为解决某焦化厂钢结构涂层失效的问题,现场调查了环境腐蚀因素、原防护措施及其失效状况。厂区存在硫化物、氮化物、粉尘等污染物,在原防护施工中存在基材表面除锈不彻底、涂料种类搭配不合理、维护周期不合理、涂层厚度不达标等问题。通过制定适合该焦化厂各区域腐蚀环境特点的涂装方案,并在涂装环节严格控制施工质量,可解决原钢结构涂装防护层提前失效的问题。  相似文献

介绍了某港区散粮泊位码头钢筒仓室外钢结构防护涂装工程竣工1a后即出现大面积早期泛锈、涂层起泡和涂层脱落等现象。通过现场勘查,采用宏观、微观观察和涂层附着腐蚀物无机盐含量分析等方法进行了涂层失效分析。结果表明,涂装预处理不当、涂层涂装控制不当以及焊接缺陷和焊缝处理不当等是造成钢结构涂装质量事故的的主要原因。  相似文献

在工程车活塞杆常用材料45#钢表面电沉积Ni-WC纳米复合镀层。分析了纳米复合镀层的表面形貌和物相结构,测试了纳米复合镀层的耐磨性和耐蚀性,并与45#钢的性能做比较。结果表明:纳米复合镀层表面较平整、均匀,结构较致密,主要由Ni相、WC相组成,Ni相的质量分数为81.25%,WC相的质量分数为6.53%,孔隙率低于0.5%,平均摩擦因数约为0.28;相同条件下,纳米复合镀层的腐蚀速率低于45~#钢的;纳米复合镀层能够提供有效的磨损防护和腐蚀防护,提高45~#钢的耐磨性和耐蚀性。  相似文献

The effect of Al on the galvanic ability of Zn-Al coating has been studied under thin electrolyte layers by measuring surface potential and surface pH. The changes of surface potential and surface pH over Zn-Al/steel galvanic couple corroding in artificial sea water (ASW) were measured at 60% and 90% RH at 298 K. In the initial stage of corrosion, Zn-55Al coating has shown better galvanic protection ability than Zn-5Al coating in both 60% and 90% RH. However, Zn-5Al coating was better in long term corrosion. The better galvanic ability of Zn-55Al coating in the initial stage of corrosion was related to the observation of pH as low as low as 2 on its surface. The low pH value was due to hydrolysis of Zn2+ and Al3+ ions. The low pH value was further confirmed by observing evolution of gas due to H+ reduction on the Zn-55Al coating. With the progress of corrosion, the low pH region of coating layer extended towards the base steel. This helped expand the deposition of zinc corrosion products on the steel surface. The enhanced dissolution of zinc in Zn-55Al coating led to the formation of a barrier layer which limited the galvanic protection of remaining steel. This was not the case in Zn and Zn-5Al coating. The X-ray analyses of the corroded samples have shown the deposition of zinc corrosion products on the steel surface, which greatly depended on the RH value. The part of the steel surface covered with zinc corrosion products has shown relatively less noble potential than other part indicating that zinc corrosion products took a role to protect the base steel against corrosion. The results from surface potential and surface pH measurements were substantiated by the surface observation of the corroded sample during and after the corrosion test.  相似文献

Stainless steel 304 substrates were coated with different materials in order to find a suitable coating material for corrosion protection of separator plates in molten-carbonate fuel cells (MCFCs). Five titanium carbonitride coatings differing in composition and morphology and a titanium monoxide coating were deposited with chemical vapour deposition techniques. Also double-layer coatings of TiN/Au and TiN/Ni were prepared. The coatings were tested on their corrosion protection of separator plates in four different environments: under MCFC-cathode or anode gas, at load or at open circuit conditions. The corrosion behaviour was characterized using cyclic voltammetry. Corrosion rates were determined with electrochemical methods and cross-section analyses of corrosion layers. Titanium nitride coatings showed the best corrosion protection. The titanium carbide and titanium monoxide coating showed respectively less and no protection. The thin gold and Ni-coatings were unstable. Under cathode gas, the most important corrosion protection is given by keeping the cell at load, and then a titanium nitride coating might provide lifetime protection. Under anode gas, corrosion is most severe at load conditions. A titanium nitride coating also gives corrosion protection, but not enough for lifetime protection.  相似文献

鉴于海工装备用Q390E钢的耐蚀性不理想,对其进行表面处理,在其表面制备Ni-SiO2纳米复合镀层。对Ni-SiO2纳米复合镀层的表面形貌、耐蚀性及腐蚀形貌进行了测试与分析。结果表明:与Q390E钢相比,Ni-SiO2纳米复合镀层表面更为平整,表面粗糙度降低21.2%,相同实验条件下腐蚀率明显降低,表面发生均匀腐蚀,腐蚀程度轻。Ni-SiO2纳米复合镀层的耐蚀性优于Q390E钢的耐蚀性,能起到腐蚀防护作用,提高Q390E钢的耐蚀性。  相似文献

A noble approach based on the encapsulation of corrosion inhibitors has been presented, which are capable of improving the active corrosion protection without negatively influencing the barrier properties of the coating layers. Polymeric nanocapsules loaded with six types of amine corrosion inhibitors were synthesized by multi-stage emulsion polymerization. Depending on the basicity and water solubility of amines, different amounts of releasable corrosion inhibitors were encapsulated into the polymer capsules. Encapsulated organic amines were generally well released under alkaline conditions, and linear amines were more easily released from inside capsules than branched ones. The nanocapsules were incorporated into the coating resin and were coated on cold-rolled steel sheets to investigate corrosion protection efficiencies. The corrosion inhibitive efficiencies of the nanocapsule-containing coating layers were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET). In this study, it was revealed that the intrinsic properties of the amines as well as their encapsulation/release behaviors determined the barrier property and self-healing protection capability of the coating layer.  相似文献
