结合公司的设备现状和生产实践,针对304不锈钢铸坯表面凹陷缺陷问题,进行缺陷机理研究分析,重点围绕结晶器锥度、结晶器液面、塞棒塞头材质等方面展开工艺研究改进。通过建立铸坯缺陷管控制度,对全流程铸坯缺陷进行精准控制,304不锈钢连铸坯表面质量得到稳定控制,铸坯表面修磨率大幅降低,为进一步提升铸坯表面质量积累了宝贵经验。 相似文献

针对板坯连铸铸坯常出现角部横裂纹缺陷,建立了板坯连铸结晶器与铸坯二维瞬态热力耦合有限元模型,研究了板坯结晶器窄面铜板在不同倒角结构和不同锥度情况下铸坯的凝固收缩行为,计算了铸坯在结晶器内的温度和应力分布情况。模型较全面地考虑了保护渣和气隙对传热的影响。数值模拟结果表明:结晶器窄面铜板倒角过大或过小,都不利于铸坯温度的均匀分布;对断面厚度为230mm的铸坯,窄面铜板采用20mm~25mm ×45°;倒角及抛物线锥度时,铸坯表面温度分布最均匀,最大平面主应力分布较合理,角部出现横裂纹的可能性会大大降低。 相似文献

以钢厂230 mm×2 150 mm板坯连铸机为研究对象,通过三维数值模拟分析了拉坯速度(0.8~2.3m/min)、水口浸入深度(100~200 mm)、铸坯宽度(1 100~2 150 mm)对结晶器内流场作用下的钢液传热、凝固特征的影响。结果表明,拉坯速度等参数变化不会改变结晶器内钢液流动的基本特征,但会显著影响到结晶器内窄边坯壳的发育状况。水口浸深、铸坯宽度和拉坯速度的变化对于结晶器熔池液面钢水过热度也有不同程度影响:小断面,大拉速和水口浸入深度较小时熔池液面过热度较大,最大达6.2 K。 相似文献

以提高结晶器使用寿命和铸坯表面质量为目标,通过建立漏斗区自有锥度、结晶器总锥度和结晶器局部锥度的计算模型,研究了漏斗区的宽度和深度、窄边铜板偏移量以及磨损对结晶器锥度沿高度方向分布的影响,提出了漏斗区自有锥度和局部锥度沿高度方向分布应与铸坯的凝固收缩相匹配的设计理念,对薄板坯连铸结晶器宽面铜板内腔形状及窄边锥度调控工艺进行了优化设计,为结晶器操作工艺及管理制度的优化提供了理论依据。基于上述研究工作,研发了适合于FTSC工艺的新型结晶器,进行了大量的工业生产试验。结果表明:在浇注宽度为1 520mm的铸坯时,窄边附加偏移量可由12mm降低到7mm,窄边铜板的使用寿命得到了大幅度的提高,过钢量为2.25万t后,窄边铜板最大磨损量由5mm降低到2mm以下;新型结晶器有效控制了铸坯窄面凹陷和表面纵裂纹的发生。 相似文献

20Cr钢的生产流程为120 t BOF-LF-200 mm×200 mm坯CC-轧制。对Φ35 mm 20Cr圆钢锻造的小型机械曲轴的结疤翘皮进行了成分检测、金相分析和电镜扫描能谱分析。结果表明,连铸过程结晶器液面波动超过±5 mm,造成保护渣卷入弯月面,引起铸坯表面夹渣和增碳,轧制过程形成结疤翘皮缺陷。通过浸入式水口深度由80~120 mm增加至90~130 mm,强化中间包水口和塞棒管控以及优化保护渣操作与性能使熔渣层厚度为10~15 mm,保证结晶器液面波动稳定在±3 mm内,避免了铸坯卷渣和锻件翘皮。 相似文献

A full-scale finite-element stress model of a slab and its mould was developed to analyse the non-uniform slab shrinkage of special steel in a vertical caster during slab continuous casting. The stress model was based on the heat transfer model which was validated by comparing the calculated temperature with the measured ones. According to the shrinkage calculation, the single linear taper is not suitable for the continuous casting of this special steel, and the narrow face taper need to be calculated and optimised. It will provide a helpful tool for further improving the casting parameters and operations for special steel. 相似文献

基于太钢409 L钢连铸生产工艺及板坯连铸机工艺参数,采用水模型实验和工业试验相结合方式研究了浸入式水口结构对结晶器内钢水流动行为及其对连铸坯[200 mm×(1 060~1 240 mm)]表面"卷渣"的影响。结果表明:使用原浸入式水口(侧孔48 mm×70 mm,和上倾15°)结晶器内钢液流场不稳定,对应连铸坯表面存在严重"卷渣"缺陷;在不改变水口结构条件下,上倾5°和上倾10°水口均无法解决连铸坯表面"卷渣";32 mm×52 mm小侧孔水口能有效解决小断面[200 mm×(900~1100 mm)]或低拉速(0.7~0.9 m/min)时409 L钢表面"卷渣";Φ60 mm内径水口对应结晶器中心平均波高在3.5~4.5mm,连铸坯表面"卷渣"缺陷由原来的36.5%降低至0.8%,该型水口不仅能适用现有断面[200 mm×(900~1320 mm)]及拉速(0.7~1.1 m/min)要求,还能提升连铸坯实物质量。 相似文献

AbstractIn high speed continuous casting, optimisation of mould taper is key for intensifying heat transfer and for improving the quality of the cast products. Mathematical modelling has been carried out by combining heat transfer, steel shrinkage and parabolic continuous taper model in order to optimise the mould taper profile. These models have been assembled to a set of software, the inputs of which include the steel grade, casting speed, casting temperature, length and the cross-section of mould tube, while the outputs consist of surface temperature of the strand, thickness of solidified shell, thermal linear expansion coefficient, steel shrinkage, distortion of the mould tube wall, the actual air gap, total taper and the continuous taper profile. Optimum mould taper has a parabolic profile which is tapered inwards that changes continuously along the length of the strand in order to achieve reduction in air gap while avoiding distortion of the mould tube. 相似文献

AbstractAt the thin slab caster of Tata Steel, IJmuiden, mild cooling mould powders were introduced with the aim to control the mould heat transfer during casting. These mild cooling mould powders are characterised by specific values of basicity, solidification point and chemical composition. Application of these mould powders resulted in a redistribution of mould heat transfer during casting, i.e. a reduced and more stable mould heat transfer in the critical upper part of the mould and an increased mould heat transfer in the lower part of the mould. The average mould heat transfer and hence the shell thickness at mould exit are comparable to the standard powder. The application of mild cooling mould powders also resulted in improved solidification behaviour of the steel shell. A thinner chill zone with smaller thickness variations was observed. Furthermore, it was found that the mould taper required optimisation to match the changes in shrinkage behaviour to ensure uniform solidification. The use of mild cooling powders was observed to give an increase in mould friction. Mould thermal monitoring indicated that the solid slag films fractured (sheeting) in the upper part of the mould. However, no operational problems were reported, which indicate that the first 200 mm under the steel meniscus is essential for initial solidification and for the formation of a homogeneous steel shell. All these findings can be understood by considering the crystallisation properties of the mould slag, which include the cooling rate. Mild cooling has been shown to provide uniform heat transfer and adequate lubrication for high speed thin slab casting. 相似文献
