结合幂平均与Bonferroni平均集成算子的优点,定义了毕达哥拉斯模糊幂Bonferroni平均和毕达哥拉斯模糊加权幂Bonferroni平均集成算子,其不仅考虑了数据信息之间的整体均衡性,还考虑了属性之间可能存在的相互关联关系。研究了这些集成算子的优良性质和特殊情形,并在此基础上提出了一种属性间存在相关性的毕达哥拉斯模糊多属性决策方法。将其应用于国内航空公司的服务质量评价中,并与现有方法进行分析比较,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

针对二元语义信息形式的不确定多属性决策问题,将密度中间算子由精确值形式拓展到二元语义形式.首先,基于二元语义信息对应的数值提出一种简单有效的二元语义聚类方法;然后,给出了密度加权向量的确定方法,并且在此基础上,将二元语义密度中间算子与已知的信息集结算子合成,得到二元语义密度合成算子(T-DM);最后,通过一个算例对二元语义密度算子的应用进行了说明.  相似文献

针对语言比例二元组信息集成的问题,提出了语言比例二元组Bonferroni平均算子的群决策方法。基于基本单位区间单调(BUM)函数的定义,提出了三角模糊数的中心有序加权平均算子的概念。由于三角模糊数的中心有序加权平均算子和语言术语的数值表示(NR)之间存在交互关联,提出了用三角模糊数的中心有序加权平均算子代替语言术语的数值表示的方法,并将此方法得到的NR和语言术语的NR进行了对比分析。引入了语言比例二元组Bonferroni平均算子,介绍了语言比例二元组Bonferroni平均算子的群决策方法,并用一个实例来说明其可行性。  相似文献

针对语言多属性决策,提出一种基于二元语言信息处理和粗糙集理论的求解方法。利用规范的语言评价信息建立决策信息表,提出了一种由属性依赖度和信息度来形成属性客观权重的方法,通过二元语义集成算子计算属性的主观权;根据决策者的偏好,将各属性的主客观权重信息集成,得到属性综合权重;将规范化的语言评价信息转化为二元语言形式,并与已有的信息集结算子合成,得到二语义粗算子;举例说明二元语义粗算子的应用。  相似文献

针对具有序关系值、效用值、互反判断矩阵、互补判断矩阵、区间模糊数、三角模糊数六种不同偏好评价信息的群决策问题,根据偏好信息的实际意义,通过转换函数将不同偏好信息一致化为二元语义判断矩阵形式,阐明转化方法的合理性与有效性,采用二元语义加权算术平均(T-WAA)算子集结转化后的二元语义判断矩阵,得到群体二元语义判断矩阵,基于二元语义有序加权平均(T-OWA)算子计算某方案优于其他所有方案的整体偏好程度,从而对方案排序择优。算例分析表明该群决策方法的有效性与合理性。  相似文献

研究了决策信息为区间直觉模糊数(IVIFN)且属性间存在相互关联的多属性群决策(MAGDM)问题,提出一种基于区间直觉模糊几何加权Bonferroni平均(IVIFGWBM)算子的决策方法。介绍了IVIFN的概念和运算法则,基于这些运算法则和几何Bonferroni平均(GBM)算子,定义了区间直觉模糊几何Bonferroni平均(IVIFGBM)算子和IVIFGWBM算子。研究了这些算子的一些性质,建立基于IVIFGWBM算子的MAGDM模型,结合排序方法进行决策。将该方法应用在一个MAGDM问题中,结果表明了该方法的有效性与可行性。  相似文献

针对指标权重未知的混合型多属性决策问题,提出一种基于二元语义的决策方法.首先,定义了语言评价变量与三角模糊数的转化规则和二元语义之间的距离,给出了不同类型指标数据与二元语义的转化;然后,利用与正理想解灰色关联度偏差最小原理,确定了属性的指标权重,并利用二元语义加权算术平均值对方案进行排序;最后,通过应用案例说明了所提方法的决策步骤,并与TOPSIS方法进行了比较,表明了所提方法的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

Hesitant 2-tuple linguistic variable realizes a graded information approach to characterize the uncertainty of human cognition. This study is concerned with the development of new aggregation operators and aims to design a new group decision making approach to address the information fusion involving the interrelationship between aggregated terms and the prioritization relationship among decision makers under hesitant 2-tuple linguistic situation. Firstly, hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (H2TLBM) operator and prioritized weighted hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (PWH2TLBM) operator are established. Subsequently, some pertinent properties and special forms of the developed operators are studied in detail. To employ the proposed operators to solve group decision making problems, a novel TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision making) method based on possibility degree is developed under the situation of hesitant 2-tuple linguistic information. The designed decision making method not only inherits the merits of the traditional TODIM approach, but also characterizes the interrelationship of criteria. The detailed process of solving problems is exemplified to highlight the practicality and feasibility of the designed method. Furthermore, comparative analysis with other methods is carried out to further offer insights on the designed decision method.  相似文献

Multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) under linguistic environment is an important part of modern decision sciences, and information aggregation operator plays an import role in solving MAGDM problems. In this paper, an approach for solving MAGDM problem with q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic information is developed. First, the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weighted averaging (q-ROFTLWA) operator and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weighted geometric (q-ROFTLWG) operator are presented. Furthermore, the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic Muirhead mean (q-ROFTLMM) operator and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic dual Muirhead mean (q-ROFTLDMM) operator are proposed on the basis of Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator. Then, an approach is developed to deal with MAGDM problem under q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic environment based on the proposed operators. Finally, a numerical example for selecting desirable emergency alternative(s) in the process of designing emergency preplan is given to illustrate the application of the developed method and demonstrate its effectiveness.  相似文献

In this paper, we expand the generalised Heronian mean (GHM) operator, generalised weighted Heronian mean (GWHM), geometric Heronian mean (GHM) operator, and weighted geometric Heronian mean (WGHM) operator with 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs) to propose generalised 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy Heronian mean (G2TLPFHM) operator, generalised 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted Heronian mean (G2TLPFWHM) operator, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy geometric Heronian mean (2TLPFGHM) operator, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy weighted geometric Heronian mean (2TLPFWGHM) operator. The Choquet integral (IL) operator is an effective approach for handling interdependence among decision attributes in complex decision-making problems. However, the fuzzy measures of attributes and attribute sets required by IL are difficult to achieve directly, which limits the application of IL. This paper proposes a new method for determining fuzzy measures of attributes by extending Marichal's concept of entropy for fuzzy measure. To well represent the assessment information, interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic context is utilised to represent information. Then, we propose a Choquet integral operator in an interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic environment, which can effectively handle the correlation between attributes. In addition, we apply these methods to solve multi-attribute group decision-making problems. The feasibility and validity of the proposed operator is demonstrated by comparisons with other models in illustrative example part.  相似文献

Due to the uncertainty of the decision environment and the lack of knowledge, decision-makers may use uncertain linguistic preference relations to express their preferences over alternatives and criteria. For group decision-making problems with preference relations, it is important to consider the individual consistency and the group consensus before aggregating the preference information. In this paper, consistency and consensus models for group decision-making with uncertain 2-tuple linguistic preference relations (U2TLPRs) are investigated. First of all, a formula which can construct a consistent U2TLPR from the original preference relation is presented. Based on the consistent preference relation, the individual consistency index for a U2TLPR is defined. An iterative algorithm is then developed to improve the individual consistency of a U2TLPR. To help decision-makers reach consensus in group decision-making under uncertain linguistic environment, the individual consensus and group consensus indices for group decision-making with U2TLPRs are defined. Based on the two indices, an algorithm for consensus reaching in group decision-making with U2TLPRs is also developed. Finally, two examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

This essay designs an innovate approach to work out linguistic multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issues with complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic (Cq-ROF2TL) evaluation information. To begin with, the conception of Cq-ROF2TL set is propounded to express uncertain and fuzzy assessment information. Meanwhile, the score and accuracy function, a comparison approach, Cq-ROF2TL weighted averaging, and Cq-ROF2TL weighted geometric operator are put forward. Furthermore, to take into consideration the correlation among multiple input data, the Cq-ROF2TL Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator, the Cq-ROF2TL dual MSM operator and their weighted forms are presented. Several attractive characteristics and particular instances of the developed operators are also explored at length. Later, an innovative MAGDM methodology is designed based upon the propounded operators to settle the emergency program evaluation issue under the Cq-ROF2TL circumstance. Consequently, the efficiency and outstanding superiority of the created approach are severally substantiated by parameter exploration and detailed comparative analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, a new conception of linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy number (Lq-ROFN) is proposed where the membership and nonmembership of the q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers ( q-ROFNs) are represented as linguistic variables. Compared with linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, the Lq-ROFNs can more fully describe the linguistic assessment information by considering the parameter q to adjust the range of fuzzy information. To deal with the multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems with Lq-ROFNs, we proposed the linguistic score and accuracy functions of the Lq-ROFNs. Further, we introduce and prove the operational rules and the related properties characters of Lq-ROFNs. For aggregating the Lq-ROFN assessment information, some aggregation operators are developed, involving the linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy power Bonferroni mean (BM) operator, linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted power BM operator, linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy power geometric BM (GBM) operator, and linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted power GBM operator, and then presents their rational properties and particular cases, which cannot only reduce the influences of some unreasonable data caused by the biased decision-makers, but also can take the interrelationship between any two different attributes into account. Finally, we propose a method to handle the MAGDM under the environment of Lq-ROFNs by using the new proposed operators. Further, several examples are given to show the validity and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with other existing MAGDM methods.  相似文献
