连续管作业技术及装备是我国油气田勘探开发、提质增效不可或缺的工程利器。介绍了我国连续管作业技术的发展历程,以及连续管作业机的技术现状,对连续管作业机关键部件的技术发展情况进行了分析,总结了我国典型连续管作业机的分类、作业参数、使用场景、适应工艺以及现场应用效果,结合我国油气开发和连续管作业技术的实际情况,提出了连续管作业机的发展方向,为我国连续管作业机的研究和应用提供参考。 相似文献

针对国内油田复杂的作业环境及实际作业需求,在成功研制的LG230连续管作业机的基础上,开发了LG380/60大直径连续管作业机。该作业机主要包括可升降操作室、可升降油管滚筒、软管滚筒工作组、井口防喷装置、大提升力注入头以及动力鹅颈管等部件。该作业机底盘采用变截面大梁结构,油管滚筒能够下沉安装,满足滚筒大容量的要求;液压系统组成简单、可靠性高,提高了注入头与油管滚筒联动性;自动控制系统具有CAN通信和人机交互功能。同时,还配备井口防碰装置,降低作业风险。整机提升能力强,适应管径大,滚筒容量大,移运性能好,适应性广。现场作业情况表明:该设备低速档最大速度达到25 m/min,下井深度3 134 m,整套设备运转正常,各指标与设计值相符。 相似文献

根据国内油田用户的实际需求及特殊地域环境特点,开发了LG450/73大管径连续管作业机。这种作业机适应连续管管径50.8~73.0 mm,注入头设计最大提升力450 kN。它采用两车装自走方案、全液压驱动、智能电液闭环控制。其控制系统同时具备监控、预警及故障诊断功能,确保各部件协调、稳定、安全工作。另外作业机还配有引管绞车和连续管内孔吹扫空气系统,整车提升能力强,适应管径大、滚筒容量大、移运性能好、工况适应性强、作业安全可靠。该型作业机的研制成功将有助于推动国内连续管作业技术的快速发展。 相似文献

在重庆和四川的偏远地区蕴含丰富的油气资源,普遍井深超过5 000 m,但是这些地区道路条件复杂,拖装连续管作业机无法顺利达到井场,而普通车载式连续管作业机由于底盘车结构的限制,最大容量无法突破5 000 m(φ50.8 mm连续管),为此,开发了LG450/50-6500车载式连续管作业机。该作业机可适应川渝地区复杂的道路条件,并满足该地区页岩气等油气井作业需求。滚筒车底盘采用框架式大梁结构,滚筒车实际承载能力61 t,其框架尺寸可适应外缘直径3 760 mm,内宽2 200 mm的滚筒安装要求,满足6 500 m连续管(φ50.8 mm)的装载需求。注入头最大提升力450 kN,可满足6500 m连续管(φ50.8 mm)钻磨、压裂、冲洗井以及测井等不同类型作业要求。研究内容可为连续管作业机的应用和结构优化提供参考。 相似文献

为了解决连续管作业机安装和拆卸耗时较长的问题,研制了LG180/38-2600一体化连续管作业机。该作业机主车由底盘车、控制室、滚筒、软管滚筒、液压传动与控制系统、注入头、导向器和防喷盒等组成,采用双车一体化设计,适合通井、洗井一体化快速作业,具备良好的运移性能和现场作业适应性能。现场应用结果表明,该作业机连续管起下的最低速度稳定在0.1 m/min以内,最大解卡拉力达到300 kN,不仅实现了单车年作业次数第一,而且创造了良好的经济效益,达到了降本增效,降低劳动强度的目的。 相似文献

This paper mainly introduces the structural composition,operating principle,major technical parameters,design features and technical features of the amphibious modulized skid-mounted coiled tubing unit(CTU).It also describes the experimental condition of this unit and its application in Jidong Oilfield.The unit has been successfully operated in Jidong Oilfield 30 well-times.The maximum lifting or snubbing depth is 2,300 m;the velocity is 15 m/min;the manifold pressure is 20 MPa;the maximum deviation angle is 35.8°.It has successfully realized the modularization of the CTU.The whole system uses an explosion-proof design,which achieves the second class of explosion-proof grade in the oilfield operation area,and gets the explosion-proof certificate and certification of the China Classification Society.It also obtains the marine operation qualification.This paper has a certain referential significance for the CTU's design and research. 相似文献

LG360/60F车橇式连续管作业机是针对青海油田恶劣的自然环境和作业工况而专门研制的,整机底盘车越野能力强,采取不沉式底盘设计,重心较低,运行平稳,可靠性高。车上安装有可液压升降的控制室、下沉式可快换的连续管滚筒、动力及液压源系统及3个软管滚筒;顶吊式橇座,在运输时安装固定注入头、导向器、防喷系统及辅件等部件。它能够在干燥环境和风沙气候条件下连续作业。现场应用情况表明,该作业机在作业中,低速挡最大走管速度达到22m/min,下井深度1 452 m,设备运行与控制正常,达到了设计标准。 相似文献

Abstract In the petroleum industry, reservoir operations are generally very costly and most of the oil companies are interested in workflows that help saving the budget by optimizing different steps of filed-developmental planning and decision making, including wellhead location selection and well path design. These steps, in most oil companies, are usually carried out by different departments almost separately, thus calling for further reinvestigations, modifications, and reconsiderations to reach a final optimized plan. The authors introduce a new methodology that thoroughly integrates all the possible data through an available commercial software package (Petrel) and suggests the best possible optimization of wellhead location and well path design only in one run. It is observed that having considered the integration of all types of data available for deciding the field development plan, the well optimizer module of Petrel could be applied to select more optimized wellhead locations, more accurate reservoir targets, and more reliable drilling designs based on drilling cost models, all in one run, which systematically considers all the steps of the process as a whole, giving the best integrated optimized plan. 相似文献
