针对日益突出的汽车转向节疲劳损伤问题,应用CAE技术建立了汽车转向节的实体模型,并对汽车转向节的各种工况开展了静强度分析,通过施加载荷分析得到了汽车转向节的应力结果,然后应用有限元方法对汽车转向节设计模型进行了疲劳分析,得到了相对可靠的零部件预测寿命。利用疲劳试验装置对分析结果满足设计要求的转向节进行了疲劳耐久性试验,验证了有限元模型、静强度分析以及疲劳寿命分析结果的准确性。研究结果表明,应用有限元分析方法进行汽车转向节疲劳分析是可行的,对完善汽车零部件设计开发流程有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

行星架是履带式车辆侧减速器的重要传动机构,由于测试手段及试验方法的限制,行星架在设计时采用静强度设计理论,无法准确反映其在不同的复杂任务工况下的动态特性,给动载荷作用下构件的寿命预测分析带来了极大困难,结果导致构件的实际寿命与设计寿命有较大差距。基于ADAMS.ATV建立履带式车辆侧减速器虚拟行驶试验平台,获得了行星架在各种工况下承受的动态载荷。基于MSC.Fatigue软件建立了侧减速器的疲劳分析模型,获得了行星架的疲劳寿命。预测仿真实例证明了对行星架进行疲劳寿命预测的可行性,对复杂工况条件下履带式车辆构件疲劳寿命预测问题进行了探索,研究成果还可推广应用于相关工程领域,具有非常重要的实用意义。  相似文献

以某型号风电齿轮箱行星传动系统的柔性销轴为研究对象,简要分析了柔性销轴在多行星轮传动系统中的均载原理,利用有限元方法对柔性销轴进行了静强度校核与变形情况计算,并利用疲劳计算软件MSC.fatigue对销轴作了基于有限元分析结果的疲劳寿命计算,重点说明了疲劳载荷谱的确定,材料疲劳寿命曲线的定义。结果表明,柔性销轴的强度满足要求,但有必要在销轴轴肩处进行结构改进,降低应力集中,以满足耐久性要求。  相似文献

针对风力发电机组齿轮箱弹性支撑疲劳寿命预测问题,将数值仿真技术应用到了橡胶疲劳分析中。使用橡胶模型参数建立了轴瓦弹性支撑有限元模型,进行了静刚度试验,通过对比发现了仿真结果与试验结果比较符合;选定疲劳损伤模型,进行了橡胶材料的疲劳寿命测试,拟合了模型参数;在风电机组设计载荷下,开展了齿轮箱弹性支撑橡胶的疲劳损伤分析,提出了多轴变载工况下橡胶疲劳分析方法,将疲劳载荷时序加载转换成位移时序加载,计算了时序疲劳载荷损伤和等效疲劳损伤,得到了弹性支撑在不同部位疲劳损伤分布情况。研究结果表明:时序疲劳载荷相对等效疲劳载荷对橡胶的疲劳损伤更大,实际疲劳校核应按时序疲劳载荷进行。  相似文献

为准确复现某半挂牵引车车架铸造横梁试验场失效模式并提升结构可靠性,对典型工况静强度进行了分析;通过对比仿真结果与应力试验,验证了有限元模型准确性并发现了结构薄弱点,对结构进行了优化设计;建立了刚柔耦合的整车虚拟样机模型及试验场扭曲路面,提取了车架连接处载荷,结合惯性释放的方法完成了两种方案车架疲劳寿命计算,并进行了两种方案扭转疲劳台架试验。结果表明:改进方案在典型工况静强度、基于扭曲路面的虚拟疲劳寿命及基于台架试验的扭转疲劳寿命等方面均有较大提升,验证了改进方案的有效性。  相似文献

功率分出轴是航空发动机的重要部件,作为飞机和发动机之间的动力连接件,无法备份,其可靠性要求极高。根据飞行中实测分出轴的轴向变形情况,结合工况分析和设计要求,利用有限元软件ANSYS对采用膜盘联轴器设计的功率分出轴进行强度分析和疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,功率分出轴的静强度足够;整个结构中膜盘的疲劳寿命较短,膜盘外侧易发生沿圆周方向的疲劳破坏。  相似文献

计算连续纤维增强金属基复合材料轴结构应力/应变响应,将仿真计算结果与国外试验数据对比分析,验证金属基复合材料轴结构响应计算方法的准确性。在此基础上,根据发动机涡轮轴真实工况载荷条件下,计算发动机在动载荷下的响应情况及危险位置,将动载荷与静载荷进行等效转换,并验证金属基复合材料轴结构在动载荷及静载荷作用下响应状态的一致性,从而基于静载荷条件工况下,进行疲劳寿命预测,并与国外试验数据对比分析,验证模型有效性。最终,以连续纤维增强金属基复合材料航空发动机涡轮轴为例,计算其在扭矩载荷及轴向力载荷作用下,铺层角度对轴结构响应及寿命的影响规律。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
