富气压缩机密封改造

论述了富气压缩机轴封系统改造。分析了原轴封系统存在的问题,提出了改造方案,进行了技术经济分析。通过将原浮环密封改造为千气密封,成功地解决了原轴封暴露的缺点,延长了轴封使用寿命,提高了可靠性,减少了运行成本,实现了零选出,方便了整套系统的维护,实现高自动化控制。     

霍夫曼真空过滤器金属网带的国产化研究

分析了进口金属网带结构存在的不足，进行了改进设计，简化了原有结构，提高了效率，降低了成本，延长了使用寿命。     

超声波金属焊接机气动回路及PLC控制系统的设计

对用于铜箔和铜管连续缝焊的超声波焊接机的气动和控制系统进行了设计分析。根据焊接工艺,拟定了气动回路,进行了气动元件的选择计算,确定了管道直径,验算了压力损失。拟定了PLC控制流程并对控制端口进行了分析,编写了控制程序,实现了铜箔和铜管的自动焊接。     

铁路客车底架牵引梁改进及加工工艺

通过工艺分析与研究,改进了铁路客车底架牵引梁的结构,选取了优质材料,优化了制造方法,降低了成本,提高了工作效率,产品精度有了很大提高,同时提高了车辆的承载能力,延长了使用寿命,现已广泛用于国内及出口车辆的制造,并获得了国家发明专利.     

飞刀式纸护角裁切机构的设计

设计了一种飞刀式纸护角裁切机构,利用了曲柄滑块的运动原理,提高了裁切速度,缩短了纸护角最小长度.飞刀式纸护角裁切机构省去了现有护角机上的液压装置,减少了动力源的数量,减轻了整机的重量,在降低成本的同时提高了生产效率,并获得了更广的纸护角长度加工范围.     

四齿短轴的冷挤压工艺及模具设计

分析了四齿短轴的冷挤压工艺，设计了冷挤压件图，计算及选用了毛坯尺寸及形状，验算了许可变形程度，选择了变形用的设备，拟订了冷挤压前的毛坯处理及设计了冷挤压模具结构。

药品冻干机自动装卸料系统研究

分析了药品冻干机自动装卸料系统功能,给出了设计方案,讨论了功能实现方法.采用模块化设计思想,设计了系统总体结构,对各个机构功能和实现方法做了简要分析,对控制系统进行了较详细的研究.选择西门子S7-300 PLC为控制器,设计了系统硬件结构.阐述了系统软件设计方法、设计过程,编写了PLC控制系统程序,实现了整个自动装卸料过程的自动控制.     

汽车内饰转向护板注塑模设计【摘要】

本文基于CAD／CAE技术对汽车内饰件转向护板注塑模具进行了设计。运用Pro／E软件对模具进行了三维设计,使用MoIdflow对模具进行了CAE分析,优化了浇口位置,合理设计了排气槽,提高了设计效率,创新了塑料模具设计方式。根据产品结构,采用动模中心凸起布局,应用斜顶机构实现侧抽芯,简化了模具结构,提高了模具设计质量,降低了制造成本。     

Effects of type of lubricant and shape of tooth profile upon efficiency of gear drives

To reduce energy consumption, it is important to increase the efficiency of gears used for power transmission. In the present work, the efficiencies of gear drives with standard and profile shifted involute gears are measured by changing the type of lubricating oil. A new equation for calculating efficiency is derived by taking into account the additional friction torque that depends on the shape of the teeth. The efficiencies calculated with the new equation agree well with those obtained by experiments conducted using two planetary gear drives with different tooth shapes and with different reduction ratios (u = 4. 89 and 151). The new equation is applicable to the design of gear drives with higher efficiency.     

Torsion of thin-walled beams of open cross-section with influence of shear

An approximate analytical approach to the torsion of thin-walled beams of open cross-section with influence of shear is presented. It is assumed that the normal stresses in the cross-section contour direction are small compared to the normal stresses in the beam longitudinal direction that can be ignored in the stress–strain relations. The stresses and displacements are obtained in the closed analytical form. It is assumed that transverse load can be reduced to moments of torsion only, with respect to the cross-section shear centre. The beam will be subjected to torsion, with respect to the shear centre, i.e. the principal cross-section sectorial coordinate, in the case of cross-sections with two axes of symmetry; to torsion and bending in the case of cross-sections with one axes of symmetry and to torsion, bending and tension in the case of general cross-sections. An illustrative example of beam with one axis of symmetry is given.     

圆柱轮送丝机构的仿真研究

介绍了送丝机构的组成,送丝机构采用圆柱齿轮,并在圆柱轮圆柱面上开圆弧槽;通过PROE软件建立送丝模型,采用ADAMS进行运动仿真.通过分析表明,圆柱轮传动送丝受力平稳,可以实现均匀送丝.     

Interaction of different types of additive with oil-soluble metal salts - homogeneous catalysts of oxidation

The interaction of zinc dithiophosphate and phenolic antioxidants with metal naphthenates, mainly with copper naphthenate, has been investigated. A complex compound is formed on the interaction of zinc dithiophosphate with copper naphthenate; this has a noticeable influence on the antioxidation effectiveness of zinc dithiophosphate. The possibility of increasing the antioxidising action of zinc dithiophosphate through its combination with a copper passivator is shown. The formation of complex compounds on the interaction of phenolic antioxidants with copper naphthenates depends on the structure of these additives.     

超声珩齿的变幅杆设计与有限元分析

推导了不同形状函数变幅杆的四端网络表达式,完成了超声珩齿振动系统的结构设计.利用ANSYS软件进行了动力学分析,验证了设计的变幅杆可满足系统谐振的要求.中空变幅杆可有效地提高变幅杆的放大比,为大孔径齿轮的高效珩齿的变幅杆设计提供了一种新方法.     

40.5kV箱型气体绝缘开关设备气室刚度校核

针对40．5kVC—GIS中的气室刚度进行数值计算,计算出在气室侧板不同厚度下以及不同尺寸加强筋时的最大变形,根据计算结果为工程实际提供了优化设计尺寸和一些改进措施,并得到了试验验证。     

Reduction of amount of tribotests of lubricants with four-ball machine

The paper shows the possibility of reducing the labor-consumption of tribotests of lubricants with the four-ball machine according to the Methodical Recommendations Pд 50-531-85. The amount of experiments can be reduced by replacing testing of several specimens with averaging data over the set of realizations with one process of a quite long duration provided that the informative content of the experiment is retained.     

齿轮盘铣刀后刀面多轴联动数控磨削仿真

设计直纹面组合刀头,对盘形齿轮铣刀后刀面的数控磨削加工进行仿真.首先根据后刀面设计的理论公式,提出参数化设计方法,给出了在不同前后角参数下后刀面磨削点坐标计算公式及UV网坐标.分析、计算出磨削过程中对应的旋转轴数据,并推导出砂轮半径补偿计算公式.然后,用曲率方法分析磨削时的局部干涉现象,推导出避免局部干涉的砂轮半径可选...     

The influence of the aperture of illumination on the accuracy of microscope-photometric measurements of internal transmittance

The conical shape of the bundle of illuminating rays in the microscope causes a systematic error of transmittance measured with a microscope photometer in comparison with the (true) transmittance measured with a macrophotometer in which the ray bundle is cylindrical. The error is evaluated by the ratio of transmittance measured with the microscope photometer to the true transmittance. It is calculated for the following model objects: parallel-sided plates, wedges, spheres and circular cylinders. The results of calculations show that the error increases with decreasing transmittance, increasing angle of the cone of rays (evaluated by the effective numerical aperture of illumination), and increasing relative size of photometric field. On the whole, the error can be neglected if the true internal transmittance is greater than 0.1 (10%), the numerical aperture is less than 0.45 and the radius of the photometric field (in the object plane) is less than one-fifth of the thickness of the object.
