拆卸建模是拆卸序列规划的基础,也是绿色设计的关键。在传统的拆卸序列规划过程中,随着产品零件数目的增加会造成“组合爆炸”问题。为解决该问题,提出了一种基于模块化设计思想的拆卸建模方法。首先,运用图论中有向图和无向图的概念分别表示零、部件之间的约束关系,并将有向图和无向图结合成混合图,建立产品混合图拆卸模型;其次,利用模块化设计中的模块划分原则生成子装配体,通过将模块化设计方法整合入混合图模型中,得到模块化设计的混合图拆卸模型,利用该模型可以有效地解决图论模型中边与顶点产生“组合爆炸”的问题;最后,以模块化设计的计算机主机箱的混合图拆卸建模为例来验证所提出的方法。 相似文献

Intersections are hazardous locations and many studies have been conducted to identify the factors contributing to the frequency and severity of intersection crashes. However, little attention has been devoted to investigating the differences between crashes at urban and rural intersections, which have different road, traffic and environmental characteristics. By applying a random parameters probit model to the data from the Canadian Province of Alberta between 2008 and 2012, we find that urban intersection crashes are more likely to be associated with hit and run behaviours, roads with higher traffic volume, wet surfaces, four lanes and skewed intersections, and crashes on weekdays and off-peak hours, whereas rural crashes are likely to be associated with increases in fatalities and injuries, roads with higher speed limits, special road features, exit and entrance terminals, gravel, curvature and two lanes, crashes during weekends, peak hours and night-time, run-off-road crashes, and police visit to crash scene. Hence, road safety professionals in urban and rural areas should consider these differences when designing and implementing counter-measures to improve intersection safety, especially their safety audits and reviews, enforcement activities and education campaigns, to target the more vulnerable times and locations in the different areas. 相似文献

几何与尺寸公差(形位公差GD&T)广泛用于机械工程设计与制造中重要几何特征的偏差控制.相对较成熟和简单的尺度公差建模与分析,几何公差统计建模与分析更具挑战性,是当前CAD技术中尚未但亟待解决的课题之一.现提出采用统计几何模态模型(SMA)方法解决这一问题.SMA可识别刻划与解释测量数据中的几何特征信号模式及其变化,从而服务于制造中的(公差)质量检验、诊断及变化模式的统计建模.在设计中SMA可进行模态重组综合,从而再现或仿真几何特征偏差的随机变化进行统计几何公差分析. 相似文献

AbstractMost severe car accidents that occur in urban environments involve side impacts at street intersections, even at those regulated with traffic lights. Hence, it is very common to implement a small delay since one road changes to red until the other road changes to green. This delay is intended to avoid accidents in which a vehicle decides to go through the intersection after the sequence green–yellow–red is started, underestimating the time required to overtake the intersection. A better approach is to adjust the delay dynamically, depending on the speed of the vehicles approaching to the intersection. Using the dynamic approach, it is possible to improve traffic flow by reducing unnecessary delays, and to improve safety by applying longer delays when needed. This paper proposes a speed estimation method based on digital image processing of pictures taken with wireless cameras installed on top of existing traffic lights. The algorithm finds a vehicle in two consecutive images (either in day or night condition) and computes its speed by correlation. When a traffic light turns red, the systems estimates the speed of the cars approaching and decides to change the other road to green immediately, or to wait until it is safe to do so. The system was tested with real traffic flow at a street located in the city of Talavera de la Reina, Spain, with vehicles at different speeds. The image processing method proved to be accurate for this application, and adding the advantage of low cost equipment and easy installation results in a very attractive solution. 相似文献
