研制了一种具有良好刻蚀容差性能的类发夹型高温超导滤波器,在同等刻蚀条件下,达得更高的性能指标.在给出计算与设计过程的基础上,对出现大幅度欠腐蚀50 μm的类发夹型滤波器进行实际测试,其中心频率只偏移约30 MHz,并对该结构与直线型结构的刻蚀容差性能进行深入的比较分析,对类发夹型谐振器,每欠腐蚀2 μm,谐振频率比正常腐蚀偏低1 MHz,约为直线型谐振器的1/4,实验测试结果与之较好吻合.该研究结果,大幅降低了滤波器制作对刻蚀技术精度的依赖性,具有广泛的应用前景.  相似文献

提出一种新型的具有多次谐波抑制功能的发夹型微波带通滤波器,主要工作在2GHz频率。对该滤波器通过仿真优化,并进行实际设计测量。在该结构滤波器中,采用阶跃阻抗结构的发夹谐振器来达到缩小尺寸、多次谐波的目的。该滤波器相比于传统的微带线发夹型滤波器具有尺寸小,频率选择性好,阻带宽的特点。  相似文献

对各种类型的阶梯阻抗谐振器进行了分析和比较,λg/2型SIR谐振器最适合LTCC滤波器的设计;同时分析了耦合窗结构原理,多层LTCC滤波器适合采用这种耦合结构,可以大大缩小滤波器的体积;本文详细介绍通过多层孔径弱耦合、小型化发夹谐振器结构的LTCC多层窄带耦合窗滤波器设计方法,并进行该结构两种滤波器实物版图加工,实测结果与仿真结果比较吻合。该结构窄带滤波器结构小巧新颖,易于集成在小型化微波多芯片组件中使用。  相似文献

提出一种基于阶梯阻抗发夹谐振器的小型化微波低通滤波嚣,该滤波嚣仅由包含四节微带的阶梯阻抗发夹谐振器构成.设计结果表明,滤波器3dB通带从直流到2.8G,带内反射小于-20dB,带外抑制达到40dB.这种滤波器尺寸小,易制造,且具有陡峭的截止频率响应特性,可用于许多微波系统中.  相似文献

基于广义切比雪夫滤波器综合理论,本文设计了一个Ku 波段微带发夹谐振型交叉耦合滤波器。该滤波器的拓扑结构为CQ 型。由于引入非相邻谐振器之间的耦合,在有限频率点处产生传输零点,这样不仅使滤波器具有更好的选择性,而且其结构更加紧凑,尺寸也大大缩小。本文通过HFSS 电磁仿真软件对其进行了优化设计。其仿真结果很好地体现了该滤波器的特性。与同阶数的传统滤波器相比,交叉耦合型滤波器具有更好的带外抑制特性,有较好的工程应用意义。  相似文献

The authors describe the fundamental characteristics of miniaturized hairpin resonators having parallel coupled lines and show their applications to bandpass filters and receiver front-end microwave integrated circuits (MICs). A method for calculating filter coupling parameters using a general-purpose microwave circuit simulator is presented. The bandpass filters have a suitable structure for MICs, and their size is one-half that of conventional hairpin resonators without increasing insertion losses. Trial receiver front-end MICs using these filters have been developed and have shown good characteristics such as low noise and a high image suppression ratio. A microwave bandpass filter made from three-dimensional (3-D) slot-line resonators is described. This structure readily lent itself to the design and realization of a 16-pole filter. By concentrating the losses on the resonant element, very high Q can be achieved by using low surface resistance material, such as high temperature superconductor, for the slot-line resonator. The filter is five to ten times smaller than previous generation 3-D filters made using high temperature superconductors.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of microwave filter technology from an applications perspective. Military applications required wide-band and tunable devices for electronic support measures receivers, which led to the development of highly selective wide-band waveguide filters, coaxial resonator and suspended-substrate multiplexers, and electronically tunable filters. The satellite communications industry created demand for low-mass narrow-band low-loss filters with severe specifications on amplitude selectivity and phase linearity. These requirements resulted in the development of dual-mode waveguide and dielectric-resonator filters, and advances in the design of contiguous multiplexers. Cellular communications base-stations demanded low-loss high power-handling selective filters with small physical size, capable of being manufactured in tens of thousands at a reasonable cost. These demands led to advances in coaxial resonator, dielectric resonator, and superconducting filters, and also to methods of cost-reduction, including computer-aided alignment. Cellular radio handsets have required the manufacture of hundreds of millions of extremely small very low-cost filters, still with reasonably low loss and high selectivity. This has driven significant advances in integrated ceramic, surface, and bulk acoustic-wave active filters and filters using micromachined electromechanical systems  相似文献

该文研制了双模曲折悬置带线环四极微波滤波器。采用全波技术对该种滤波器特性进行的计算表明,它具有优良的窄通带、高选择性和小体积,与同类型二极滤波器相比,过渡带更陡峭。采用优化设计方法设计出了滤波器电路尺寸,制造了以r=2.8的Teflon为介质基片的滤波器,测试得到的双模曲折悬置带线四极滤波器的中心频率为f0=1.194 GHz,△f=19.4 MHz,通带插入损耗LP4.3 dB,阻带衰减Ls50 dB,实验结果和CAD预测作了比较,两者基本一致。这种滤波器可望在多种微波系统和移动通信系统中应用。  相似文献

石墨烯材料在微波段的阻抗可控特性是其最有价值的应用特性之一。文中首次分析了石墨烯对微带 多模谐振的影响机理,提出了一种集成滤波衰减功能为一体的灵活可控器件。首先,对不同位置加载石墨烯的微带双 模谐振器进行了严格的等效电路建模,通过奇偶模分析法及输入导纳参数计算,探究了双模谐振受石墨烯阻抗及其加 载位置的影响,明晰了石墨烯材料对微波谐振器的影响。随后设计了动态可调的滤波衰减器并阐述了石墨烯材料在谐 波控制上的潜在应用点。最后,采用不同尺寸的双模谐振器进行石墨烯加载并完成双通带幅度独立可控的滤波衰减器 的设计,仿真与实测结果吻合良好,验证了阻抗可控石墨烯材料在可调微波衰减类器件上的应用前景。  相似文献

微带发夹型带通滤波器具有尺寸小、结构简单、性能稳定等优点,在射频微波领域有着广泛的应用。 本文使用ADS 软件设计仿真了一种高选择性抽头式发夹型带通滤波器。与一般发夹型滤波器相比,该滤波器在输 入输出端并联四分之一波长开路微带线,通过在寄生通带增加传输零点的方法提高滤波器的带外抑制性能。另外, 在该滤波器的谐振单元上增加并联阶跃阻抗枝节,在通带两侧产生一对传输零点,来提高该发夹型带通滤波器的选 择性。最后对这种高选择性发夹型带通滤波器进行实物加工,测试结果证实了该带通滤波器的良好选择性能。  相似文献

Band-pass filters are described which utilize a novel type of resonator which has been named a "'trapped-mode resonator." This type of resonator uses a structure which is open on its sides so that energy in all but a single desired mode tends to radiate out to energy-absorbing material. However, energy in the desired resonator mode is trapped within the structure and a high-Q resonance occurs, such as is typical of conventional microwave cavity resonators. The use of resonators of this type makes possible the design of band-pass microwave filters which have a pass band similar to that of other multiresonator microwave filters, but without the many unwanted pass bands which are typical of microwave filters. The particular type of filter discussed utilizes the circular TE/sub 011/ mode. Several experimental filter structures of this type were constructed, and the results of laboratory tests are described.  相似文献
