四川盆地元坝区块上三叠统须家河砂岩气藏具有埋藏深,温度高,异常高压,岩性致密,非均质严重,破裂压力及延伸压力高等特点。通过探索,采用140 MPa采气井口和140 MPa超高压压裂设备,优选了4口井5层次进行了超高压压裂测试施工,施工最高压力达到118.5 MPa,最高排量5.5 m3/min,施工成功率100%,对同类深层致密气藏勘探开发超高压压裂测试具有借鉴意义。 相似文献

近年来国内深层气藏勘探开发投资剧增,由于缺乏相应的钻井和完井技术手段,深层致密气藏效益较差.压裂、水平井及分段压裂是提高单井产能主要手段,超高压压裂施工需求旺盛.但国内140 MPa级别超压裂施工主要依托国外装备和技术,成本高、不配套、施工组织难.为此,配套了适合140 MPa压裂施工的全套国产超高压施工装备、地面管汇、压裂管串、井下工具,采用了压裂裂缝识别技术、多级粒径降滤技术、优化射孔等技术,在X11井等5口井中应用成功,施工最高压力达到113 MPa,最大加砂量达到83 m3,施工成功率100%,对同类深层致密气藏勘探开发超高压压裂施工具有借鉴意义. 相似文献

川西深层气藏属于深—超深、致密—超致密砂岩气藏,储层具有破裂压力高和延伸压力高的特点,经过分析,降低施工摩阻是降低施工压力的有效手段。通过施工管柱合理配置、注入方式优化、纤维加砂、延迟交联压裂液、支撑剂段塞等方式,形成了深层气藏压裂改造降低施工摩阻工艺技术体系,并在LS1井进行现场应用。采用多级段塞、小粒径陶粒、低砂比、低伤害压裂液、纤维加砂等降低施工摩阻集成技术,近井摩阻降低了9.47 MPa,弯曲摩阻降低了7.61MPa,同时延程摩阻降低了4~5 MPa,成功完成了80 m3加砂压裂改造。压后日产气1.098 0×104m3/d,日产水为10.7 m3/d。 相似文献

川西深层须家河组储层为深—超深、致密—超致密砂岩气藏,且裂缝发育。为获得高产天然气流,裂缝性储层的加砂压裂改造成为必需的增产措施。在分析裂缝性储层加砂压裂难点的基础上,研究了施工排量优化及多级粒径段塞降滤等控滤失关键技术,通过对前置液量、加砂浓度等施工参数的优化,形成了川西深层裂缝性储层加砂压裂技术。该技术应用于LS1井T3X2(4251~4256m)井段,顺利完成了80m3规模的加砂压裂施工,压裂后在套压5.5MPa、油压5.7MPa下,天然气产量15594m3/d,产水7.2m3/d,取得了较好的增产效果。 相似文献

四川盆地元坝气田上三叠统须家河组、下侏罗统自流井组砂岩气藏具有埋藏深、低孔低渗、温度高、异常高压、岩性致密、非均质强、破裂压力及延伸压力高等特点,为了解决该类储层水力压裂破裂压力高、施工难度大的难题,对现有的气藏压裂技术进行了以下优化:①研制新的低伤害压裂液体系,其降阻率为72%~79%,对岩心基质伤害率小于17%;②采用集成创新技术,如低应力小相位集中射孔技术、最优前置液多级粒径降低压裂液滤失技术、低砂比造长缝技术、超高压压裂技术、高效返排技术等;③配套140 MPa采气井口,140 MPa超高压设备和地面管汇、高压压裂管串、高压井下工具,将施工限压提高至120 MPa,确保成功压开致密储层。该优化技术在元坝气田现场试验4口井5层次,取得了良好的应用效果:施工最高压力达到118.5 MPa,最大排量5.5 m3/min,平均砂比15%~20%,最大加砂量40 m3,施工成功率达100%;降低了延伸破裂压力,增大了施工排量,增加了人工裂缝长度和宽度,易于加砂,提高了储层渗透率。 相似文献

川西地区须家河组砂岩气藏具有埋藏深,温度高,异常高压,岩性致密等特点,作为勘探开发核心技术的压裂改造技术能否获得突破,将直接制约深层气藏的勘探开发进程。章简要分析了该气藏的工程地质特征,指出:压裂改造的主要难点是破裂压力超高、闭合压力超高、施工压力超高、压裂液综合性能要求高和排量提升困难。详细论述了川合148井测试压裂和主压裂的成功作业过程,还介绍了川合139井不成功的压裂作业。通过这2口井现场试验的对比分析认为:深层须家河组气藏的加砂压裂改造是可行的。但由于异常复杂的地质特征,压裂改造的难度仍然很大。因此,提出了一系列有针对性的压裂工艺技术对策,为深层气藏下一步压裂改造技术攻关提供有益的参考。 相似文献

玉探1井是吐哈盆地的一口预探直井,压裂目的层埋深6 056~6 063 m,温度150 ℃,孔隙度为8.42%,渗透率0.495×10?3 μm2,压力系数1.26,最小主应力118~124 MPa,属典型超深、超高温、超高压、致密储层。玉探1井的开发成功将实现台北凹陷勘探的重大突破。该井是吐哈油田目前最深的一口井,压裂增产改造面临施工压力异常高、对压裂液性能要求高、管柱风险大等一系列难题。该井首次压裂前进行小型压裂测试,通过压降测试数据和阶梯降排量分析求取摩阻、渗透率及裂缝延伸压力。首次压裂时,采用150 ℃超高温有机硼延迟交联压裂液、控排量、套管双平衡压力保护、段塞式加砂的方式进行压裂改造,但由于施工时井口压力太高,未完成设计加砂量。重复压裂时,在首次压裂技术的基础上添加了人工遮挡层技术,并采用密度为1.12 g/cm3超高温延迟加重压裂液,使井口压力降低7~9 MPa,顺利完成设计加砂量。玉探1井压裂试验成功,标志着油田压裂技术迈上了“超深、超高温、超高压”三超井压裂的新阶段。 相似文献

An upsurge of violence in Iraq threatened a recovery in output that began earlier this year. Production in the northern fields hit a post-invasion high of 620,000 bpd in March, rising by 180,000 bpd in one month. Fighting in the south, however, cut production there by more than 100,000 bpd as government troops tried to subdue Shi'ite militias in and around Basrah. Oil installations damaged in the south included a pipeline and a pumping station. The Iraqi government nevertheless announced that oil production would reach 2.9 mn bpd by the year's end, requiring an increase of nearly 500,000 bpd over April 2008 levels. Foreign help is to be sought via a series of technical service agreements and - later this year - an upstream licensing round. Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry says it wants a bigger role for Japanese oil companies in both the upstream and downstream sectors in Iraq. Kurdistan says it is negotiating with Baghdad to export oil produced from new oil fields there. The central government does not recognize production agreements drawn up by the Kurdistan Regional Government.
