实时响应软件结构IRSA

根据现代通信网络设备实时性要求,提出了一种软件结构IRSA,给出了相应的任务间通信机制,并分析了任务响应信息（消息）的性能。最后,结合B－ISDN UNI信令协议给出了基于实时多任务操作系统pSOS的一个IRSA通信机制的实现方法。

由于易于使用和自动化特性,即时粘合剂--也称为氰基丙烯酸酯或CA——是一种在室温下经两部分压合后几秒钟即可固化并可暴露在表面潮湿环境中的材料。这种粘合剂可向各种基础材料提供高粘强度,包括PVC、ABS、聚碳酸酯、酚醛树脂、尼龙、钢、不锈钢、铝、锌铬酸盐金属、木材、软木、皮革、织物、纸张、丁腈橡胶和氧丁橡胶。还可以在难以粘合的塑料上使用,如聚烯烃、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、含氟聚合物、聚甲醛树脂和和聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）。     

Powder Mixing

The factors affecting powder mixing are reviewed. Methods of analyzing a random mix are discussed (indices, the Poisson distribution, and analyses of variance [ANOVA]). The influence of particle size, shape, and density are described, along with scale of scrutiny and sampling. Segregation and agglomeration are major problems in powder mixing, and their prevention and minimization are therefore paramount. Ordered mixing reduces segregation, but also introduces other problems. Regulating the particle size of the drug and altering particle shape minimizes segregation and agglomeration.

甲醛分析仪现场检测技术

采用扩散管动态配气装置发生甲醛标准气体，对BH-1型甲醛快速分析仪的各项性能指标（响应时间，稳定性）进行了测试，确定了分析条件（温度，相对湿度，风速）对仪器的影响，结果显示快速分析仪测定甲醛气体浓度的相对误差小于10％。研究表明经定期校准的甲醛快速分析仪用于室内甲醛气体污染的检测可获得可靠的结果。     

Change-Can Mixing Technology

Abstract

Change-can mixing and handling technology has changed dramatically during the past few years. Today, change-can mixing systems are available with up to three different mixers to handle formulations having viscosities up to several million centipoise. These systems incorporate low and high shear and low and high speed mixers that are independently driven and controlled. This permits processors to fine-tune the equipment for single or multiple tasks including emulsification, particle size reduction, dispersion and suspension.

Because of the high viscosity mixing capability of modern change-can mixers, a Follower Plate Discharge System has been specially designed. This discharge system pushes the viscous mixture out of the can into product cartridges, moulds or hoppers of packaging machinery. The development of new mixing and discharging systems and their integration open fresh opportunities to streamline processing operations and substantially lower production costs.     

利用计算机串口进行发动机瞬时转速测试

瞬时转速是发动机测试中的一个重大课题,笔者运用计算机接口知识,利用计算机串口测量发动机瞬时转速.测量、数据处理、曲线显示等全部由计算机完成,结构简单,测试精度高,为转速测量开辟了一个新的途径.     

即时临场用户主观数据采集方法研究

目的 建立一种即时临场的用户主观数据采集方法,并验证方法的有效性和价值.方法 利用情境感知工具CAUX(Context Awareness User Experience),以CAES(Context-Aware Experience Sampling)概念为基础,对依赖记忆的传统方法、数据采集方式单一的现有方法以及采集数据的时机不准确等问题进行解决,在保证数据耦合性的基础上,结合数据处理自动化,建立了一种通用的、系统的即时临场用户主观数据采集方法.结果 此方法在发现用户体验问题的内容、数量、严重程度等方面具有明显优势,可有效节约研究成本.结论 此方法在用户真实的研究人员感兴趣的情境下即时采集用户主观数据,在一定程度上提高了数据的准确性,能更有效地帮助用户研究和理解用户的行为和想法.     

用即时通讯工具实现应急远程诊断的探讨

介绍了利用即时通讯工具的远程协助功能对现有条件设备实现远程诊断的方法,为设备应急维修提供了一种简单有效的方法.该方法的使用可提高了设备维修保障能力,减少了设备停机时间,延长了设备的生命周期.     

即时顾客化定制的运作策略和原则研究

基于TRIZ创新理论以冲突为核心和采取结构化过程解决复杂问题的思想,在生产方式描述模型“生产方式树”的基础上,提出了一个生产方式的创新流程模型;然后利用该创新流程模型,以大量定制为初始生产方式,分析得到了同时实现低成本和定制、同时实现定制和零顾客购买提前期的运作策略和原则;最后提出了一个实现即时顾客化定制的运作模型“即时顾客化定制生产方式树”,该运作模型从整体上描述了同时实现低成本、定制和零顾客购买提前期的运作策略和原则。     

Sorbitol Instant an Excipient with Unique Tableting Properties

The manifold tableting applications of sorbitol instant - a special type of spray-dried sorbitol - are described and numerous examples of tablet formulations are given. It is shown that the unique tableting properties of sorbitol instant chiefly result from its crystalline structure, which consists of very loosely-packed, randomly oriented, interwoven filamentary crystals. Due to the large compressibility of sorbitol instant, tablet formulations for low-dose as well as for high-dose drugs are relatively simple. Even though tablet disintegration is slower compared to standard formulations based on lactose, drug dissolution can be optimized in most cases by the proper selection of the disintegrant. Compared to crystalline sorbitol, sorbitol instant is a more universal tablet binder.

Sorbitol instant is an example showing that the tableting characteristics of a chemical substance can be improved by adequately altering its physical and mechanical properties.
