介绍了自行开发的新型规整填料———金属斜孔板波纹填料,在内径500mm有机玻璃塔中,对金属斜孔板波纹填料的流体力学和传质性能进行了研究,推出了其压降、液泛气速和液相总传质单元高度的关联式,并与传统Mellpak孔板波纹填料相比,新填料保持Mellpak250Y相当的流体力学性能,同时具有更高的传质性能,该研究结果对金属斜孔板波纹填料的应用有指导意义。  相似文献

在内径为300mm的填料塔中,以空气—水为物系,研究了塑料孔板波纹填料的结构参数对其流体力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,填料层压降△P/Z随开孔率φ、盘高H的增加及倾角β的减小而降低。通过对实验数据的回归,得出了填料层压降△P/Z的关联式。该研究结果对塑料孔板波纹填料的开发与设计具有参考价值。  相似文献

针对润滑油精制工业装置技术改造的需求,选用低界面张力的润滑油-糠醛精制体系,在ф100mm的填料萃取塔中对孔板纹填料和共轭环填料的萃取性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,共轭环填料用于低界面张力体系萃取过程时传质性能优于孔板波纹填料。  相似文献

油脂酸在精馏分离过程中选用防腐蚀材料是一大难题。采用上海材料研究所的C15材料制成的网孔板波纹填料具有很好的耐腐蚀性能 ,该填料分离效果好 ,并且每立方米材料与压延孔板波纹填料相比质量减少了 30 %,因此能大大降低成本。  相似文献

在内径Φ30 0mm的填料塔中研究了孔板波纹填料的结构参数对液相轴向混合特性、流体力学和传质性能的影响 .研究结果表明 ,轴向返混参数随开孔率、倾角的增加及盘高的减小而增加 ,填料层压降随开孔率、盘高的增加及倾角的减小而降低 ,传质单元高度随倾角的增加、盘高的减小而降低 ,开孔率对传质单元高度的影响有一个适宜值 .通过对实验数据的回归分析得出了轴向返混参数、填料层压降及传质单元高度的关联式 .该研究结果对孔板波纹填料的开发与设计具有参考价值  相似文献

本文根据传质理论,综合了丝网填料与板波填料的优点,研制出一种“板网波纹填料”,这种填料由金属薄板经冲切拉伸成金属板网,然后压制成波纹填料。我们观察了液体在板网表面的成膜情况,测定了其流体力学与传质性能。结果表明,板网填料具有重量轻、压降低、效率高的优点。用其代替丝网填料时,投资可降低25%。  相似文献

本实验用空气-水-氨体系,在内径为φ600 mm的塔中,对塑料花环填料进行了流体力学及传质特性的测试。结果表明花环填料通量大、压降低、在高液体负荷下具有极好的传质性能,而且耐腐蚀、不易堵塞。实验测定的塔填料因子和传质系数有设计参考意义。  相似文献

在内径300 mm塔中,以空气-氨-水为物系,对开发出的一种新型塑料散装填料———异型矩鞍填料的流体力学及传质性能进行了研究。获得了该填料的几何特性、流体力学性能及传质性能数据,并通过对实验数据的回归分析,得出了填料层压降Δp/Z、泛点填料因子F及气相总传质单元高度HOG的关联式。研究结果表明,塑料异型矩鞍填料具有通量大、压降低、气液分布均匀及传质性能优良等优点。  相似文献

为深入了解三角形螺旋填料旋转床气相压降的影响因素及规律,以空气-水为实验物系进行了实验和模型研究。改变气、液流量及转速测定气相压降的实验结果表明,气体流量和转速的增大均使干、湿床气相压降增大;液体流量增大时湿床气相压降先减小,而后基本保持不变;该旋转填料床具有气相压降小、操作弹性大的优点。按照气相压降产生的机理,将其分为局部压降、离心压降、转子外内腔压降和填料主体压降4部分进行模型研究,其中用旋涡理论描述转子外内腔压降、用简化的模型描述填料主体压降是新提出的方法,且所建模型能较好地描述气相压降的规律。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an experimental study carried out using large scale equipment to observe the effect of geometry on gas distribution properties of a high capacity corrugated sheet structured packing (Montz-pak B1-250M) and to compare it with that of its conventional counterpart (Montz-pak B1-250). Although the high capacity packing exhibits a significantly lower overall pressure drop, the gas distribution performance is similar to that of the conventional packing, and in both cases consistently good one.  相似文献

The novel wire gauze structured packing PACK‐1300Y with high specific surface area was characterized by computational fluid dynamics. The main features of PACK‐1300Y were investigated including the dry and wet pressure drop as well as the height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP). Moreover, the flow structure of this packing was described via numerical simulations. To evaluate the amount of HETP and dry and wet pressure drop, 3D computational fluid dynamic modeling with respect to the Eulerian‐Eulerian multiphase approach was applied. The average relative errors were determined between the findings achieved from computational fluid dynamic simulation and experimental findings for mass transfer efficiency and wet and dry pressure drop, respectively.  相似文献

The effect of packing roughness on the thermal and hydraulic performance of a packed bed wet cooling tower were investigated experimentally. Tower enhancement ratio and air-side pressure drop ratio were determined as functions of packing relative roughness at different values of water inlet temperature, and water-to-air mass flux ratio. The packing used was glass Raschig rings 10 mm thick and 10 mm in diameter. The surface roughness was changed by adhering sand papers of different roughness to the outside surface of the packing. The experimental data showed that an increase in the surface relative roughness from 1 to 5.62 can increase both the tower enhancement ratio and the air side pressure drop ratio up to 146% and 142%, respectively. The effect of the surface relative roughness is more pronounced at lower values of water-to-air mass flux ratio and at higher values of hot water inlet temperature. Also, a new analytical expression was developed to calculate the cooling tower characteristics.  相似文献

传质发生在规整填料表面,通道内气体间相互碰撞形成的涡流在一定程度上强化传质,但消耗大量能量,压降升高。为减小压降,在每个传质单元中非波谷区加入隔板得到新型规整填料Mon-JKB-250Y。CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics计算机流体力学)模拟发现,增大隔板边长,压降减小、气相总传质效率增大、单位压降下的传质系数先增大后减小,存在一个最适宜隔板边长。在F=1.2~2.7 m·s-1·(kg·m-30.5范围内,隔板边长为14.7~16.8 mm时,单位压降下的传质系数达到最大。运用显色化学反应可视化技术验证CFD模拟结果,平均相对误差小于10%,CFD模拟结果可靠。  相似文献

A novel structured packing, the 4D packing, has been characterized in terms of hydrodynamics, effective area and gas side mass transfer coefficient. The increase of the 4D opening fraction allows to reduce pressure drop and to get a better capacity than Mellapak 500Y and 750Y, for which the geometric areas are similar. The 50% open 4D packing, 4D-50%, leads to effective areas which are higher than Mellapak 500Y ones, and doubled compared with MellapakPlus 252Y ones. Effective areas for the 4D do not decrease when the opening fraction increases from 30 to 50%, this indicates that a non-negligible amount of droplets is generated at 50%. Gas side mass transfer coefficient had been measured with an original experimental method: water evaporation. Corresponding results seem to be in agreement with the literature, and with the fact that a large amount of droplets is generated. Correlations are proposed for both effective area and gas side mass transfer coefficient for the 4D-50%.The 4D-50% packing could be very interesting for post-combustion CO2 capture since it generates low pressure drop and a very high interfacial area. This will be further confirmed by an economic study for which the absorber plant will be designed with a rate based model.  相似文献

For an alcohol/water system and with fin baffle packing, continuous distillation experiments were carried out in a rotating packed bed (RPB) system at atmospheric pressure. The effects of the average high gravity factor (β), liquid reflux ratio (R) and feedstock flux (F) on the momentum transfer and mass transfer were investigated. The gas phase pressure drop of RPB increased with the average high gravity factor, liquid reflux ratio and feedstock flux, which was 13.55-64.37 Pa at β of 2.01-51.49, R of 1.0-2.5, and F of 8-24 L&;#8226;h-1 for a theoretical tray in the RPB with fin baffle packing. The investigation on the mass transfer in the RPB with different packings showed that the number of transfer units of RPB with a packing also increased with the average high gravity factor, reflux ratio and feedstock flux. It is found that the fin baffle packing (packing III) presents the best mass transfer performance and lowest pressure drop for the height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP), which is 6.59-9.84 mm.  相似文献
