镁合金等离子喷涂Al/Al_2O_3涂层的组织与性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用等离子喷涂技术在AZ31镁合金表面制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料涂层.借助SEM、TEM和XRD等技术分析了涂层的微观组织结构,通过测定涂层电极电位、盐雾实验和磨损实验研究了涂层的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性能.结果表明,Al/Al_2O_3涂层的相组成主要为Al、Al_2O_3、Mg_(17)Al_(12);Al_2O_3颗粒均匀镶嵌在Al基体中;Mg_(17),Al_(12)主要分布于涂层与镁合金基材的界面处.与镁合金相比,Al/Al_2O_3涂层具有更高的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能.  相似文献

采用微束等离子喷涂方法在St37低碳钢上制备了NiCrBSi涂层.研究了基材温度、等离子气体流量、喷涂距离和电流强度等工艺参数对涂层组织结构和性能的影响.采用光学显微镜观察涂层的组织结构,用Perthometers M4P 150测定涂层的表面粗糙度,以及用LECO TC316气体抽提仪检测涂层的氧含量.结果表明,在试验条件下,喷涂参数对涂层组织和性能产生较大的影响.随着电流和基材温度的增加涂层的粗糙度降低,涂层的氧含量随着基材温度和喷涂距离的增加而增加.大多数涂层的显微硬度大于600 HV0.2.尽管粒子速度较低,涂层的平均结合强度仍然大于50 MPa.  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂工艺制备WC颗粒增强Ni基涂层,分析了涂层的显微组织,并对其抗冲蚀磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明,涂层呈层片状结构,有一定孔隙,WC颗粒在涂层中分布均匀,且与母相结合良好。随着冲蚀角度的增大,涂层冲蚀磨损质量损失先增大后减小,表现为塑性-脆性复合冲蚀磨损特征。  相似文献

等离子喷涂Al_2O_3-TiO_2防滑涂层制备及其耐磨性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用等离子喷涂技术制备了两种颗粒度的Al2O3-13%TiO2防滑涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对涂层的组织结构进行了表征,利用FW14往复摩擦试验机测定涂层的防滑性能,通过MMS-1G高速摩擦试验机评价了涂层摩擦学行为。结果表明,涂层致密度较高,两种涂层晶相都以γ-Al2O3为主并含有一定量非晶相;涂层防滑性能良好;两种涂层耐磨性能良好,低速时涂层失效形式以颗粒"拔出"为主,随着速度增加,层间裂纹扩展引起的层片剥落主导了涂层的磨损失效。  相似文献

利用大气等离子喷涂技术,在不锈钢基体上用不同颗粒尺寸的纳米粉末制备了两种纳米氧化锆涂层S1(平均粒度较小颗粒的喷雾造粒粉末所得)和B1(平均粒度较大颗粒的喷雾造粒粉末所得).运用XRD、SEM、TEM、拉曼光谱和金相技术等分析手段对喷涂用的粉末原料和涂层的显微结构、物相组成进行了观察与确定;利用环-块摩擦试验在干摩擦条件下对涂层的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试.结果表明,两种氧化锆涂层的摩擦系数均随载荷增大而减小.在较低载荷(100 N)条件下,S1涂层与不锈钢的摩擦系数低于B1涂层与不锈钢的摩擦系数;而在较高(400 N)载荷下,两种氧化锆涂层的摩擦系数开始趋于一致.其原因在于:较低的载荷下两种涂层与不锈钢摩擦副的摩擦磨损机制不同,S1涂层的磨损属于粘着磨损,B1涂层的磨损属于磨粒磨损;而在较高载荷下,两种涂层的磨损机制趋于一致,均为粘着磨损.  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂技术在AZ31镁合金表面制备Al/Al_2O_3复合涂层,测试了镁合金及表面喷涂有Al/Al_2O_3复合涂层的镁合金试样的极化曲线,研究了没有涂层、经封孔处理和未经封孔处理的喷涂有复合涂层的镁合金三种试样在浸泡腐蚀和5%NaCl盐雾腐蚀情况下的耐腐蚀性能及其腐蚀行为.结果表明,经封孔处理的Al/Al_2O_3复合涂层镁合金试样在上述腐蚀条件下的耐腐蚀性均优于镁合金和涂层未封孔处理的试样,在浸泡试验中未封孔处理的涂层试样比镁合金腐蚀更加严重,在盐雾试验中却优于镁合金.  相似文献

采用大气等离子喷涂方法制备TiO2–Al2O3陶瓷涂层,利用SEM和XRD分析了涂层的显微组织和相结构,并研究了涂层的电阻率随温度变化的规律。研究结果表明:TiO2–Al2O3陶瓷涂层主要由金红石型TiO2、锐钛矿型TiO2、Magneli相、α–Al2O3及γ–Al2O3组成。涂层的显微硬度和电阻率随Al2O3含量的增加而增加,在通电升温条件下涂层的电阻率随温度升高而降低。  相似文献

利用大气等离子喷涂技术(APS)在Q235钢基体上制备微米级Al_2O_3-13%TiO_2涂层,研究不同电流下涂层组织形貌、成分、显微硬度、冲蚀性能。研究表明,电流在400A时涂层组织形貌较好,无明显裂纹,显微硬度达1 376 HV。电流增加或者减小都会降低涂层的显微硬度,且电流过高涂层裂纹增多。涂层以30°冲蚀角时主要表现为切削磨损,增加冲蚀角度冲蚀磨损会增大,脆性断裂现象会更明显。冲蚀角度为90°时冲蚀量最大,主要表现为脆性断裂。  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂法在钛合金(TC4)基体上制备纳米陶瓷涂层。研究了烧结型陶瓷、纳米陶瓷和纳米球化陶瓷涂层的微动摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:在微动磨损滑移区、不同载荷水平下,三种涂层均呈现相同的耐磨性规律,耐磨性能由好到差的顺序为纳米球化陶瓷纳米陶瓷烧结型陶瓷。  相似文献

Several alumina and alumina-zirconia composite coatings were manufactured by suspension plasma spraying (SPS), implementing different operating conditions in order to achieve dense and cohesive structures. Temperatures and velocities of the in flight particles were measured with a commercial diagnostic system (Accuraspray®) at the spray distance as a function of the plasma operating parameters. Temperatures around 2000 °C and velocities as high as 450 m/s were detected. Hence, coatings with high amount of α-alumina phase were produced. The microstructure evolution according to the spray parameters was studied as well as the final tribological properties showing efficient wear resistance.  相似文献

利用等离子喷涂方法制备Al2O3-40% TiO2涂层,对涂层进行激光重熔处理.分别对等离子喷涂层和激光重熔涂层进行耐冲蚀磨损性能试验,研究了激光重熔对Al2O3-40% TiO2等离子喷涂层耐冲蚀性能的影响.结果表明,激光重熔消除了Al2O3-40% TiO2等离子喷涂层的层状结构,使得等离子喷涂层中γ-Al2O3转变为α-Al2O3,形成了α-Al2O3+TiAl2O5稳定结构.激光重熔后的涂层组织致密均匀、硬度高,具有冶金结合特征,使得耐冲蚀性能得到极大提高,其磨损特征为冲蚀粒子冲击作用下产生的裂纹、破碎与块状剥落.  相似文献

Cr3C2/NiCr, ZrO2/NiCr, WTiC2/NiCr, and X40 were plasma sprayed on the substrate 1Cr18Ni9Ti in order to solve the erosion wear at high temperature encountered in the oil-refining industry. A series of properties of the coatings, including their microstructure, hardness, and erosion-behavior, have been tested. The test results show that the properties of the coatings have a significant effect on their erosionresistant performance. Good erosion-resistant materials need to be hard and tough. Both Cr3C2/NiCr and X40 have good erosion resistance at elevated temperature.  相似文献

针对Al2O3陶瓷涂层结合强度低、孔隙率高的实际,选择NiAl金属间化合物和金属铜粉作为过渡材料,利用等离子喷涂制备Al2O3梯度陶瓷涂层,并对梯度涂层进行组织形貌观察,测试结合强度和孔隙率.结果表明,梯度涂层的组织表现出宏观的不均匀性和微观连续性的分布特征,NiAl和Cu是金属基体与Al2O3涂层之间过渡层的理想材料,可以有效地提高涂层的结合强度,而Cu-Al2O3梯度涂层又比NiAl-Al2O3梯度涂层结合强度高;梯度涂层的孔隙率远低于双涂层的孔隙率,在Cu-Al2O3梯度涂层中随Al2O3含量的增加,涂层的孔隙率降低,而且孔隙率低于NiAl-Al2O3梯度涂层.  相似文献

The study aimed at characterizing mechanical properties of TiO2 coatings obtained by the use of aqueous suspensions of fine rutile and anatase particles onto metal substrates. Thickness of the coatings was found with the use of optical microscope observations of metallographical cross-sections. The coatings morphology was found with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and their phase composition was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The mechanical properties were characterized using scratch test. The test enabled to characterize the adhesion of coatings by determination of critical force necessary to peel off the coatings from the substrate and, on the other hand, to estimate their cohesion by the measurement of the scratch hardness. The hardness was calculated using the width of the scratch and the value of force applied. The design of experiments (DOE) of spraying with the use of a 23 full factorial plan was applied to rutile powder. The coatings were sprayed onto aluminium substrate. The DOE enabled to find the effects of three principal parameters, i.e. electric power input to plasma, spray distance and suspension feed rate onto coating adhesion expressed by critical force. A preliminary data for anatase powder sprayed with one set of operational parameters onto stainless steel substrate are also shown.  相似文献

WCp/NiCrBSi composite coatings have been deposited by plasma spraying with the mixed powders of WC-12Ni and NiCrBSi. The coatings consist mainly of WC, γ-Ni, Ni3B, CrB, Cr2B, M7C3, M23C6 and W2C phases. The W2C content increases with increasing WC mass fraction in the powders. The porosity and microhardness of the coatings are related to the coating WC content. The excessive WC results in decreasing the microhardncss due to increasing the porosity. The WCp/ NiCrBSi coating with 35 % WC mass fraction powder has more excellent erosion resistance. With an increase of impact angles from 15°to 90°the erosion rate of the coating increases, the erosion rate at 15°impact angle being approximately two times lower than that at 90°impact angle. Based on the wear morphology of the coatings at different impact angles, the wear mechanisms were discussed.  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂技术制备了不同成分的Al2O3/TiO2纳米陶瓷复合涂层,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机等分析测试手段研究了纳米陶瓷复合涂层的微观结构与性能.结果表明:纳米陶瓷复合涂层中Al2O3以α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3两相共存的形式存在,且γ-Al2O3的含量随喷涂功率的增加而增加,而涂层中的TiO2则以金红石型存在;其微结构为完全熔化区的片状微观组织和部分熔化区的纳米级颗粒共存的组织;等离子喷涂功率和TiO2含量对涂层的硬度和耐磨性能均有显著的影响.  相似文献

The electrochemical corrosion behaviours of the steel substrates coated with three different plasma sprayed Al2O3–13%TiO2 coatings were studied in this paper. The three kinds of Al2O3–13%TiO2 coatings were conventional ME coating, nanostructured NP coating and NS coating. There were micro cracks, laminar splats and straight columnar grains in ME coating. For the two nanostructured coatings, the laminar microstructure and columnar grains were not obvious. The NP coating had the highest hardness and spallation resistance. Electrochemical corrosion behaviour of the three coatings was mainly investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in aqueous Na2SO4 solution.  相似文献

通过喷雾干燥法制备MoSi2包覆Al2O3的壳核结构混合粉,利用该混合粉以等离子喷涂技术制备MoSi2/Al2O3复合涂层材料。研究MoSi2/Al2O3质量比涂层材料的力学和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着MoSi2含量从0增加到45%,复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别从198MPa和3.05MPa·m1/2增加到324MPa和4.82MPa·m1/2,随后又降到310MPa和4.67MPa·m1/2。在8.2-12.4GHz微波频率波段内,随着MoSi2含量的增加,复合材料的介电损耗增加,而介电常数的实部却呈减小趋势。这主要是由于MoSi2颗粒熔化后的凝聚及导电网络结构的形成导致电导率的增加引起的。  相似文献

Al2O3, Al2O3-Cr2O3 and Cr2O3 coatings were deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying. Phase composition of powders and as-sprayed coatings was determined by X-ray diffraction. Electron probe microanalyzer was employed to investigate the polished and fractured surface morphologies of the coatings. Mechanical properties including microhardness, fracture toughness and bending strength were evaluated. The results indicate that the addition of Cr2O3 is conducive to the stabilization of α-Al2O3. Compared with the pure Al2O3 and Cr2O3 coatings, Al2O3-Cr2O3 composite coatings show lower porosities and denser structures. Heterogeneous nucleation of α-Al2O3 occurs over the isostructural Cr2O3 lamellae and partial solid solution of Al2O3 and Cr2O3 might be occurring as well. Furthermore, grain refining and solid solution strengthening facilitate the mechanical property enhancement of Al2O3-Cr2O3 composite coatings.  相似文献
