2004年秋季报告预测2004—2005两年经济发展

The China Economic Situation Analysis and Forecast project group of the Academy of Social Sciences of China has issued the 2004 Autumn Report, making a new forecast and analysis of China's national economic development in 2004-2005.The report forecast that GDP growth will be higher than 2003 and hit about 9.4% in 2004,and will solw down a bit in 2005 to more than 8%.

1 China's Economy Continues to Maintain Stable Growth. 2001 is the first year for the implementation of the TenthFive-Year Plan (2001-2005) for national economic andsocial development. From now on, China's economy continuesto maintain sustained rapid and sound development. The inier-nal and foreign investment continues to grow stably. Thanks to continuously implementation of expanding do-mestic demand course, proactive fiscal policies and prudentmonetary policies by Chinese government, China's economyexperienced sustained, rapid and sound development in the firsthalf of this year, and the scale of the fixed assets investmentcontinues to expand. In the first five months, the fixed assetsinvestment amounted to RMB619. 9 billion yuan or USD74. 96

China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS)has recently published major economic statistics for 2008.Based on preliminary statistics , China's gross domestic product (GDP)reached RMB30.0670 trillion in 2008,up 9 percent year on year, of which growth in the first quarter was 10.6 percent;second quarter, 10.1 percent;third quarter,9 percent;and fourth quarter,6.8 percent.

Ship spare parts demand forecast based on RBF neural network

Due to the fact that in ship maintena n ce process,the method of determining the number of spare parts is not scientific and the actual operation is complicated,this paper analyzes four major facto rs affecting the number of ship spare parts,including number of main planned op eration s,total times of disassembling in maintenance,accumulated working time and mea n t ime between failures.It also establishes a spare parts demand forecast model b ased on the affecting factors and radial-basis function(RBF) neural network.F inally,the paper provide s forecast examples and makes a comparison between the examples and back propaga tion(BP) neura l network forecast result.The comparison results s how that the forecast based on RBF neural network is simple and the forecast res ult fits the actual situa tion and fitting effect is better than that based on BP.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF MILLING TEMPERATURE AND TEMPERATURE FIELD ANALYSIS FOR THREE-DIMEN-SIONAL COMPLEX GROOVE MILLING INSERT

The mathematical mode1 on the temperature of the waved-edge is constructed accordingto Jaeger's theory of moving solid and based on the used temperature model of the fiat insert. It ispossible to forecast the milling temperature through programming. The comParable experimentshave been done between the two new three-dimension groove inserts (waved-edge insert, great edgeinsert) and flat fake insert. The theoretic forecast is in good agreement with the experimental result.

In a bid to keep the commitment to the WTO and further perfect the tariff law system, China published the newlyrevised People's Republic of China's Regulations on Import and Export Traiff in the form of No. 392 State Coucil's decree on November 23 and the regulations will take effect as of January 1,2004.
