针对稀DMAC水溶液中DMAC的回收,提出了三种机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)热泵精馏方案,即MVR-常规两塔精馏工艺、三级MVR单塔精馏工艺和三级MVR三塔精馏工艺.采用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件,以能耗最低为目标函数,对以上三种工艺方案分别进行了模拟与优化,得到了每种热泵精馏方案合适的工艺参数和设备参数.研究结果表明:与常规单塔精馏工艺相比,以上三种MVR热泵精馏工艺节能分别为81.7%、69.9%和90.3%;因此就节能而言,采用三级MVR三塔精馏工艺为最佳;基于综合经济效益评价,MVR-常规两塔精馏工艺为处理本体系的最佳精馏工艺. 相似文献

Techtiv-100溶剂是由美国GTC公司开发的用于BTX抽提蒸馏的专有混合溶剂。该溶剂的主要成分是环丁砜,此外还含有稳定剂、中间体以及水等,通过对各组分进行调节来达到最优的抽提蒸馏性能。与国内现有抽提蒸馏用的溶剂相比,Techtiv-100溶剂具有选择性好、溶解度高、稳定性强、毒性低和腐蚀性小等优点。大连石化105×104t/a芳烃抽提装置应用结果表明,该溶剂可实现分离宽馏分进料(C5~C12),产品收率和纯度均达到或超过设计要求,苯和甲苯纯度均达到99.99%(质量分数),抽余油中芳烃含量小于0.06%(质量分数),在加工量为52442t的条件下,装置综合能耗为49.69kgEo/t,低于设计值(50.42kgEo/t),满足装置大规模生产需要。但也出现了抽提蒸馏塔发泡现象,采取控制进料温度和贫溶剂进塔温度等措施,发泡次数减少,装置运行平稳。 相似文献

Distillation systems are energy-intensive processes, and consequently contribute significantly to the greenhouse gases emissions (e.g. carbon dioxide (CO2). A simple model for the estimation of CO2 emissions associated with operation of heat-integrated distillation systems as encountered in refineries is introduced. In conjunction with a shortcut distillation model, this model has been used to optimize the process conditions of an existing crude oil atmospheric tower unit aiming at minimization of CO2 emissions. Simulation results indicate that the total CO2 emissions of the existing crude oil unit can be cut down by 22%, just by changing the process conditions accordingly, and that the gain in this respect can be doubled by integrating a gas turbine. In addition, emissions reduction is accompanied by substantial profit increase due to utility saving and/or export. 相似文献

With the increasingly strict environmental requirements, sintering flue gas desulfurization in double tower had been applied to improve desulfurization efficiency and reduce the “ammonia escape” and “aerosol” phenomena. In this work, the operating conditions of a sintering plant were simulated by ANSYS CFX and the flow fields without and with fluid spray of a full-scale ammonia-based wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) double tower were investigated. According to the results, the evaporating tower had a profound cooling effect on flue gas with spray. The gas flow distribution was non-uniform in evaporating tower, which needed further optimizations. The flow with spray was more uniform in both towers. The pressure drop mainly took place in absorption areas of desulfurization tower. The velocity of inlet region with spray was lower than that without spray in desulfurization tower. The temperature decreased along with the forward direction of gas flow due to the heat transfer with spray in desulfurization tower. The study provided useful data for further optimization in order to achieve high desulfurization efficiency. 相似文献
