Conclusions The above electrical ring dynamometers with powerful transducers provide the possibility of recording on an oscillograph film or observing visually on a milliammeter without amplifying equipment any values of compressing or tensile forces. Dynamometers of this type can be used for measurements in many branches of industry and agriculture. 相似文献

Summary The group method is applicable for checking heavy dynamometers if their dimensions are suitable for the use of the required number of smaller dynamometers which are of the same type and dimensions and have been calibrated at a lower load. The dispersion in the reading of a sum of parallel-connected dynamometers does not exceed the dispersion of each of them. The dispersion does not increase with a rising number of dynamometers. The total error in measuring with a group of dynamometers is 2–3 times greater than the error in measuring with a single dynamometer. The error of a series-connected heavy dynamometer is 2–3 times greater than that of the group method. In order to raise the accuracy of the group method it is recommended to work at the upper limits of the efforts measured by the dynamometers, and to level out and locate the dynamometers, taking into consideration their stiffness. The group method should only be used, in view of its cumbersome nature and inevitable error, in the absence of a single dynamometer which can take the tested load and has been calibrated for it. 相似文献

Conclusions The application of the basic design data of the calibrator schematic to the secondary instruments bridge circuits will greatly raise their zero stability and facilitate the production of precise matched resistors. The calibrator can also be used as a precision potential divider, and with a stable supply voltage for calibrating instruments in the milli- and microvolt ranges. 相似文献
