文章介绍了不溶性硫磺的性质、形成机理及合成方法,并对生产过程中高温硫磺淬冷、固化、萃取、充油等工序工艺条件的选取作了较详细的讨论,指出了高含量(高转化率)、高温稳定性、高分散性、低静电、防爆、防腐、节能环保是不溶性硫磺产品未来的发展方向。 相似文献

以普通硫黄为原料,考察了低温熔融法工艺条件、稳定剂的加入、填充油和萃取剂的选择对不溶性硫黄(IS)含量、收率及产品稳定性的影响.结果表明,适宜的聚合工艺条件为:聚合温度为260℃,聚合时间为1h,室温去离子水作为淬冷液,固化温度为60℃,固化时间为4h,硫黄聚合转化为IS可达40%以上;聚合产品的固化过程、提高萃取温度以及在淬冷、萃取、充油过程中稳定剂的加入能较显著提高产品的稳定性;溶剂SL可以替代二硫化碳成为新的萃取剂并确定了其相应的萃取工艺条件.确定了淬冷液、萃取剂、填充油中适宜的稳定剂及其添加量,最终IS产品120℃、15min时的热稳定性达到49%以上,居同类工艺领先水平. 相似文献

不溶性硫磺(又称聚合硫或μ形硫)是指不溶于二硫化碳的聚合硫磺,其相对分子质量约30000。不溶性硫磺分充油型和非充油型两大类,橡胶工业中使用的不溶性硫磺绝大多数为充油型产品。充油型不溶性硫磺具有在胶料中分散性好、制品硫化交联点均匀的特性,因此用不溶性硫磺硫化的橡胶具有很好的不喷霜性,并能有效预防胶料焦烧、增进橡胶与钢丝或化纤帘子线的粘合。不溶性硫磺的生产方法主要有接触法、气化法、低温液相法等,目前气化法使用较多; 相似文献

Poly(ethylene terephthalate) containing hexabromobenzene, tricresyl phosphate, or a combination of triphenyl phosphate and hexabromobenzene, pentabromotoluene, or octabromobiphenyl was extruded or spun at 280°C into monofilaments or low-denier yarn, respectively. Only combinations of the phosphorus- and halogen-containing compounds resulted in flame-retardant poly(ethylene terephthalate) systems, without depreciating their degree of luster and color quality. The melting temperature, the reduced viscosity, and the thermal stability above 400°C of these flame-retardant systems were in most cases comparable to those of poly(ethylene terephthalate) itself. Phosphorus-bromine synergism was proposed with flame inhibition occurring mostly in the gas phase. 相似文献

将自制的9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)接枝硅基杂化介孔材料(DM)、三苯基磷酸酯(TPP)和聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)共混制得阻燃PC/ABS复合材料。研究表明,当DM和TPP的质量分数为2%和6%时,复合材料的氧指数为28%,并达到UL 94 V-0阻燃级别;锥形量热仪进一步分析证实PC/ABS/TPP/DM体系的最大热释放速率和总热释放量均有大幅度下降;通过对炭层形貌及结构的研究表明,DM和TPP具有很好的协效作用,在燃烧过程中能促进PC/ABS复合材料生成微观致密的炭层,增强了PC/ABS复合材料的热稳定性。 相似文献

Effects of xanthan on the crosslinking of normal and waxy rice starches using a mixture of phosphate salts (sodium trimetaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate, 99 : 1, dry solid basis) were investigated. The starch (158.4 g, dry solids) was dispersed in an aqueous solution containing xanthan and phosphate salts (1.6 and 0.6 g in 280 mL water, respectively), and the slurry was dried overnight at 45°C until the moisture content was less than 10%. The dry cake was then ground into powders and heated for 2 h at 130°C in a convection oven. The pasting viscosity, paste clarity, melting and in vitro digestion behaviors of the starches with modifying agents (xanthan and phosphate salts) were investigated. The heat treated starches displayed enhanced shear stability and reduced breakdown, as evidences of crosslinking. Xanthan (1.0% based on starch solids) enhanced the crosslinking effects in the viscosity profile. Waxy rice starch evidenced more profound viscosity changes than did normal rice starch, indicating it was more susceptible to the heat treatment. The waxy rice starch heated with the mixture of phosphate salts and xanthan exhibited a continuous increase in pasting viscosity without any breakdown. Under a DSC analysis, melting enthalpy decreased but melting temperature increased somewhat as results of the heat treatment with xanthan. In an in vitro digestion analysis, the starches treated with xanthan exhibited decreases in the maximum digestion level, and increases in the resistant starch (RS) content. Dry heating, however, increased the digestion rate and glycemic index (GI) regardless of the presence of phosphate salts or xanthan indicating that the starches were thermally degraded. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A comparative study of the fire‐retardant efficiency of three commercial aryl phosphates—triphenyl phosphate (TPP), resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate) (RDP) and bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate) (BDP)—in PC/ABS blends was carried out. The thermal and hydrolytic stability of the fire‐retardant resins, as well as their physical properties, was also studied. The use of RDP and BDP is preferred over TPP because of superior properties, whereas BDP shows better fire‐retardant efficiency, hydrolytic stability, and thermal stability than RDP. 相似文献
