利用PSPICE实现数字模拟电路的混合模拟

三值电压型CMOS施密特电路研究

首先对二值ＣＭＯＳ施密特电路的设计思想进行了分析,指出设计施密特电路的关键为阈值控制电路。根据三值ＣＭＯＳ电路有两个信号检测阈的特点,提出了通过文字电路将两个检测阈分离后进行分别控制并由文字电路的输出去控制ＣＭＯＳ传输门的设计方法,由此设计了三值ＣＭＯＳ施密特反相器。ＰＳＰＩＣＥ模拟证明了所设计的电路具有理想的施密特电路功能

本文主要讲述了通用电路辅助分析软件包ＤＥＳＩＧＮ ＣＥＮＴＥＲ的特点及其在数字式双积分Ａ／Ｄ转换器，三相全控桥式整流电路和饱和变压器的模拟分析中的应用，以此来说明如何方便快捷，灵活地应用ＤＥＳＩＧＮ ＣＥＮＴＥＲ进行电路辅助分析。     

A new simple method for analysing of thermal noise in switched-capacitor filters

Thermal noise is one of the most important challenges in analogue integrated circuits design. This problem is more crucial in switched-capacitor (SC) filters due to the aliasing effect of wide-band thermal noise. In this article, a new simple method is proposed for estimating the power spectrum density of output thermal noise in SC filters, which have acceptable accuracy and short running time. In the proposed method, first using HSPICE simulator, accurate value of accumulated sampled noise on sampler capacitors in each clock state is achieved. Next, using difference equations of the SC filter, frequency response of the SC filter is shaped by time domain analysis. Based on the proposed method, a SC low-pass filter and a second-order SC band-pass filter are analysed. The results are validated by comparing to the previously measured data.     

Compact formulation for exact analysis of nonideal SC circuits

A systematic analysis procedure to obtain closed-form expressions for the z-domain transfer functions of SC circuits with finite GB product op-amps is presented. This method allows exact frequential analysis of a general class of SC circuits, without imposing any restriction in the ratio between GB and clock frequencies.

Mixed potential integral equation technique for hybridmicrostrip-slotline multilayered circuits using a mixedrectangular-triangular mesh

In this paper, a mixed potential integral equation (MPIE) formulation for hybrid microstrip-slotline multilayered circuits is presented. This integral equation is solved with the method of moments (MoM) in combination with Galerkin's method. The vector-valued rooftop functions defined over a mixed rectangular-triangular mesh are used to model the electric and magnetic currents on the microstrip and slotline structures. An efficient calculation technique for the quadruple interaction integrals between two cells in the system matrix equation is presented. Two examples of hybrid microstrip-slotline circuits are discussed. The first example compares the simulation results for a microstrip-slotline transition with measured data. The second example illustrates the use of the simulation technique in the design process of a broadband slot-coupled microstrip line transition     

An Efficient and Accurate DC Analysis Technique for Switched-Capacitor Circuits

A simple but highly accurate method is proposed to find the dc parameters of active or passive switched-capacitor (SC) circuits. It is based on the dc model of a general SC branch.     

模电教学中BJT与MOS的近似性分析

BJT 与MOS器件及电路是模电重要内容；教学中二者的电路模型与分析方法不一致，学生困惑于两套不同的器件及电路知识。本文在遵循器件及电路工作原理的基础上，首次将二者在小信号模型、电路参数、I-V方程、特性曲线、工作区间、指标计算上进行完整的近似性分析及一致性推导；在二者电路计算中，用三种单管单级放大器实例，阐述近似分析方法的便利性。本文是模电教学的有力补充。

By-inspection analysis of switched-capacitor networks †

The recent advances in implementation of analogue MOS switched-capacitor (SC) networks have established a need for new methods of analysis of these circuits. In this paper an analysis method of SC networks operating with an n-phase clock is presented. The method is based on a building block approach which facilitates the derivation of a z-domain equivalent circuit. The equivalent circuit is then analysed using the flow-graph technique.     

Transient thermal analysis of multilayered structures using Green's functions

This paper presents an approach to the analysis of transient thermal states in electronic circuits using an analytical solution of the heat equation. Fully three-dimensional analytical time dependent solutions are determined for multilayered structures with the help of Green's functions (GFs). The GFs required for the solution are found using a Galerkin-based integral method. The entire solution method is illustrated in detail using a practical example, where the results of transient thermal simulations of a real hybrid power module are compared with infrared measurements.
