A scheme is proposed for choosing the parameters of a hydraulic percussive machine on the basis of the main elements that determine its operation. Equations are formed and a metric analysis is performed to establish dynamic similarity criteria for the system. The duty cycles are calculated and the dependences of the output characteristics on dimensionless input parameters are plotted. If two output characteristics (such as the mass and velocity of the striker at the end of the working stroke) and the parameters of the energy carrier are specified, the dependences can be used to calculate the remaining characteristics of the percussive machine, including the parameters of the gas-liquid accumulator. 针对基于MEA碳捕集系统对燃煤发电机组经济性影响的问题,以某600MW超临界燃煤机组为研究对象,计算了吸收剂的再生能耗,提出了碳捕集系统3种解吸热源方案:方案1是以机组第4段抽汽作为再沸器的热源;方案2是以第4段抽汽及第5段抽汽共同作为再沸器的热源;方案3是以机组新增加的抽汽段作为再沸器的热源。建立了耦合系统经济性评价指标,分析了3种方案机组的经济性。结果表明:3种方案均具有可行性,基于压力匹配原则的耦合方案3优于方案1与方案2,工况一定时,方案3的热效率分别比方案1和方案2高出2.04%,1.84%。方案3的热效率比不进行碳捕集机组热效率降低了4.76%,发电成本增加了0.154元/(kW·h)。  相似文献
