10多年来我国连铸发展迅猛,已成为钢铁生产的基本工序,连铸比超过了90%,这一进步依靠连铸机生产效率的大幅提高,小方坯铸机的设计生产能力提高了74%,单流产量提高了3倍,随着连铸机生产能力的增加,实现了各种模式的炉机匹配及全连铸生产,通过高效连铸技术应用,可在连铸机上直接降低成本10元/t坯左右,企业的综合经济效益为30-80元/t,企业还可以大量节省建设投资。  相似文献

采用试验方法研究了气体通过圆孔和狭缝型喷气冷却风箱的压力损失性能,测量了几种型式风箱的阻力系数.试验数据表明,圆孔风箱阻力系数的范围在2.2到2.95之间,远小于文献报道的3.5;狭缝风箱的阻力系数范围为1.08~1.22,远小于孔式风箱.采用计算流体力学来预测阻力系数,计算值与试验值比较,二者吻合较好.并且介绍了圆孔喷嘴冷却风箱与狭缝喷嘴冷却风箱在实际工程中的应用.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate effectiveness and safety of a regimen of extended clomiphene citrate (CC) and prednisone for patients who fail treatment with CC alone. DESIGN: Retrospective observational analysis. SETTING: University-based tertiary infertility center. PATIENT(S): Twenty-four anovulatory patients who failed to ovulate after CC 150 mg administered for 5 days. INTERVENTION(S): Treatment consisted of CC given on cycle days 3 through 9 (extended) at a starting dose of 100 to 150 mg/d. Additionally, patients were given prednisone 5 mg orally each night throughout the cycle. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Ovulation was confirmed by luteal serum P. Pregnancy was confirmed by rising hCG levels and transvaginal ultrasound. RESULT(S): A total of 60 cycles were available for review. Forty-four of these cycles were ovulatory (73%) and 11 patients (46%) conceived on this therapy. Logistic (two-parameter) pregnancy occurrence over time (cycles) revealed a maximum pregnancy probability of 0.66 and a cycle fecundity of 0.36. No complications of therapy were noted. CONCLUSION(S): Clomiphene citrate-resistant anovulatory patients have high rates of ovulation and pregnancy after treatment with extended CC and prednisone. This therapy offers a potential reduction in cost and risk and should be considered in this group of patients before gonadotropin stimulation or surgery.  相似文献

Since the excessive capacity in steelmaking and continuous casting at present,and the limited development margin of CC technology and equipment in scale,the further development must be made in a profound and detailized way.This paper enumerates the items of CC technology and equipment,which need to be detailized from several aspects such as roll arrangement design,equipment design and production operation,and it points out that detailization is the future direction of CC technology and equipment.The items in roll arrangement design include eliminating periodic meniscus fluctuation by adjusting space between rolls reasonably;taking special measures to avoid dangerous regions of casting speed,in order to reduce the center porosity and centerline crack of slab;optimizing the major radius and the length of outer arc of caster before straightening point to avoid dangerous region of casting speed.The items in equipment design include choosing a suitable structure of support and guiding roll according to the concrete conditions of caster;according to bulging shape of slab,thinking more about restriction of shell to bulging force, discussing the force on rollers,optimizing split roll to support slab;safety factor should be considered together with calculation method of the bearing nominal static load.The items in aspects of continuous casting operation include the delicacy division and the function-positioning of operation modes for CC machine due to the consideration of dynamic soft reduction;monitoring and controlling system of CC machine must be further detailized to improve the stability of production operation and slab quality.In addition to the three aspects mentioned above,this article points out many other items also,such as homogenization of secondary cooling of slab,quality control of surface and internal of slab,and so on.This article emphasizes,some key technologies need to be researched also,and all these researches will never stop.  相似文献

分析了新疆八一钢铁有限公司第一炼钢厂1#连铸机二冷存在问题对120 mm×120mm断面连铸坯质量的影响,通过缩短外弧、侧弧喷淋管支管长度,使连铸坯在二次冷却时趋于均匀;降低HPB235钢二冷冷却强度,优化了二冷配水制度,取得了较好的效果:脱方废品率由0.034%逐渐降低到0.003%;中间裂纹率由10%降到8%,平均裂纹级别由原来2.0级降至1.5级;轧钢质量异议由5起降低到1起。  相似文献

We have cloned the murine homologue of human CC Chemokine Receptor-4 (CC CKR-4). In equilibrium competition binding assays performed in undifferentiated HL-60 cells transfected with human and murine CC CKR-4 cDNA, the IC50 values for the binding of [125I]macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha to human and murine CC CKR-4 were 14.5 +/- 9.0 nM and 10.1 +/- 3.0 nM, respectively, and the IC50 values for the binding of [125I]RANTES to human and murine CC CKR-4 were 9.3 +/- 3.0 nM and 5.7 +/- 2.6 nM, respectively. The cDNA clone for murine CC CKR-4 is 1531 bp, and the largest open reading frame encodes a protein of 360 amino acids that is 85% identical to human CC CKR-4. Murine CC CKR-4 was detected in the thymus and T-cell lines by Northern blot analysis. This first report of direct binding of chemokines to CC CKR-4 demonstrates that the highly homologous human and murine receptors have similar binding characteristics and tissue distribution.  相似文献
