采用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)鉴定了一种载担型铂催化剂的晶体物相,并应用化学计量学峰形拟合法和Scherrer法计算了其中铂的晶粒尺寸。其主要物相鉴定结果为:铂(Pt)、氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)。Pt(111)晶面晶粒尺寸为10.4nm。X射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析该催化剂中Pt的质量分数为0.25%。  相似文献

用有机溶剂浸泡药物和奶粉两种复合膜包装袋,让其每一层分开。经FT-TR仪及X射线萤光光谱仪检测,结果表明:药物包装袋内层膜的材质是聚乙烯(PE),外层膜的材质是聚丙烯(PP)。奶粉包装袋内层膜的材质是PE;中间层是金属铝膜;外层膜的材质是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。  相似文献

激光等离子体软X射线光源是脉冲式光源,对这类光源的光谱诊断有几种方法.文章介绍了一种新的、实用的测量激光等离子体软X射线光源光谱的方法.此方法以低噪声的通道电子倍增器探测来自光源的ns量级的脉冲光信号,并由低噪声、响应快的电荷灵敏前置放大器进一步将其放大,前放的输出电荷与输入的脉冲信号的峰值成正比.使用这种方法测量了铜靶激光等离子体光源和氧、氪气体靶激光等离子体软X射线源在8~30nm波段的光谱.  相似文献

以纳米碳酸钙粒子作为测量对象,分别采用x射线衍射法(XRD)、透射电子显微镜法(TEM)及原子力显微镜法(AFM)测量其粒径.结果表明:x射线衍射法测量的纳米粒子粒径可能小于纳米粒子实际平均粒径,透射电子显微镜法和原子力显微镜法测量的纳米粒子粒径可能大于纳米粒子实际平均粒径.分析探讨了3种方法的应用领域、测量范围、优缺点等.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the effect of changes in the key parameters of an algorithm for identifying cracks in images of rolls of continuous casting machines. The effects of the background threshold of binary conversion and the filter kernel size on the total error of calculations of geometric characteristics of cracks are considered. The range of crack lengths for which the developed algorithm is suitable is calculated based on experimental data.  相似文献

目的:建立同时测定注射用替卡西林钠克拉维酸钾中两个主要成分含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法:采用SB-Aq色谱柱(250mm×0.46mm,5μm);流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH5.2)-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH4.3)-乙腈,进行梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长220nm。结果:标准曲线中替卡西林和克拉维酸的浓度分别为103.7~311.1μg/mL和6.666~20.00μg/mL;相关系数分别为0.999和0.999;平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.6%和99.3%。结论:该方法准确性好、灵敏度高、重复性好,可有效控制药品生产质量。  相似文献

Indirect Selective Laser Sintering/Isostatic Pressing (SLS/IP), with Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIPing) and Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIPing) IPs, is adopted for the manufacture of complicated automobile components. The preparation of PA12-coated AISI316L powder and airproof plastic canning during CIPing are also investigated. The influence of technology parameters on the performances of AISI316L specimens during SLS/IP is likewise analyzed. Results show that PA12-coated AISI316L powders are successfully prepared through the dissolution and precipitation process, and that it is better to fabricate airproof canning for complicated components with natural latex. After sintering AISI316L specimens from 1300°C to 1340°C (CIPed at more than 300 MPa ahead), their relative densities increased, approaching 92%. Subsequently, their relative densities are improved by HIPing, whose optimal pressure and temperature parameters are between 90 MPa and 20 MPa, and 1150°C and 1250°, respectively. The optimal tensile performances are close to those of annealed AISI316L compact materials. 目的建立了复方氨酚烷胺片中盐酸金刚烷胺、马来酸氯苯那敏、对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的反相高效液相色谱含量测定方法.方法采用Apollo C18分析柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为0.2%戊环磺酸钠(1%磷酸调pH=3.0)-甲醇(8515);柱温40℃;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长0~5 min,195 nm;5~15 min,245 nm.结果盐酸金刚烷胺、马来酸氯苯那敏、对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的线性范围分别为2.52~504.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)、1.54~308.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995)、5.1~1020.0 μg·mL-1(r=1.0000)、1.52~304.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998);平均回收率(n=3)分别为99.2%、99.8%、99.6%、99.9%,RSD分别为0.27%、0.41%、0.65%、0.59%.结论采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定复方氨酚烷胺片中盐酸金刚烷胺、马来酸氯苯那敏、对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因4种成分的含量,方法准确,结果可靠.  相似文献

The capability of an electromagnetic transducer for multiparameter structuroscopy is considered theoretically. The multiparameter testing of the structural state using the consumptive magnetic permeability channel is shown to be possible in principle. The error of testing is estimated under nearindustrial conditions using a simulation model and multiparameter structuroscopy is proved to be practically possible.  相似文献
