The process of preparation of oriented BaFe12O19 films with deposition of BaFe12O19 nanoparticles from 1-butanol suspension in a magnetic field was studied. The structural, microstructural, and magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscopy, and magnetic measurements and the annealing conditions influence on the films?? orientations and microstructures was explored. The best BaFe12O19 film properties, saturation magnetization of 49?emu?g?1, high values of coercive field (4.4?kOe), and squareness ratio of 0.92, were obtained on well-crystallized oriented BaFe12O19 films annealed at 1050?°C for 30?h.  相似文献

This work continues our studies into the nature and mechanisms of phase transitions in K3Nb3B2O12 (KNB) crystals, which have a framework structure with spacious continuous channels and combine ferroelectric, ferroelastic, and superionic properties. Single crystals of KNB-based solid solutions in which Nb5+ is partially substituted with Ta5+ (KNBT) or Sb5+ (KNBS) are grown from off-stoichiometric melts. The KNBT solid solutions containing more than 15 at. % Ta are found to decompose at room temperature. The introduction of Ta leads to marked broadening of phase transitions but has little effect on the transition temperatures. KNBS solid solutions exist in a limited composition range. Increasing the Sb content shifts the high-temperature phase transitions to much lower temperatures and raises the electric conductivity of the crystals by 1–1.5 orders of magnitude.  相似文献

通过反相微乳液法制备钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19),研究了反相微乳液法油水比例对BaFe12O19磁学性能的影响,分析了烧结温度对晶相以及晶体形貌的影响,得到了最佳的实验工艺参数,当油相和水相的体积比为6:1时,通过透射电镜观察发现:80℃热处理得到的样品的前驱体颗粒尺寸约40nm;在800℃烧成后得到片状、直径约50~80nm的钡铁氧体,并测得其饱和磁化强度为47.41emu/g,剩余磁化强度为29.01emu/g,矫顽力为2209Oe,磁滞回线面积为1120708;在900℃热处理还出现了新相BaO2.  相似文献

The effect of Na2O addition on the magnetic properties of isotropic BaFe12O19 ferrites from hot-rolled mill scale was investigated. Na2O was added up to 0.2s%. The values of coercivity and energy product maximum are significantly increased, notably (BH)max from 0.8 to 0.9× 106 OeG, and those of intrinsic coercivity rise drastically from 2500 to 4000 0e when Na2O up to 0.15% is added after calcination. On the other hand, the magnetic properties of the ferrites gradually deteriorate and the values of intrinsic coercivity vary very little when Na2O up to 0.2% is added prior to calcination. The densification of ferrites is slightly decreased in the presence of the Na2O, regardless of the time at which it is added.  相似文献

This study investigates microwave absorption properties of Ba-hexaferrite (BaFe12O19) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles coated with conducting polymer (PANI) and BaFe12O19-TiO2 mixture in the frequency range of 8–18 GHz. Samples having different magnetic to dielectric mass ratios and various thicknesses from 1.5 to 4 mm have been prepared to investigate effect of magnetic and dielectric fillers together with influence of conducting polymer layer on microwave absorption properties of BaFe12O19-TiO2 composite. Structural, magnetic, and microwave absorption properties of composites have been investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and near field microwave measurements using vector network analyzer. Microwave measurements revealed that composites with PANI coating have much higher absorption values which are independent of an absorber thickness. Among PANI coated absorbers, sample having magnetic to dielectric mass ratio of 2 showed better microwave properties in 8–18 GHz range.  相似文献

The effects of B2O3–CuO (BCu, the weight ratio of B2O3 to CuO is 1:1) addition on the sintering behavior, microstructure, and the microwave dielectric properties of 3Li2O–Nb2O5–3TiO2 (LNT) ceramics have been investigated. The low-amount addition of BCu can effectively lower the sintering temperature of LNT ceramics from 1125 to 900 °C and induce no obvious degradation of the microwave dielectric properties. Typically, the 2 wt% BCu-added ceramic sintered at 900 °C has better microwave dielectric properties of ε r  = 50.1, Q × f = 8300 GHz, τ f  = 35 ppm/°C. Silver powders were cofired with the dielectric under air atmosphere at 900 °C. The SEM and EDS analysis showed no reaction between the dielectric ceramic and silver powders. This result shows that the LNT dielectric materials are good candidates for LTCC applications with silver electrode.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了(1-x) BaFe12O19/xBaTiO3复合吸波材料(x=0、0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9、1).研究了钛酸钡含量对复合样品晶体结构、微观形貌以及微波性能的影响.结果表明,于900℃煅烧的样品形成了BaFe12O19相和BaTiO3相共存的BaFe12O19/BaTiO3复合体系;当钛酸钡含量在0.3~0.7时,复合样品的介电损耗和磁损耗显著增强,提高了微波吸收性能,拓宽了有效吸收频带;当厚度为3mm时,x=0.5的复合样品在频率为13GHz处的最强吸收峰为14.8dB,x=0.7的复合样品的有效吸收频宽可达3.4GHz.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigate influence of HCl-etching on magnetic parameters of B2O3-doped M-type barium ferrites. Our studies have shown that magnetization parameters; the remanence magnetization M r and the specific magnetization M s at 1.5?T, increase significantly with HCl-etching. The best magnetic parameters were observed in the sample of 0.1?wt% B2O3-doped and HCl-washed one after calcination at 1000?°C (M r =34.9?emu/g, M s =0.63.3?emu/g). Increments up to 50% in magnitudes could be achieved with HCl washing. Exchange interactions between particles were also examined by Wohlfarth model. It was observed that magnetizing-like interactions between particles become stronger but ,on the other hand, demagnetizing-like interactions becomes weaker with HCl-etching.  相似文献

本研究通过磁场成型技术制备高取向度、高剩磁比的BaFe12O19六角铁氧体;研究助烧剂对BaFe12O19六角铁氧体剩磁比、矫顽力、气孔率及铁磁共振线宽的影响;通过铁磁共振线宽测试,分析各向异性致宽、气孔致宽对铁磁共振线宽的贡献.测试结果表明,样品的最优剩磁比为0.87,铁磁共振线宽为220 Oe.分析结果表明,铁磁共振线宽主要来源于气孔致宽,且磁场成型技术和助烧剂都有利于降低材料的铁磁共振线宽.  相似文献

The anisotropically formed BaFe12O19 ferrites were prepared from the hot-rolled mill scale and silica was added to the ferrite during fine milling in the range 0.15 to 0.50 wt%. These ferrites were sintered at 1220° C for 2 h. The grain growth of the ferrites is dominantly influenced by the sizes of the silica added. Coarse-grain ( 1m) silica tends to promote discontinuous grain growth, which increases drastically with slightly increasing amounts of silica added, while fine-grain ( 0.013m) silica tends to retain fine grain microstructures with the same increasing amount of silica. The average grain size of the ferrite without silica addition was 8 to 10m. The size was increased to as large as 30m on addition of 0.15% coarse-grain silica and the microstructure was full of extremely large grains on the addition of 0.50% coarse-grain silica.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸sol-gel工艺合成了BaFe12O19/SiO2-B2O3微晶玻璃陶瓷,研究了SiO2-B2O3玻璃的含量,Ba/Fe原子比和热处理温度对体系析出晶相的影响,以及介电常数和磁异率在1MHz-6GHz频率范围的变化规律,结果表明,休系中SiO2-B2O3玻璃的含量和Ba/Fe比越高,BaF312O19相的析出越困难,前驱体合适的热处理温度为1000℃,介电常数和磁导率基本上随测试频率的增而加下降;介电损耗的最大值为0.43,磁损耗较小。  相似文献

主要研究了在烧结NdFeB磁体的晶界添加W对显微组织和磁性能的影响,实验结果表明,随W添加量的增大,晶粒逐渐细化,剩磁稍有下降,面矫顽力逐渐升高,在含W为1%wt时,矫顽力达到峰值。扫描电镜的观察显示,加W磁体在晶界区生成许多杆状相,能谱和X线射线衍射分析均表明此相为WFeB化合物。  相似文献

主要研究了在烧结NdFeB磁体的晶界添加C对显微组织和磁性能的影响。实验表明,随C添加量的增大,晶粒先粗化再细化,矫顽力呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势当C一达到0.4%wt时,晶界变得零乱而不规整。X射线衍射分析表明此时磁体内生成了Nd2Fe17C相,矫顽力和晶粒尺寸的变化均与Nd2Fe17C的生成有关。  相似文献

The chromium substituted barium hexaferrites were prepared by self-propagating combustion method. The crystalline structure, complex permittivity, complex permeability, and hyperfine parameters of BaFe12−xCrxO19 (x varies from 0.2 to 1.0 in a step of 0.2) were measured with X-ray diffraction, vector network analyzer and Mössbauer spectroscopy. At 850 °C, only a part of Cr3+ ions are permitted to enter the lattice of barium ferrite. With further calcination at 1000 °C, all Cr3+ ions enter the lattice. After substitution, the complex permittivity is increased. The Cr3+ ions substitute for the Fe3+ ions on the 2a site, and simultaneously lead to a quadrupole splitting on the 4f1 site. These changes decrease the anisotropy field, which are accordant with the spectra of μ″. In the crystalline cells of the substituted barium ferrites, some Fe2+ ions are formed. It results in a bigger dielectric loss.  相似文献
