedance that determines the efficiency of the electron-wave interaction in periodic slow-wave structures are investigated. This impedance is determined (i) through the characteristics of the electromagnetic field in a slow-wave structure and (ii) through the parameters of a two-port chain simulating the structure. The continuous behavior of the local coupling impedance in the passbands of slow-wave structures, at the boundaries of the passbands, and beyond the passbands is confirmed with the help of a waveguide-resonator model.  相似文献

This study proposed a triple-passband bandpass filter with compact size, low loss and high passband selectivity. The filter includes two coupled stepped impedance resonators (SIRs) and two embedded stub-loaded stepped impedance resonators (SL-SIRs), connected with coupling scheme at the symmetric plane of the filter. The filter is designed to have triple-passband at 2.4, 3.5 and 5.2 GHz for worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMAX) applications. By properly tuning the impedance ratio and physical length ratio of the SL-SIRs, the three passbands can be easily determined, at the same time, achieving the high passband selectivity and wide stopband. Besides, the transmission zeros near passband edges of each passband are generated by the proposed filter with cross-coupling structure. The measured results are in good agreement with the full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulation results.  相似文献

Two lumped element models of coupled-cavity slow-wave structures, one due to Curnow (1965) and another due to Malykhin, Konnov, and Komarov (MKK) (2003), are compared. The basis of comparison is the level of accuracy with which the models reproduce the cold circuit phase velocity and characteristic impedance of the structures as functions of frequency, as obtained from numerical solutions of Maxwell's field equations. Two distinct types of coupled-cavity structure are analyzed using these two models. These are a C-band double staggered ladder circuit and an L-band slot coupled "Hughes-type" structure. We find for the C-band case, both the Curnow and MKK models give excellent representations of both the cavity and slot bands, but for the L-band case the Curnow model has no solution when an attempt is made to fit both the cavity and slot bands, while the MKK model accurately represents both bands in this case.  相似文献

A method to achieve the rejection of multiple spurious passbands in parallel-coupled-line microstrip bandpass filters is proposed. As it was previously demonstrated by the authors, using a continuous perturbation of the width of the coupled-lines following a sinusoidal law, the wave impedance can be modulated so that the first undesired harmonic passband of the filter is rejected, while the desired passband is maintained virtually unaltered. In this letter, the scope of the method is extended to reject multiple spurious passbands by employing different periods in each coupled-line section tuned to the different bands to be rejected. Simulated and measured data show that for an order-seven bandpass filter prototype, a rejection level exceeding 30 dB is obtained in the first four spurious passbands, while the desired pass-band is kept almost unaltered.  相似文献

The mutual admittance method is used to calculate the transmission through a two layer array of slots. The slot arrays are thin and parallel. The plane wave illumination is at an arbitrary angle in either theE-plane orH-plane. The mutual admittance between two slot antennas, either in the same or different planes, is derived. In this derivation it is assumed that the slots are small enough so that when short-circuited at their terminals the electric field scattered from the slot is negligible. The evaluation of the mutual admittance sums is simplified by the extension to the slot case of certain impedance relationships established previously for a two-layer dipole array. For many applications the two-layer slot array is more desirable than a single-layer array since a wider passband and sharper skirts can be obtained with proper design. The analysis shows, however, that for high incidence angles the dip in the center of the passband may be deeper than for the similar two-layer dipole array.  相似文献

Design of Compact Tri-Band Bandpass Filters Using Assembled Resonators   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A novel approach for designing tri-band bandpass filters with independently controllable center frequencies and improved stopband rejection characteristic is presented in this paper. The assembled resonator constructed by a stepped impedance resonator and a common half-wavelength resonator is employed to obtain tri-band response. The stepped impedance resonator is designed to operate at the first and third passbands and the other resonator is designed to operate at the second passband. Two kinds of filter configurations with cascaded and pseudointerdigital formats are proposed. Based on lossless lumped-element equivalent circuit, it is found that both filter structures can introduce transmission zeros between passbands. To verify the proposed approach, two filters are designed and fabricated, the measured results exhibit tri-band bandpass responses with high selectivity.  相似文献

A problem of finding the equivalent surface impedance of an infinite periodic array of slot impedance loads based on a semicylinder cavity. The problem is solved by the integral-equation method. As the numerical method for solving the integral equation, the Krylov-Bogoliubov method is used. The results of the numerical experiment are presented in the form of dependences of the impedance on the cavity radius, slot width, conductor width, and angle of electromagnetic-wave incidence. The angular dependences of the impedance are compared to the earlier results obtained for an array of rectangular grooves and a single impedance load based on a semicylinder cavity.  相似文献

In this article, a novel miniaturised dual-wideband bandpass filter (DWB-BPF) based on two different resonators including a quasi-spiral loaded multiple-mode resonator (QSL-MMR) and L-shaped transmission line (LS-TL) is presented. At the first step, in order to design a single wideband BPF filter with controllable transmission zeros near the centre frequency, the open circuit impedance parameter of quasi-spiral loaded resonator Z21 is determined in terms of ABCD matrix. Then an equivalent circuit model of the proposed structure is derived and the impedance characteristic and electrical length of LS-TLs to achieve a DWB-BPF with excellent selectivity are calculated through even- and odd-mode analysis. The proposed filter possesses both compact and simple structure as well as two wide passbands with fractional bandwidth (FBW) of 70% and 22.8% for its first and second passbands, respectively. The proposed technique creates two transmission zeros at the lower and upper stopbands of each passband resulting in a very sharp roll-off accompanied by a wide stopband. Notably, the circuit size is reduced and the bandwidth is enhanced in comparison with its conventional counterparts. The theoretical performance of the filter is verified by the experimental one where a good agreement is reported between them.  相似文献

A rectangular slot antenna on a spherical cavity with a conducting backing shell is investigated rigorously. The Green's function approach is used to formulate an integral equation for the magnetic slot current, which is solved using the moment method. Two previously developed methods to evaluate the admittance integrals are used and compared with each other. Both methods use recurrence formulas and analytical integration to speed the computation. The slot and cavity resonances of the structure are studied. In particular, two simple formulas for the first two natural resonances of the cavity structure are given. The effects of the shell size, slot length, and cavity dielectric constant on the input impedance are discussed. Measurements were carried out to verify the theory, and very good agreement between theory and experiment is obtained. In addition, the zonal slot antenna on a spherical cavity with a conducting backing shell is studied. The effect of the shell radius on the input impedance is investigated and, again, very good agreement between theory and experiment is found.  相似文献

A novel dual-band bandpass filter based on a dual-plane structure consisting of both a microstrip and a defected ground structure (DGS) slot with an interdigital shape is proposed. The microstrip structure is connected to the ground plane by grounding vias to obtain tight coupling. By tuning the length of the fingers in the DGS, it is convenient to change the first passband operating frequency. The equivalent-circuit model is derived for the filter. A filter with two passbands centring at 2.44 and 3.28 GHz is shown with stopband attenuation of greater than 30 dB over the frequency range 3.7- 9 GHz.  相似文献

This study develops an analytical design methodology for synthesizing dual-passband filters with controllable frequency responses. The novel dual-passband filters are constructed from the artificial lumped-element coplanar waveguide stub whose behavior is equivalent to that of a parallel connection of series LC and shunt LC resonators. To improve the frequency response within two passbands, the impedance matching and the phase and impedance compensations are employed in filter design by attaching additional inductors and capacitors to dual-passband resonators. Two types of filters with significantly different bandwidth and separation of two passbands are implemented and the measured results are very consistent with the theoretical predictions, sufficiently validating the proposed design methodology and filter configuration. The proposed filters realized by artificial lumped-element resonators provide the advantages over conventional dual-passband filters in terms of compact size, spurious dc passband elimination, and deep suppression between two passbands.   相似文献

为满足滤波器在双频带通信系统中发展的要求,提出了一种基于1/4模基片集成波导(QMSIW)加载互补开口谐振环(CSRR)的新型双通带滤波器。根据CSRR谐振器的传输特性,实现以其谐振频点为中心的第一个通带;设计QMSIW谐振腔的边长,实现以该腔体谐振频点为中心的第二通带;设计QMSIW腔体间的耦合方式,在两通带之间和高阻带处各引入一个传输零点,加强两通带隔离度和带外抑制。设计了一款两通带的中心频率分别为8.1 GHz和11.5 GHz,且有效尺寸仅为15 mm×8 mm,插入损耗低于0.4 dB,高阻带衰减达64 dB,两通带隔离度达46 dB。  相似文献

Rectangularly bent slot antennas backed by a rectangular cavity for circular polarization are proposed. Characteristics of three types of cavity-backed rectangularly bent slot antennas for circular polarization-the single square loop slot, the two-element square loop slot, and the two-arm square spiral slot antenna-are analyzed numerically. The generalized network formulation based on the equivalence principle is given in terms of the method of moments. The magnetic currents on the thin rectangularly bent slots in the presence of the backing cavity are obtained and used to calculate the input impedance, radiation pattern, and axial ratio. Experimental results on the input impedance, radiation pattern, and axial ratio are in good agreement with calculated data  相似文献

利用阶跃阻抗谐振器优化,设计了一个工作在无线局域网(2.4/5.2GHz)的双频带通滤波器。通过奇、偶模分析,在阶跃阻抗谐振器理论计算公式基础上,根据不同的阻抗比条件,阶跃阻抗谐振器谐振频率比与阶跃阻抗高、低阻抗电长度之比的关系曲线,可以方便地确定阶跃阻抗谐振器的谐振频率和电长度,通过sonnet电路仿真软件验证了设计的合理性,并给出了用于无线通信2.4、5.2 GHz双频带通滤波器的设计结果。该带通滤波器可以分别在2.4、5.2 GHz处得到较好的通带性。由于交叉耦合的存在,该双频带通滤波器在两个通带端各有一个传输零点,以此来提高滤波器的通带频率选择性。最后,测量结果与仿真结果基本吻合。  相似文献

文中提出了一种基于折叠型SIR 谐振器的双通带频率可控的微带滤波器,它由SIR 谐振器特性结合 传输线理论实现。该滤波器设计为具有两个自由度,调节谐振器的导带宽度可以对两个通带之间的频率及其间隔 进行调节。文中还研究了调整谐振器导带长度对滤波器频率特性的影响。测试结果表明,该微带滤波器有两个通 带,其中心频率分别为2. 79 GHz 和3. 90 GHz,带内最小插入损耗分别为-0. 96 dB 和-3. 0 dB,带内最小回波损耗分 别为-42 dB 和-18 dB,相对带宽分别为5. 7%和6. 7%。仿真和测试结果的一致性证实了滤波器设计的有效性。  相似文献

电磁波经缝隙进入机箱腔体后,会在某些频率点形成驻波而发生电磁谐振,导致腔体屏蔽效能急剧下降.为快速准确预测谐振频率以指导屏蔽腔体设计,本文基于缝隙天线阻抗理论提出一种带缝腔体谐振频率的计算方法.将电磁场用自由空间和腔体格林函数表示,根据缝隙处的边界条件建立等效磁流源的积分方程.通过矩量法求解积分方程,计算出腔体输入阻抗.根据谐振发生时电抗为零或电阻最小,可从频率-阻抗曲线获得谐振频率.本文方法不仅能预测缝隙谐振和低阶模式腔体谐振,还能预测出高阶谐振.与实验和CST仿真结果对比验证了本文方法的准确性及快速性.最后用本文方法分析了腔体和缝隙尺寸以及缝隙位置对谐振频率的影响.  相似文献

目前三通带太赫兹滤波器存在通带带宽差异大的问题。为了提高太赫兹滤波器三通带的带宽均匀性,设计了一款基于频率选择表面的三通带太赫兹滤波器,其结构由三个嵌套式“十”字环金属贴片、“十”字金属贴片和聚酰亚胺衬底三层结构组成。当太赫兹波垂直入射到滤波器表面时,在0.1~0.862 THz范围内形成三个滤波通带,各通带的峰值透射系数约为0.9,具有较好的通带性能,并且通带之间的传输零点的透射系数都在0.07以下,带外抑制良好。各通带的3 dB带宽的最大通带比约为1.29,10 dB带宽的最大通带比约为1.13,具有较好通带均匀性。三个工作通带的矩形系数均大于1.7,通带边沿陡峭,频率选择性良好。该滤波器具有透射系数高、带宽差异小、结构简单和易于加工等特点,其在太赫兹的多信道通信领域具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

A slot-excited hemispherical dielectric resonator antenna backed by a rectangular cavity is studied theoretically and experimentally. The magnetic-type dyadic Green's function for the rectangular cavity is derived using the mode-matching method. An integral equation for the equivalent magnetic current is obtained by enforcing the boundary condition across the slot. The moment method with the Galerkin's procedure is then used to find the magnetic current in the slot and, hence, the input impedance of the antenna. Measurements were carried out to verify the theory and good agreement is obtained. The effects of the slot inclination angle, of the slot offset, and of the cavity size on the input impedance are discussed  相似文献
