综述了酚醛模塑料及其成型工艺的研究进展。酚醛模塑料的改性方法主要包括基体树脂改性和填充改性,其中基体树脂改性可细分为结构改性、共聚改性和共混改性等。介绍了酚醛模塑料的主要成型工艺,包括模压成型工艺和注射成型工艺。分析了后固化处理工艺对产品性能的影响,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

针对可发性酚醛树脂及酚醛泡沫存在的问题,本文作者采用新型不脱水工艺,直接合成了固含量在70%~85%的可发性高固含甲阶酚醛树脂。分析了甲醛/苯酚(F/P)物质的量之比和催化剂种类对树脂性能的影响;讨论了酚醛泡沫制备工艺,建立了酚醛泡沫表观密度一力学性能模型;采用木质纤维表面处理方法制备纤维复合酚醛泡沫;采用无卤阻燃系统制备阻燃改性的酚醛泡沫;采用酸化处理方法制备无机复合酚醛泡沫。主要研究内容和结论如下:  相似文献

Laminated ceramic composites are appealing for many applications due to their unique and customizable thermal and mechanical properties. Gelcasting is a relatively new, yet commercially proven, near-net-shape processing technique suitable for laminate production. A review of gelcasting techniques and a discussion of their application to laminate processing are provided, along with an overview of laminate design and processing concerns. Specific examples of single-phase laminates produced via gelcasting are provided, including porous/dense alumina and magnetically aligned iron titanate and barium hexaferrite structures.  相似文献

It is shown that nitroso-tert-alkanes are highly active UV stabilizers which become at least partially chemically attached to polypropylene during processing. The aromatic nitroso compounds are less effective as light stabilizers but are more effective than their alkyl analogues as thermal oxidative stabilizers. Mechanisms are proposed to account for the antioxidant activity of the nitroso compounds and their ability to cause crosslinking of the polymer during processing.  相似文献

Mitochondrial proteins are encoded by both nuclear and mitochondrial DNA. While some of the essential subunits of the oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) complexes responsible for cellular ATP production are synthesized directly in the mitochondria, most mitochondrial proteins are first translated in the cytosol and then imported into the organelle using a sophisticated transport system. These proteins are directed mainly by targeting presequences at their N-termini. These presequences need to be cleaved to allow the proper folding and assembly of the pre-proteins into functional protein complexes. In the mitochondria, the presequences are removed by several processing peptidases, including the mitochondrial processing peptidase (MPP), the inner membrane processing peptidase (IMP), the inter-membrane processing peptidase (MIP), and the mitochondrial rhomboid protease (Pcp1/PARL). Their proper functioning is essential for mitochondrial homeostasis as the disruption of any of them is lethal in yeast and severely impacts the lifespan and survival in humans. In this review, we focus on characterizing the structure, function, and substrate specificities of mitochondrial processing peptidases, as well as the connection of their malfunctions to severe human diseases.  相似文献

Conventional soybean processing plants, as normally designed and constructed for production of animal feeds, are not suitable for production of edible soya flour without some modifications being made in equipment, process design and operating procedures. All sections of the plant are involved, from receiving and bean storage to final products handling. Experiences from four edible soy plants are described: one is part of a new processing complex, the others are conversions of existing, older processing plants. All are in commercial operation. The processing requirements for production of edible soya flour are reviewed and described with special reference to their application in the plants under study. Any conventional soybean processing plant that is normally well operated can be modified to permit production of edible soya flour.  相似文献

Polymer processing aids are used to improve processing properties in the polyethylene industry. These materials improve not only the physical and mechanical properties of the final products but also their processing properties. This paper studies some of the processing variables such as die pressure, melt temperature, masterbatch activity, and die gap by examining the functions of polymer processing aids and, last but not least, the effects on the film blowing process of two‐component processing aids containing a perfluorinated additive and polyoxyethylene.
