双螺母定位预紧滚珠丝杠副轴向接触刚度分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
提出一种新的滚珠丝杠副刚度分析方法,建立螺母所受轴向力与滚道正压力之间的关系,分析滚道接触点处的法向变形与螺母相对于丝杠的轴向位移之间的关系。综合考虑滚珠、螺母和丝杠滚道的几何参数,将接触角、公称半径以及螺旋升角作为未知量,建立滚珠丝杠副接触角模型。在此基础上,根据Hertzian接触理论建立了滚珠丝杠副的轴向刚度模型,该模型综合考虑了接触角的变化与滚道正压力之间的耦合关系。根据所建立的刚度模型分别研究了单螺母滚珠丝杠副和双螺母定位预紧滚珠丝杠副的刚度特性。研究结果表明,对于几何参数相同的滚珠丝杠副,在外加轴向力较小时双螺母预紧滚珠丝杠副的刚度明显大于单螺母滚珠丝杠副,随着外加轴向力的增大它们的刚度值逐渐趋近,最后达到相同;双螺母定位预紧滚珠丝杠副的预紧力越大,初始刚度值越大。 相似文献

以某外循环滚珠丝杠螺母副为研究对象,对其热态特性及其建模方法进行研究。在分析滚珠丝杠进给系统的热源和边界条件的基础上,建立了丝杠稳态温度分布的数学模型,并通过软件编程求解得到丝杠温度场和滚道的存在对丝杠稳态温度的影响;建立了考虑滚道影响的滚珠丝杠进给系统有限元分析模型,获得了滚珠丝杠进给系统稳态和瞬态热特性分析结果;最后通过滚珠丝杠螺母副热特性试验,获得了滚珠丝杠进给系统关键点的温度及其变化情况。研究结果表明:所建立的滚珠丝杠螺母副热特性分析数学模型可以较准确地获得滚珠丝杠的温度场,忽略滚道会使滚珠丝杠螺母副的温度场仿真结果产生15%~20%的误差。 相似文献

This paper addresses a design method of ball screws for high-precision feed drives of machine tools. The torque fluctuation of a ball screw influences position deviation, which deteriorates the contorting accuracy. The torque fluctuation comes from the load change of the contacting balls between the nut and the screw shaft during ball circulation. In order to decrease the load change, a ball screw that employs smaller balls was designed and evaluated in the measurement tests. The experimental results showed that the designed ball screw could decrease both the torque fluctuation and position deviation. 相似文献

High rotational speeds in ball screws (greater than 1000 rpm) cause more slip motion between balls and raceways than slower speeds. This increase in the slip motion increases the friction at the contact area, thus increasing the driving torque required for a high-speed ball screw. Theoretical analyses of the kinematics of a preloaded single-nut, double-cycle ball screw operating at high rotational speeds are presented in this study. The mechanical efficiency obtained from the theoretical driving torque, axial load and the orbital angular speeds of the ball was confirmed with experimental data. The slipping-rolling behaviour of each contact area was well developed from the distribution of stagnation lines consisting of pure-rolling points. Increasing the initial contact angle can significantly reduce the distance between the pure-rolling point and contact centre and decrease the driving torque, especially when the operating axial load approaches the applied preload. The mechanical efficiency can thus be increased, and wear may also be avoided by reducing the slip motion occurring at contact areas between balls and raceways. 相似文献

针对以往研究中滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩计算方法中未考虑润滑作用对其影响,或未考虑接触弹性滞后效应以及滑移摩擦效应对其影响的情况。首先基于单个滚珠接触效应建立其热弹流润滑方程;然后在考虑润滑效应的基础上建立其黏性摩擦力、弹性滞后摩擦力及滑移摩擦力方程;最后提出一种基于全滚珠载荷分布与热弹流润滑耦合的滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩计算模型,建立了预紧力、转速与摩擦力矩之间的耦合关系。试验结果表明,当预紧力从1 kN变化到6 kN,在滚珠丝杠低转速(100 r/min)时,摩擦因数变化范围为0.005 6~0.006 5。随转速的提髙摩擦因数升高且变化量逐渐增大,说明国际标准DIN ISO3408-3:2006中将滚珠丝杠副空载摩擦力矩测量速度定为100 r/min具有合理性,验证了所提出的摩擦力矩计算方法的准确性。 相似文献

In order to investigate the effect of counter materials on the coefficients of friction of TiN coatings with preferred grain orientations, the coefficients of friction against six counter materials (ball) were measured. The ball materials were aluminum (A1050), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS440C), bearing steel (SUJ2), carburized steel (SWRM10), cemented tungsten carbide (WC-Co) and alumina (Al2O3). After tests, the worn flat surfaces of balls and the wear tracks of TiN coatings were analyzed by the electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) and the auger electron spectroscopy (AES) to observe the Ti oxide film on each ball material and the adhesion of ball materials to the TiN coatings. The Ti oxide film was observed on the worn flat surfaces of the ball materials and the ball materials did not adhere to the TiN coatings in case that the low coefficients of friction were obtained. 相似文献
