Stoker-fired boilers are used for the combustion of coal and solid wastes. The most important disadvantage is their low thermal efficiency. The authors present methods of choosing the optimal rate of travel of the grid and height of the fuel layer basing on both realscale and laboratory measurements. Basing on industrial-scale experiments the authors calculated the optimal thermal efficiency and main energy losses using the least squares adjustment method. The stepwise regression method was used to correlate the main energy losses as functions of grid operating parameters. These correlations were used in the optimization method to estimate the optimal rate of travel of the grid and height of the fuel layer. The minimum retention time of the coal can be also calculated.  相似文献

Energy,exergy and economic analysis of industrial boilers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper, the useful concept of energy and exergy utilization is analyzed, and applied to the boiler system. Energy and exergy flows in a boiler have been shown in this paper. The energy and exergy efficiencies have been determined as well. In a boiler, the energy and exergy efficiencies are found to be 72.46% and 24.89%, respectively. A boiler energy and exergy efficiencies are compared with others work as well. It has been found that the combustion chamber is the major contributor for exergy destruction followed by heat exchanger of a boiler system. Furthermore, several energy saving measures such as use of variable speed drive in boiler's fan energy savings and heat recovery from flue gas are applied in reducing a boiler energy use. It has been found that the payback period is about 1 yr for heat recovery from a boiler flue gas. The payback period for using VSD with 19 kW motor found to be economically viable for energy savings in a boiler fan.  相似文献

燃煤工业锅炉在生产与生活中应用广泛,总能耗量大,但运行中大多效率偏低、电耗偏大,具有巨大的节能潜力。分析了燃煤工业锅炉运行中存在的问题,如过量空气系数偏大、排烟温度偏高、炉渣和飞灰含碳量过高、堵灰、辅机电耗偏大、用汽负荷波动大等,并阐述了上述问题产生的原因及影响因素,提出了相应的改进措施。  相似文献

建立了燃煤工业锅炉热效率不确定度数学模型,并对一台燃煤导热油锅炉热工测试反平衡热效率进行不确定度计算分析。排烟处CO含量、炉渣可燃物含量、收到基氢、飞灰可燃物含量和收到基硫的不确定度分量对反平衡热效率的不确定度影响较大。降低这些相关测量仪器的不确定度可以降低锅炉反平衡热效率的不确定度。  相似文献
