An investigation was made of the influence of Zr additive on the high temperature phase trans-formations,martensitic forward/reverse transformations,and shape memory effect ofCu-Zn-Al base alloys by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-raydiffraction and TEM.It was found that an addition of 0.35 wt-% Zn could effectively inhibitthe precipitation of α and γ phases and hence promote the order-martensitic transformationsβ_2→DO_3→18RM,thus resulting in a minimum activation energy of the martensitic trans-formation and narrow temperature ranges(M_s-M_f)and(A_s-A_f);the alloy so obtained pos-sessed smooth and mobile martensite intervariant interfaces,therefore showing the best shapememory effect. 相似文献

采用数字图像相关(DIC)方法原位测定了NiTi形状记忆合金薄带在单轴拉伸下变形时的应变场,采用红外热成像法(IR)原位测定其温度场,并定量获得了单轴拉伸加载-卸载条件下马氏体带局部化的全场应变与温度信息.同时研究了相变带的形核、扩展、合并、缩减、分裂及消失等过程中相变带内和带外应变场、温度场、厚度场及折曲角场的变化规律.结果表明,相变应变主要集中在相变带内部,而带外应变量很小,温度场和厚度场变化主要集中在相界面移动的前端,折曲角场变化集中在相变前端且带内分布不均匀. 相似文献

簡单地叙述电子穿透金属薄膜所产生的衍衬成象(选择衍射成象)和选择区域衍射的原理,以及它們在研究相变与晶体缺陷方面的应用。这种方法的优点:能够把显微观察(6—8埃)与晶体結构分析結合起来;能够将相变与晶体缺陷联系起来。这对于了解相变的生核与长大过程有重要的作用。 对于透射电子显微术在研究过飽和固溶体中的脫溶沉淀及馬氏体相变两方面的应用以及所取得的进展,进行了綜合性的介紹。在脫溶沉淀方面討論的項目有: (1) 空位促进G.P.区以很高的速率生成; (2) 位錯綫及层錯带是沉淀相优先生核的地点; (3) G.P.区与共格沉淀使基体产生显著畸变,非共格沉淀会在基体中产生大量位錯。 在馬氏体相变方面討論的項目有: (1) 层錯与六角密堆馬氏体; (2) 馬氏体的精細結构(孿晶,层錯)与切变过程; (3) 鋼中馬氏体的結构与分解。 相似文献
