对4A沸石结构、性能和配伍性进行了研究,通过正交试验,筛选出低磷、无磷洗衣粉配方,并结合工艺条件进行了改进。解决了洗衣粉成型差、颗粒易破碎、风送管道易堵塞等问题。经测试,灰分沉积率与普通粉无明显差别。用4A沸石作为五钠的代用品生产的低磷、无磷粉具有显著的社会经济效益。 相似文献

研究考察了3种诺维信洗涤用酶制剂(Sav 4.OT,Sav/Term 4.8/12T,Sav/Term/Cell 7.2/24/0.14T)对4种市售无磷洗衣粉(A,B,C,D)和一种皂粉(E)去污力性能影响的一些实验及讨论.实验以试样对5种人工染污布的去污比值表征其初次去污力,以试样对5种人工染污布去污力的综合评价确定了诺维信3种酶制剂在无磷洗衣粉中的适用性及价值.而关于最新酶产品对无磷洗衣粉去污力的提高、抗再沉积性能的改善等作用将在续篇里做更详尽地讨论. 相似文献

Cleaning formulations typically contain, in addition to surfactant, a bleaching agent that is usually hydrogen peroxide. This
active agent has the disadvantage that it becomes unstable with time, which necessitates the use of various additives in the
formulation to ensure its stability. In this work, a study of the different types of surfactants, chelating agents, radical
scavengers, stabilizers, and solvents commonly used in the bleaching industry, was made to identify the mixture that better
stabilizes an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide.
The strategy used starts with a screening step based on a hyper-Greco-Latin square design. In subsequent steps, a Box-Wilson
design is used to construct a response surface model to identify the composition ensuring the highest possible stability in
the formulation. A desirability function is then obtained that allows the stability of the formulation to be maximized and
its cost simultaneously minimized. Such a function is optimized using the Nelder-Mead algorithm.
The stability study was made by heating the mixtures at 60°C for variable periods of time. A mixture containing four of these
additives was found to provide the best stability, and the solvent did not have any effect on the stabilization. However,
this mixture exceeded the expectations in terms of cost, so the composition was adjusted to obtain the best compromise between
stability and cost. As the stabilizer is the more expensive additive, in this optimization step its composition was reduced.
In the final formulation, the stabilizer concentration can be reduced by up to 23% with respect to that obtained in the previous
step without detracting from stability, thereby saving 18.8%. 相似文献

To optimize a benchmark commercial dishwashing formulation, this paper presents a fractional factorial design procedure coupled with a mixture design in order to obtain a formulation with better properties and cost, as well as to provide an example of quick formula optimization that may also be useful for other cleaning and personal hygiene sectors. First, a fractional factorial design was performed to determine the significant effects for each response variable: viscosity, performance, foaming, and Krafft temperature. Then, a mixture design was used to determine the compositions that feature the best results for each property of interest. The determined compositions that meet the requirements with 90–95% confidence showed that improvements in the compositions can be adopted. It was possible to estimate compositions based on commercial formulations that meet the same cost per kilogram of product but with gains in detergency, foaming, and viscosity volume. 相似文献

Enzymes have been widely used in modern detergents. However, few studies deal with research on enzyme dosage as well as its relationship with other ingredients within detergent products. This paper compares the washing performance of Chinese phosphate and non-phosphate detergent before and after adding different enzymes and additives on the various types of swatches. The results confirmed that the detergent washing performance with enzymes added improved significantly for the specific stain soil. And within a certain range, the detergent washing performance and enzyme content have positive correlation. Furthermore there is synergy of soil removable ability between protease and amylase. Meanwhile the citric acid and various additives with enzymes can effectively compensate for insufficient of non-phosphate detergent. 相似文献

This study reports the preparation of hierarchical NaP zeolite with the aim of obtaining a non-phosphate detergent builder as an alternative for environmental remediation from eutrophication phenomenon. Hierarchically structured NaP zeolite was easily synthesized hydrothermally and under different syntheses conditions. Samples were characterized using several standard techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and N2 adsorption–desorption analysis. Three powder detergents were prepared by mixing main components such as linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, sodium sulfate, sodium silicate, and sodium carbonate as well as different amounts of as-synthesized zeolite and sodium tripolyphosphate in the detergent formulation as potential detergency builders. Some different detergency tests as pH value, water insolubility, foam height, moisture content, alcohol insolubility, and surface tension measurement were carried out for all synthetic detergent samples and two commercial ones. The results demonstrated that the high cleaning performance of the powders was obtained as using eco-friendly zeolite builders in comparison with phosphate-based commercial and synthetic detergent samples. 相似文献
