后搅工艺在100t转炉中的应用

介绍了后搅工艺在100t复吹转炉中的应用,当一次倒炉钢水叫（P）〈0．040％时,通过单纯后搅或后搅的同时添加少量矿石,后搅时间120~150s,钢水训（P）能稳定控制在0．020％以下,平均脱碳质量分数为0．01％,LP提高46．8。单纯后搅和后搅同时添加矿石,钢水温降分别为10．2和31．4℃。试验表明,后搅时间达到120S后,脱磷速度、温降趋于定值,合理的后搅时间是120~150s。     

镀锌钢丝先镀后拔工艺的探讨

对钢丝生产的先拔后镀与先镀后拔工艺进行了分析比较。并就先镀后拔工艺优点及电镀锌与热镀锌后拉拔生产中的关键问题进行探讨。

焊后热处理温度对Q420R性能与组织的影响

研究了Q420R在560℃~620℃温度范围内焊后热处理后力学性能及金相组织的变化,结果表明:在此温度范围内的焊后热处理后的力学性能无明显变化,金相组织类型不变,随焊后热处理温度升高,钢的晶粒度增大、析出物增多。     

添加剂对焦炭反应性的影响

对炼焦煤中加入特殊添加剂石灰石，毒重石，氯化钙及沥青后焦炭反应性的变化进行了研究。实验结果表明，加入石灰石后焦炭的反应性显著升高，加入沥青后焦炭的反应性降低，反应后强度提高。     

焊后冷却对冷轧马氏体钢的硬度和组织的影响

研究了980 MPa级冷轧马氏体钢辊压成形焊后冷却对焊点、热影响区和焊点临近区域硬度的影响。发现焊后冷却条件对马氏体钢的组织和硬度有较大的影响,焊后空冷焊点周围区域软化严重;焊点附近自然散热条件也对焊后硬度和组织有较大影响,传导散热好的区域和传导散热差的区域相比,焊后空冷的硬度较高;焊后水冷可以有效提高焊后硬度,减小软化区的尺寸;焊后水冷可以改善零部件因局部硬度过低引起的保险杠弯圆时的局部缩颈和开裂。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
