为降低流水线模数转换器(ADC)中跨导运算放大器(OTA)设计要求,在分析已有开关电容电路(SC)误差消除技术和流水线ADC误差源的基础上,提出一种改进的流水线ADC开关电容电路及与其匹配的OTA设计方案.采用交又差分结构,对虚地电容进行了修正,并将电容失配参数在系统传输函数中消去,使开关电容电路对OTA的增益误差要求降低,并使其瞬态功耗下降.采用CMOS 0.18üm工艺设计了一个分辨率为8位、取样速率200 MHz的ADC作为验证原型,仿真结果表明,该优化结构符合ADC电路高速低功耗要求,可作为信号前端处理模块应用到模数转换电路中. 相似文献

基于MEMS技术研制的微电容传感器,其有效电容的实际变化量仅为飞法级。实验表明,二元调宽式信号拾取专用集成电路BH5001为检测微电容变化量建立了一个高信噪比的平台,结合优良的巴特沃斯低通滤波器和高品质的差动放大器,即可完成微电容的检测。 相似文献

提出一种高线性的OTA,并且实现在连续时间滤波器中的应用。OTA电路采用交叉耦合单元和差分对的互补结构的输入级,弥补传统OTA线性度的不足,解释提高OTA线性度原理。成功的实现所设计的OTA应用于连续时间滤波器中。最后,采用HSPICE对电路进行仿真验证,并与传统的结构的OTA进行比较,结果表明该电路正确可行,线性度高。 相似文献

直流侧电容电压平衡的问题是级联H桥整流器CHBR(cascaded H-bridge rectifier)目前研究的热点问题.分析并推导了CHBR的电路模型;然后引入单相dq变换,建立了CHBR在此坐标系下的数学模型;分析了一种基于能量交换的CHBR直流母线电压平衡的算法;针对其开关频率高且在负载不平衡时无法正常运行的问题,提出了一种适用于负载不平衡条件下的算法.最后通过Matlab搭建了2级级联的系统仿真.结果表明,该算法可以在负载达到一定不平衡度的范围内较好地平衡各模块的直流电容电压,并且有效地控制系统的有功和无功,实现网侧电压电流同相位运行. 相似文献

Both Hypercube and deBruijn networks possess desirable properties. It should be understood, though, that some of the attractive features of one are not found in the other. The architecture proposed in this paper is a combination of these architectures, providing some of the desirable properties of both the networks such as admitting many computationally important networks, flexibility in terms of connections per node as well as level of fault-tolerance. Also the network allows a simple VLSI layout, scalability as well as decomposability. Thus, these networks can be a potential candidate for VLSI multiprocessor networks. The proposed network possesses logarithmic diameter, optimal connectivity, and simple routing algorithms amendable to networks with faults. Importantly, in addition to being pancyclic, these hyper-deBruijn networks admit most computationally important subnetworks including rings, multidimensional meshes, complete binary trees, and mesh of trees with perfect dilation. Techniques for optimal one-to-all (OTA) broadcasting in these networks are presented. As an intermediate result, this technique provides the fastest OTA broadcasting in binary deBruijn networks as well. 考虑在线旅行社(OTA)和旅游运营商(TO)通过佣金模式合作共创的旅游O2O供应链,研究两种佣金谈判模式下OTA和TO的最优定价与服务策略:FU模式,OTA与TO的佣金谈判基准为线下销售价格,且线下销售价格是TO的私有信息;N模式,OTA与TO的佣金谈判基准为线上销售价格,且线上销售价格是公共信息.分析线上渠道市场份额和谈判能力的影响,探讨TO和OTA的佣金谈判模式选择问题.结果表明:在N模式下线上渠道市场份额越高越有利于OTA,在FU模式下过高或过低的线上渠道市场份额不利于OTA.而且,过强或过弱的谈判能力不利于OTA,但过高或过低的线上渠道市场份额或越强的TO谈判能力都对TO和整个旅游O2O供应链有利.对OTA、TO和整个旅游O2O供应链而言,N模式是较优选择. 相似文献

设计了一种用于高速ADC中的全差分套筒式运算放大器。从ADC的应用指标出发,确定了设计目标,利用开关电容共模反馈、增益增强等技术实现了一个可用于12bit精度、100MHz采样频率的高速流水线(Pipelined)ADC中的运算放大器。基于SMIC0.13μm,3.3V工艺,Spectre仿真结果表明,该运放可以达到105.8dB的增益,单位增益带宽达到983.6MHz,而功耗仅为26.2mW。运放在4ns的时间内可以达到0.01%的建立精度,满足系统设计要求。 相似文献

This paper deals with the design of a two-degrees-of-freedom (TDF) dead-beat controller with both optimal robustness and minimum settling time. Based on the parametrization of all stabilizing TDF controllers, optimal robustness and minimum-time control are achieved simultaneously. The minimum-time dead-beat control is constructed for arbitrary real-rational reference input. At the same time, optimal robustness is achieved under the constraint that the error between reference input and output asymptotically vanishes for any plant perturbation that does not violate the internal stability. It is proved that under the same robustness criterion, irrespective of its length of settling time, the optimal robustness of the TDF system is always superior to that of the one-degree-of-freedom (ODF) system as long as its settling time is finite, and they become identical only when the settling time of the ODF system goes to infinity. The aim of this paper is to deal with the problem of excessive control magnitude with deadbeat control systems. By the use of the transfer-function factorization approach, all stabilizing deadbeat controls are characterized in terms of control input. A formula is derived for the optimal control that minimizes the control input error for the specified settling time. The design procedure is essentially trade-offs between settling time and control input properties. As the bound of such trade-offs, the limiting value of the optimal performance index, as the settling time goes to infinity, is derived. This limit value plays an important role in fixing the most appropriate settling time. 相似文献
