研究了不同温度、淋洗液酸度、稀土负载量、淋洗液流速及装柱树脂高度对Cyanex272浸渍树脂萃取色层法分离Tm, Yb, Lu的影响和柱参数. 结果表明, 在温度为30 ℃, 梯度淋洗酸度为0.5, 0.6, 1.5 mol·L-1, 稀土负载量为0.3%, 淋洗液流速为1.0 ml·cm-2·min-1,装柱树脂高度为480 mm(柱内径为16 mm)的条件下, 对Tm, Yb, Lu富集物分离效果较好.  相似文献

研究了用CL-P507-HCl体系萃取色层法分离铒、铥、镱,考察了树脂粒度、溶液温度、淋洗液酸度、树脂负载量、进样质量比等条件对分离效果的影响.结果表明,铥、镱之间存在着萃取抑制现象;以1.65 mol/L盐酸淋洗铒,1.90 mol/L盐酸淋洗铥和镱,在溶液温度50 ℃时可实现3者的分离;以99.9%氧化铥为原料,单柱一次分离可获得高纯铥溶液.  相似文献

用萃淋树脂CL-P204作为萃取色层的固定相研究了淋洗液HCl酸度(1.5~1.9N),流速(0.65~1.05ml/cm~2·min),负载量(占饱和吸附量的0.65%、1.3%与1.95%)与柱长径比L/φ(17、37)对相邻稀土元素铽与镝分离的影响。用log D对log[H~+]作图得一组直线,其斜率~3。说明萃淋树脂上的P204萃取稀土时一个稀土离子置换三个氢离子。饱和吸附量法测得树脂上的P204与稀土形成的络合物的克分子比是3:1。其反应式可能是:Ln_(+3)+1.5(H_2A_2)=LnA_3+3H~+。  相似文献

采用离子交换色层法用氨基膦酸螯合树脂对重稀土铥、镱、镥富集物进行动态吸附和淋洗分离研究,考察了淋洗剂浓度、酸度、淋洗液流速、温度等因素对分离的影响。结果表明,在吸附柱中,以0.1mL/(cm2.min)的流速进料时能得到较大的吸附率;在淋洗液流速为0.3mL/(cm2.min)、温度30℃的条件下,用pH=8.0、浓度0.02mol/L的EDTA淋洗重稀土富集物,可实现铥、镱、镥三者的完全分离。  相似文献

本文以填充萃取剂2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯的CL-P507萃淋树脂为萃取色层的固定相,研究了在盐酸介质中淋洗液酸度、稀土负载量对分离钆的影响。对萃取色层柱效率与液-液萃取理论级数进行了比较,优化了工艺条件,分离出纯度大于99.9997%的Gd2O3。  相似文献

探究LN树脂对Sm(Ⅲ)和Gd(Ⅲ)的吸附效果,考察了时间、酸度和温度对树脂吸附量的影响,对吸附过程的吸附动力学和吸附热力学进行了研究,并测定了相关热力学参数?H、?S以及?G。结果表明,LN树脂在298 K下对Sm(Ⅲ)和Gd(Ⅲ)的吸附可在2 min后达到平衡,酸度越小平衡吸附量越大,且随温度升高平衡吸附量也逐渐升高。使用LN树脂色层柱进行了钐和钆的分离试验,Sm(Ⅲ)在0.75 mol/L HNO3酸度下洗脱,Gd(Ⅲ)在1.0 mol/L HNO3酸度下洗脱,不同洗脱液流速对柱分离效果的影响结果表明,流速为0.53 mL/min时分离效果最好。  相似文献
