The high quality single-phase solution of CO2/Polystyrene was achieved,by analyzing the influential factors for polymer microcellular foaming extrusion.The curve of pressure distribution along the barrel was determined.The axial position of gas-injecting port on the barrel was chosen form the results of stable foaming,and the number of gas-injecting ports in the circumference of the barrel was determined from the CO2 solubility in polymer.The effect of the screw rotation speed on CO2 solubility was studied,and the effects of pressure difference between the gas and the polymer melt on gas-injecting process and on the foaming stability were investigated.The influence of the gas temperature before injection on the single-phase of CO2/Polystyrene solution also was studied.  相似文献

The technical roadmap and policies for CO2 mitigation suitable for China are a common center of attention in the fields of energy, environment, and management science in the country. Emphasizing interaction between technical research and policy research, this work discovers the potential breakthrough in the integrated field. The technical difficulties of recovering CO2 are pointed out, the mechanism of combining CO2 recovery with energy conversion is investigated, and the basic principle for integrating an environmental-friendly energy system is discussed. Moreover, the formulation of a new energy system that can recover CO2 with very low or even zero energy penalty is proposed, while the assessment methodology and model system for the technical roadmap of CO2 emission control are developed. Finally, a new technical roadmap constructing an energy network suitable for China is proposed, which may provide a new way for the development of sustainable energy and environment technologies. The influence of Mo on the microstructure, bending strength and HV of Ti/Al2O3 composite was studied, and the influence mechanism was analyzed. The results indicate that after the addition of Mo, the composite organization is finer and phases distribution is better-proportioned which make the microstructure denser, the bending strength and HV of composite are also increased to a degree. But the bending strength increases first then decreases with the increasing of Mo content, so the appropriate Mo content for the Ti/Al2O3 composite is to be further confirmed. The V2O5 sol was fabricated by ultra-fast quenching. The vanadium with low valence (V4+) was found in V2O5 xerogel films by XPS analysis. The technology of oxygen top-blown was applied to analyze the XPS spectrum difference of V2O5 xerogel when the powder of V2O5 was melting in air or in oxygen atmosphere. The results show that the different melting atmosphere has certain influences on the chemical valence of V2O5 xerogel. Sm3(Fe,Ti)29Nx/α-Fe dual-phase nanometer magnetic material was fabricated through rapid solidification, crystallization and nitridation of Sm-Fe (Ti) alloy. The effect of combination of rapid solidification and Ti alloy addition on the phase formation and microstructure of the Sm-Fe alloy is investigated in this paper. The microstructure of amorphous phase and dual-phase nano-grain crystals before and after crystallization annealing were observed using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HREM). The dual-phase nano-grains after annealing were compacted together with a clear interface with the direct exchange-coupling mechanism. Different annealing processes were used to examine the melt-spun alloy. Comparison of the images of SEM showed that annealing at 750℃ for 10 min was most suitable to get homogeneous and nano-grains. No obvious kink was detected in the second quadrant of the hysteresis loop like a single hard magnet, and strong exchange coupling was found between hard magnets and soft magnets.  相似文献

Poly ethylene oxide (PEO)x−V2O5−V2O5−MoO3 (x=0, 0.5, 1) films were prepared by the sol-gel method. The synthesis and structure of the films were investigated by XRD, TG-DTA, FTIR, etc. The results show that V2O5−MoO3 xerogel has a layered structure and its interlayer space increased from 1.3181 nm at x=0 to 1. 7898 nm at x=1 after the nanocomposite films were dried, and PEO in the interlayer changes the interface structure by forming hydrogen bonds with V=0 bands. CV measurement indicates that the intercalation of PEO improves insertion/extration properties of Li+ ions in the interlayer. The homogeneous glass sample for the ( 1 - x ) As2S3-xCdBr2, where x=0. 015,0. 035,0.05, was prepared by the conventional melt-quenched method. Amorphoas ( 1 - x ) As2S3-xCdBr2 alloys were determined by X-ray diffraction, thermal compreheasive analysis and Raman scattering. The glass transittion temperature (TR) deereases a bit with the addition of CdBr2 . Based on the experimental data, the microstrtucture is considered to be the discrete molecule species of AsBr3 and Cd - S atomic bonds or clusters are honigeneously dispersed in a disordered polymer network formed by AsS3 pyramids interlinked by sulfur bridges.  相似文献

Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully fabricated on glass substrates by sulfurizing Cu-Sn-Zn multilayer precursors, which were deposited by ion beam sputtering and RF magnetron sputtering, respectively. The structural, electrical and optical properties of the prepared films under various processing conditions were investigated in detail. Results showed that the as-deposited CZTS thin films with the precursors by both ion beam sputtering and RF magnetron sputtering have a composition near stoichiometric. The crystallization of the samples, however, has a strong dependence on the atomic percent of constituents of the prepared CZTS films. A single phase stannite-type structure CZTS with a large absorption coefficient of 104/cm in the visible range could be obtained after sulfurization at 520°C for 2 h. The samples relative to the RF magnetron sputtering showed a low resistivity of 0.073 Ωcm and band gap energy of about 1.53 eV. The samples relative to the ion beam sputtering exhibited a resistivity of 0.36 Ωcm and the band gap energy is about 1.51 eV. Highly crystalline orthorhombic Bi2WO6 powders were hydrothermally synthesized from aqueous solutions of Na2WO4 · 2H2O and Bi (NO3)3 · 5H2O over a wide range of pH. The effect of pH on morphologies, sizes and properties of the Bi2WO6 crystals was investigated. The band gaps of the as-prepared Bi2WO6 were determined from the onset of the absorption edge of UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The methyl orange photodegradation was employed as a probe reaction to test the photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared samples under visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic activities of methyl orange degradation under visible light irradiation are strongly dependent on the pH used in the synthesis. The highest efficiency is observed at pH=7. Nanometer RuO2-SnO2 was synthesized by the citrate-gel method using RuCl3, SnCl4 as cation sources, citric acid as complexing agent and anhydrous ethanol as solvent. The structures of the derived powders were characterized by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area measurement. The pure, fine and amorphous powders was obtained at 160℃. The materials calcined at above 400 ℃ were composed of rutile-type oxide phases having particle sizes of fairly narrow distribution and good thermal resistant properties. By adding SnO2 to RuO2, the Ru metallic phase can be effectively controlled under a traditional temperature of preparation for dimensional stable anode.  相似文献

The golden and ultraviolet-absorbed CeO2-TiO2 film was prepared on soda-lime glass substrate with the thickness of 2 mm via the sol-gel method. The transmission spectra in range of 200 nm-800 nm were measured, and the crystallization, the abrasion and acid resistance were also investigated. The appropriate sol contents and heat-treatment schedule were determined. The results indicate that the appropriate molar ratio of Ce/Ti was 3:5 to 5:6. The ultraviolet-absorbance ability increased with the increase of the Ce/Ti molar ratio, but when the Ce/Ti molar ratio was higher than 1.5, the homogeneity of the film was deteriorated. With the increase of heat-treatment temperature, the main wavelengths of the color of the coated glasses were equal, but the color' s saturation decreased; the transmission peaks were the same, while the intensity of the peaks decreased. The roughness, abrasion and acid resistance of the film were also enhanced at the same time. The appropriate heat- treatment temperature may be 340℃.  相似文献

The chemical composition of the passivating layer formed on nano SnO2 anodes in 1 M LiClO4+ (ethylene carbonate)EC + (dimethyl carbonate)DMC at different charge/discharge states in lithium secondary batteries was studied using extra reflectance FTIR spectra. Results show that solvent decomposition reaction that generally occurs on the surface of carbon and alkali metal electrodes also takes place on nano-SnO2 anode, and the major constituent of the passivating layer is Li2CO3 and ROCO2Li. Formation of the passivating layer would certainly lead to the irreversible capacity loss.  相似文献

Nanocomposites MgFe2O4/SiO2 were successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method in the presence of N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF). The formation of pure MgFe2O4 was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron diffraction. The structural evolution of MgFe2O4 nanocrystals was followed by powder X-ray diffraction and IR absorption spectroscopy. The formation of spinel structure of MgFe2O4 started at 800 °C, and completed at 900 °C. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements suggest that the particle sizes increase with the increasing annealing temperature, and the mean particle sizes of the spherical samples annealed at 800 °C, 900 °C and 1 050 °C are ca. 3 nm, 8 nm and 11 nm, respectively. Magnetization measurements at room temperature and 78 K indicate superparamagnetic nature of these MgFe2O4 nanocrystals. The phonon spectrum of ordered zincblende Si50Ge50 alloy is calculated by ab initio method. The energy band structure at zero pressure and the pressure dependence of phonon dispersion curves are shown up to 20 GPa. The calculation finds a pressure-induced softening of the transverse acoustic phonon mode and the mode frequency reaching zero at about 14 GPa, which indicate breaking of the symmetry and formation of a new phase under high pressure. A n-Hexyl NH3Sr2Nb3O10 is obtained by the stepwise ion-exchange reaction, then is dispersed in aqueous solution of trinuclear acetato-hydroxo iron (III) nitrate, [Fe3(OCOCH3)7OH·2H2O]NO3, and the interlayer potassium cations of the perovskite niobate are exchanged with the partially hydrolyzed trinuclear acetato complex ions. On heating, the exchanged complex ions are converted into iron oxide pillars which keep the perovskite sheets apart. The product is characterized by XRD, SEM, EDAX and surface area measurement respectively. The sol-gel process of citric acid chelating with metal cations for the synthesis of normol spinel LiMn2O4 and the reaction mechanion mechavism were investigated by means of XRD,TG-DTA,and SEM ,the results show that at the beginning lithium citrate and chelate compound of citic acid with manganese ions formed ,and then with heating the esterification and condensation reacions occured between them and glyol ,The products obtained are polymers in which metal cations are distibuted homogeneously on atomic scale that ensur hight reacivity to cations of Li^ and Mn^2 ,Firing the gel grepared by this process ,the lattice diffusions of solid reactant ions caused by non-homogeneity of reactants are elinimated and avoided .At 400℃ phase-pure LiMn2O4 with nanometer scale crystallization having precise stoichiometry and perfect crystallization can be obtained ,The model of chelate coordinated of double -molecule between citric acid and Mn^2 in the gel network is proosed ,It is important for explaining the dispersion state of Mn^2 and the formaiton process of gel by this model.  相似文献

The film forming behavior on the interface between air and hydrosol of Fe2O3 nanoparticles was investigated by the surface pressure-time isotherms, the surface pressure-trough area isotherms, Brewster angle microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the freshly prepared hydrosol of Fe2O3 nanoparticles is not stable. The surface pressure increases with the aging time and finally approaches a constant, and the smaller the concentration is, the smaller the surface pressure is stabilized at and the shorter the time the hydrosol reaching stable needs. The surface pressure also increases with compression until collapsed, and the longer the hydrosol is aged, the higher the collapsing pressure is. A uniform and compact film composed of nanoparticles with an average diameter of about 2–3 nm on the air-hydrosol interface is observed by Brewster angle microscope and transmission electron microscope. The structural change in phase transition of hybrid (Cl2H25NH3)2MnCl4 was investigated. The temperature and the structures of the phase transition is investigated by thermal gravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectrum (IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results suggest that the phase transition is reversible and the structural change arises from the conformation change of the organic chain. The interlayer distance increases when the hybrid transforms from low temperature phase to high temperature phase. This is explained by the diffusion of gauche-bond along the organic chains and they move away from each other when the phase transition occurs. Combining the experimental data with theoretical calculation, we propose that organic chain of the hybrid in high temperature phase is the conformation of gauche-bond alternating with trans bond (noted as GTG'TGTG'TGTG'T).  相似文献
