采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为增韧剂、乙烯 丙烯 二烯三元共聚物(EPDM)、乙烯 辛烯共聚物(POE)为相容剂、石墨为功能性助剂制备了以无规共聚聚丙烯(PP R)或嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PP B)为基体的PP R或PP B/HDPE/石墨复合材料。详细研究了HDPE含量、弹性体种类及含量对PP R或PP B/HDPE/石墨复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明HDPE用量在20%、EPDM含量为5%时,PP R或PP B复合材料力学性能优异;POE可以实现PP R或PP B/HDPE/石墨复合材料力学性能的平衡。 相似文献

研制了PP/共聚PP/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)汽车保险杠专用料,介绍了POE的结构特点,探讨了POE及共聚PP含量对PP力学等性能的影响。结果表明,POE对PP的增韧优于(乙烯/丙烯/二烯)共聚物(EPDM),共聚PP在PP/共聚PP/POE体系中也起到增韧作用,该共混料可以满足汽车保险杠性能的要求。 相似文献

丙烯-乙烯共聚物Vistamaxx(VM)是一种丙烯摩尔含量占70%以上的新型弹性体。用VM增韧聚丙烯(PP),考察了PP/VM共混物的力学性能、微观形态结构以及结晶性能,并与乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)与PP的共混体系进行了对比。结果表明,常温下VM增韧效果优于POE,PP/VM体系拉伸性能优于PP/POE体系;VM在PP中表现出比POE更好的分散性;VM具有与PP相同的晶型,VM的加入细化了PP的晶粒。 相似文献

用熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯(HDPE/PP)和乙烯-辛烯弹性体/高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯(POE/HDPE/PP)复合材料。通过冲击、弯曲和拉伸测试研究了复合材料的力学性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了材料的形貌。结果表明,由于HDPE和PP的相容性有限,限制了HDPE对PP综合力学性能的提高;通过添加POE,能改善HDPE/PP共混物的相容性,使HDPE/PP复合材料在保持较高弯曲和拉伸性能的前提下,抗冲击性能获得明显提高。当HDPE/PP的含量比为12/88和POE含量为8wt%时,POE/HDPE/PP三元复合材料的综合力学性能较好。 相似文献

研究了石墨的表面处理工艺,粒径以及添加量对HDPE力学性能的影响,加之乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)来改善HDPE的力学性能,加工性能和耐环境应力开裂性能,结果表明,钛酸酯偶联剂对石墨表面处理效果较好,石墨粒径对材料力学性能影响较大,当POE加入5%(质量)时,体系表现出较好的综合性能,POE,EVA对改善HDPE耐环境应力开裂性是十分有效的。 相似文献

用IR、DSC、SEM和力学性能测试方法研究了一种无规共聚PP(PP-R)和一种嵌段共聚PP(PP-B)及其共混物的结构与性能。结果表明,PP-R和PP-B都能结晶,但PP-B结晶较慢、结晶度较低;PP-R不含而PP-B含有呈球粒状分散的乙丙橡胶(EPR)相和乙烯嵌段(PE)相;随共混物中PP-B含量增加,常温和低温冲击韧性显著提高,力学强度在略有下降后能持平或回升,这些性能变化是上述PP-R、PP-B结构特点的一种综合效应。 相似文献

This research studied the preparation of graphite composite using liquid thermosetting plastic such as polyester resin (POE),
phenolic modified alkyd resin (PhA) and mixed resin (POE with 10% PhA) as a binder. The morphology, physical, electrical and
mechanical properties of the graphite composites were analyzed. The results showed that POE could combine with graphite powder
(the 66% wt. saturated of graphite powder) better than PhA and mixed resin and gave higher electrical conductivity (4.52 S/cm).
It was also found that epoxy resin could improve the mechanical property of composite plate. The addition of TiO2 and ZnSt slightly decreased the electrical conductivity and the water absorption. Moreover, it was proposed that TiO2 could improve the mechanical property. Carbon fiber can increase electrical and mechanical properties and water absorption
of the composite with POE as a binder. The mixing of wet-lay mixture with graphite, carbon fiber and POE composite improved

Having been treated with coupling agent and pan‐milling, graphite is incorporated into HDPE to make a HDPE/graphite composite with enhanced thermal conductivity as well as good mechanical properties and processibility. This paper focuses on the study of mechanical properties, thermal stability and rheological behavior of HDPE/graphite composite. The experimental results show that with increase of the graphite content, Young's modulus of HDPE/graphite increases and the elongation at break and impact strength decrease. However, when the graphite content is 35% in HDPE/graphite, the elongation at break and impact strength still remain 22.4% and 85.8J/m. respectively. Also, the yield strength increases with the increase of the graphite content, and reaches the maximum at 55% graphite content, and reduces afterwards. The crystallization temperature and thermal stability of HDPE/graphite increase with the increase of the graphite content. The melt viscosity of the filled HDPE remains almost unchanged, but the shear sensitivity increases, and the temperature sensitivity decreases with the increase of the graphite content. By optimizing the experimental conditions, a HDPE/graphite composite with fairly good comprehensive properties such as enhanced thermal conductivity and stability, good mechanical properties, and processability could be prepared, which has potential application in the field of heat transfer. 相似文献

分别以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)、乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为增韧剂,研究了它们对阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:以SBS为增韧剂所得复合材料的综合性能优于以POE或EPDM为增韧剂所得复合材料;随SBS用量的增大,复合材料的冲击强度提高,当SBS用量为15%时,其冲击强度达到15.91kJ/m2,较未经增韧改性复合材料的冲击强度提高了9.99kJ/m2;并且SBS的加入不会对复合材料的阻燃性能产生不利影响。 相似文献
