The Voraxial Separator (VAS) has attracted increasing attention in recent years because it can separate large volumes of oily water efficiently within a tubular compact structure. However, there is a lack of systematic research into the working mechanism and validation of the design theory of the separation technology. In this paper, the key factors influencing the separation efficiency of the VAS were analyzed, the theoretical model of this new separation technology was established, and a pilot VAS was designed. The velocity field in the pilot VAS was also analyzed by numerical simulation, which could provide a useful reference for the theoretical research. The results show that the tangential velocity distribution at the swirler end is in accordance with the pattern of Solid Body vortex, and there exists a low pressure region along the central longitudinal flowline which can be proved by the distribution of axial velocity. The maximum separation efficiency of the pilot VAS can achieve is up to 93%, which occurs when the back-flow ratio is 2.9-11.4%. 相似文献

为了解α-氧化铝和γ-氧化铝合成镁铝水滑石(LDH)结构性能的差异,以α-氧化铝和γ-氧化铝为原料采用水热法合成了镁铝水滑石α-LDH-2.0和γ-LDH-2.0。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG-DTG)等对α-LDH-2.0和γ-LDH-2.0进行了检测,并将α-LDH-2.0和γ-LDH-2.0用于吸附刚果红的实验。结果表明:γ-氧化铝合成的γ-LDH-2.0板层更无序、结晶度较高,吸附实验中γ-LDH-2.0对刚果红的吸附效果强于α-LDH-2.0,并且适应更广的溶液pH范围,说明使用不同晶型的氧化铝可以调控镁铝水滑石的形貌结构使其高效吸附刚果红。当刚果红质量浓度为100 mg/L、镁铝水滑石添加量为20 mg时,α-LDH-2.0和γ-LDH-2.0对刚果红的吸附量较大,酸性条件更有利于α-LDH-2.0和γ-LDH-2.0对刚果红的吸附,α-LDH-2.0和γ-LDH-2.0去除刚果红的吸附动力学更符合拟二级动力学方程,等温吸附过程符合Langmuir模型。 相似文献

目的探讨心理干预在外科手术患者护理中的效果。方法选取2009年12月至2010年11月于我院外科进行手术治疗的150例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)75例和观察组(心理干预组)75例,后将2组患者干预前后的血压、心率、SAS评分、SDS评分及患者满意度、VAS评分、SCL-90评分进行统计及比较。结果经研究发现,观察组的血压、心率波动较对照组小,SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,VAS评分及SCL-90评分低于对照组,P<0.05或P<0.01,有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异。结论心理干预在外科手术患者护理中的作用较大,优势明显,值得推广应用。 相似文献

The menisci exert a prominent role in joint stabilization and in the distribution of mechanical loading. Meniscal damage is associated with increased risk of knee OA. The aim of this study was to characterize the synovial membrane and meniscal tissues in patients undergoing arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for meniscal tear and to evaluate association with clinical outcomes. A total of 109 patients were recruited. Demographic and clinical data were collected. Visual Analogic Scale (VAS) measuring pain and Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) were recorded at baseline and at 2-years follow-up. Histological and immunohistochemical characterizations were performed on synovial membranes and meniscal tissues. More than half of the patients demonstrated synovial mononuclear cell infiltration and hyperplasia. Synovial fibrosis was present in most of the patients; marked vascularity and CD68 positivity were observed. Inflammation had an impact on both pain and knee symptoms. Patients with synovial inflammation had higher values of pre-operative VAS and inflammation. Higher pre-operative pain was observed in patients with meniscal MMP-13 production. In conclusion, multivariate analysis showed that synovial inflammation was associated with pre-operative total KOOS scores, knee symptoms, and pain. Moreover, meniscal MMP-13 expression was found to be associated with pre-operative pain in multivariate analysis. Thus, targeting inflammation of the synovial membrane and meniscus might reduce clinical symptoms and dysfunction at the time of surgery. 相似文献

合成[Me3NH]Cl-2.0AlCl3、[PyH]Cl-2.0AlCl3、[Bmim]Cl-2.0AlCl3以及[Et3NH]Cl-2.0AlCl3氯铝酸盐离子液体,对[Et3NH]Cl-2.0AlCl3和[PyH]Cl-2.0AlCl3两种离子液体进行系列改性,并考察氯铝酸盐离子液体催化甲苯与氯代叔丁烷的烷基化反应,反应合成对叔丁基甲苯的催化性能。结果表明,未经改性的氯铝酸离子液体催化烷基化反应,对位产物选择性均较低,经FeCl3、CuCl以及CH3NO2改性的[Et3NH]Cl-2.0AlCl3离子液体对叔丁基甲苯选择性显著提高,而[PyH]Cl-2.0AlCl3离子液体经CuCl改性后的对叔丁基甲苯选择性则提高到85%以上。采用乙腈、吡啶为探针的红外光谱对离子液体酸性表征的结果表明,改性后离子液体的L酸和B酸均有所降低,其中B酸是影响对叔丁基甲苯选择性的主要因素,并对离子液体酸性催化甲苯与氯代叔丁烷烷基化反应合成对叔丁基甲苯的作用机制进行分析。 相似文献

Silver nanoparticles doped in polyvinyl alcohol (AgNps/PVA) were synthesized via polymer-promoted reductive reaction of AgNO3 and PVA under time-dependent exposure to UV radiation. The AgNps/PVA composites were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy to describe the structure, nuclearity, and distribution of Ag Nps within the PVA matrix. The UV–Vis spectrum of AgNps/PVA exhibited a broad surface plasmon absorption around 425–443 nm which originated from the formation of Ag NPs. Surface analysis by XPS indicated that the Ag NPs were grown solely on the PVA surface at UV exposure time of 2 h (2.0AgNPs/PVA). Increasing the UV exposure time to 4 h will cause the transformation of metallic nanosilver to oxidized nanosilver. UV–Vis absorption spectra were in situ recorded to follow the synthesis of Prussian blue (PB) on 2.0AgNPs/PVA (PB@2.0AgNPs/PVA). The colloidal dispersion of 2.0AgNPs/PVA in an acidic medium containing free Fe(III) ions and potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) revealed an additional band centered at 720 nm due to the intermetal charge-transfer absorbance of the polymeric Fe(II)-C-N-Fe(III) of the PB@2.0AgNPs/PVA nanocomposite. Control experiments were shown to involve a spontaneous electron transfer reaction between 2.0AgNPs/PVA and Fe(III) ions, with a concomitant decomposition of hexacyanoferrate(III) and formation of PB was observed. Moreover, IR gave clear cut evidence for the synthesis of PB@2.0AgNPs/PVA from the appearance of a band for the cyano group at 2090 cm?1. 相似文献

结合高速公路的实际需要,研究了钢纤维掺量对混凝土性能的影响.在此基础上,研究了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土性能的影响.研究结果表明:钢纤维对于混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗折强度、磨损量存在一个最佳掺量,其最佳掺量分别是1.5%、2.0%、2.0%、2.5%.当钢纤维掺量为2.0%时,粉煤灰对于混凝土抗拉强度、抗折强度、磨损量存在一个最佳掺量,其最佳掺量分别是15%、10%、15%,但粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗压强度影响不大. 相似文献
