对目前显微镜机械移动平台上广泛使用的钢丝滚珠导轨结构受力状况进行了分析计算,找出了影响质量的主要问题是钢丝与滚珠间接触应力大大超过材料的许用应力所致,在此基础上提出了采用三角导轨以减少接触应力的设计方案,并在批量生产中得到了验证。 相似文献

为研究叠片联轴器挠性元件的应力特性,建立叠片组的接触有限元模型,得到了综合载荷下的应力云图。利用有限元分析软件Ansys,建立叠片组的几何模型,在膜片间添加接触对,并给出了不同载荷的施加方法。分析了片数变化对叠片组应力的影响,得出从四层到九层膜片的叠片组的最大等效应力和最大接触应力的分布曲线。分别研究了在综合载荷作用下转矩、轴向位移和角向位移等单一载荷的变化对叠片组的应力影响情况,得到叠片组中每层膜片的最大等效应力和膜片间最大接触应力分布曲线。研究表明,在各种载荷作用中,角向位移的变化对叠片组应力的影响最大,且综合工况下叠片组的破坏首先发生在外侧膜片垫圈周围。有关节轴承的叠片联轴器相对于普通的叠片联轴器,有更强的角向补偿的能力,关节轴承的存在提高了叠片联轴器承受载荷的能力和叠片组的使用效率。 相似文献

The problem of this paper is the high contact stress at the point of contact between the cam and the follower.A pear cam and roller follower mechanism were studied and analyzed for different position of the follower and different contact compression load.The objective of this paper is to study the effect of contact compression load on the contact stress distribution of the cam profile at the point of contact.Four different positions of the follower with the cam was considered(0°,90°,180°,and 270°).The theory of circular plate was applied to derive the analytic solution of the contact stress.The numerical simulation had been done using ANSYS Ver.19.2 package to determine the contact stress,while SolidWorks software was used to investigate follower displacement,velocity,and acceleration.Four distinct values of the compression contact load,such as 3.121 N,6.242 N,9.364 N,and 12.485 N,were used in the numerical simulation.In the experiment setup,a photo-elastic technique was carried out in the field of polarized light to exhibit the stress distribution on the cam specimen.The annealed PSM-4 backalate material was used in the experiment setup.The experimental value of contact stress was checked and verified analytically and numerically at the point of contact.The innovation in this paper the use of spring-damper system which reduce the value of contact stress at the point of contact.The contact stress was maximum 2.136 MPa when the follower located at 270° with the cam,while the contact stress was minimum 1.802 MPa when the follower located at 180°at compression load 12.485 N. 相似文献

通过讨论轴承接触问题的性质,分析了深沟球轴承接触应力的计算方法,利用APDL参数化语言建立深沟球轴承有限元模型,通过接触边界条件的处理,得到深沟球轴承内、外圈及滚动体的接触应力,仿真计算结果与赫兹理论解较好的吻合,表明有限元模型建立的正确性和边界条件施加的合理性,为滚动轴承的设计优化提供了科学依据。 相似文献

研究正交面齿轮在加载条件下面齿轮啮合的传动性能参数、齿面接触应力和轮齿弯曲应力变化规律的有限元分析计算关键技术,以赫兹接触应力解析公式计算结果为对比,提出接触应力和弯曲应力计算的有限元网格密度确定方法。根据面齿轮重合度,分析面齿轮加载啮合仿真的五齿模型和七齿模型适用场合,给出面齿轮在啮合过程中的齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力最大值位置,计算面齿轮多齿模型接触应力及弯曲应力极值,准确得到面齿轮传动的重合度、传动误差、载荷分布系数等传动性能参数,以及载荷对这些传动性能参数的影响规律。研究结果表明,赫兹接触应力解析公式计算的结果合理地确定了有限元模型的网格密度,有限元仿真得到的应力值可靠,传动性能参数的分析结论正确。 相似文献

The aim of the approach of this paper is to characterise contact stress of a trochoidal-gear set when it works as part of the hydraulic machine. It is important to know that the contact stress forces in a trochoidal-type machine is important because the machine cannot be adjusted for wear. The main difficulty in calculating the contact forces is to determine the forces that are transmitted through each contact point. Since there are many points of contact, at any instant, the problem is statically indeterminate. The first part of this paper presents a simplified analytical model of a trochoidal-type machine when friction at the contact points is neglected. From this study, the performance of the gear set is evaluated through the calculation of the normal maximum contact stress in the gear teeth. Then the second part of the paper presents a finite element model of the same machine. The analysis of both models is for quasi-static conditions. An experimental approach using a prototype model of the gear set provides the maximum contact stress on a pair of teeth through photoelasticity measurement techniques of the same machine. The results from the two models and the experimental work are compared and important conclusions are drawn and discussed. 相似文献

建立了销盘实体接触的计算模型,并推导出接触应力的计算公式;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用面-面接触分析,对销盘接触弹性半空间的3个应力值进行了仿真计算,并与推导的理论公式的计算结果进行比较。结果表明,在x向,ANSYS仿真值与销盘实体接触计算模型计算的应力值相差很小,在z向和xz向ANSYS仿真值稍偏大,表明利用ANSYS求解摩擦学实体表面接触问题是准确可靠的。 相似文献

密封圈二维有限元分析中,常将密封圈接触面上最大接触压力推广到整个接触面上,针对这种不够精确的方法,提出了一种基于三维仿真模型的有效接触压力高精度计算方法。建立组合密封圈的三维模型,模拟实际工况,对影响其动密封特性的轴往复运动速度、轴转速、介质压力、O形圈压缩量、滑环厚度、滑环动接触面开槽进行了研究,并利用有效接触压力计算方法分析了动接触面上有效接触压力的分布情况。结果表明:滑环开槽、滑环厚度、O形圈压缩量以及介质压力对组合密封圈有效接触压力影响较大,内轴往复速度以及转速达到一定值后对有效接触压力影响较大。研究结果为滑环式组合密封圈的优化设计提供了参考。 相似文献

先从舰船推进系统的稳、动态特性研究的需求分析,引出建立液力偶合器数学模型的必要性。从船舶动力装置原理的角度,叙述了液力偶合器用机理建模法推得的力矩外特性的一般解析式。运用液力偶合器制造厂家提供的试验曲线,根据机理建模原理用数值计算法确定外特性一般解析式在各特定条件下的各系数具体值。再运用人工神经网络方法,将液力偶合器力矩外特性从若干个线工况推广到整个工作范围都适用的面工况。最后对所用的液力偶合器外特性数学模型的多法并用的建模法进行了小结。 相似文献

This paper presents a calculation of the stress distribution in a shaft with a press-fitted hub subjected to axial fretting fatigue. Both normal contact stresses and frictional shear stresses at the shaft-hub interface are included in the model. The solution of Airy's function is obtained by means of Fourier integrals. The results are presented for different combinations of hub length, shaft radius and non-slip area and for various values of the coefficient of friction. Special consideration was given to the axial component of the stress, σz, as this is the most important stress component in the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks. Finally, the paper deduces the implications arising from the stress analysis on the fretting fatigue of the junction studied. 相似文献
