石墨是我国24种战略性矿产资源之一,是重要的非金属矿种。结合我国典型晶质石墨产区鳞片石墨特征及采选技术指标,计算得出我国大鳞片(>0.15 mm)石墨平均产出率为14%。近三年,我国晶质石墨产量保持在60~70万t,但产品结构正逐步转型优化,耐火、铸造等传统领域用石墨产品比重逐年降低,新能源和新材料等新兴领域用石墨产品比重不断增加。晶质石墨中大鳞片石墨主要应用于可膨胀石墨和柔性石墨等领域;细小鳞片石墨主要应用于冶金材料、电池材料、胶体石墨和高分子复合材料等领域。 相似文献

工业铝电解产生的废阴极主要由石墨化碳和电解质构成,废阴极中的石墨化碳可通过浮选工艺进行综合回收。本文在以柴油为捕收剂、松醇油为起泡剂的浮选体系中,对去离子水浸洗前后废阴极中石墨化碳的可浮性做了对比研究。同时研究了pH值、Na~+、K~+、Ca~(2+)、Al~(3+)等金属离子对废阴极中石墨化碳可浮性的影响。试验结果表明,溶解于浮选矿浆中的电解质氟化钠所释放出的金属离子Na~+是影响废阴极中石墨化碳可浮性的主要因素。浮选体系中的金属离子对废阴极中石墨化碳可浮性影响较大,金属离子价数越高、离子浓度越大废阴极中石墨化碳可浮性越好。矿浆pH值对废阴极中石墨化碳可浮性影响不大。 相似文献

以HClO4/CH3COOH/KMnO4为氧化插层体系制备低温可膨胀石墨, 从HClO4用量、CH3COOH用量、高锰酸钾用量、反应温度和反应时间等方面讨论了制备低温可膨胀石墨的较佳条件和物料配比。研究结果表明,制备低温可膨胀石墨的较佳反应条件为温度35℃,反应时间60 min,石墨(g)、HClO4(mL)、CH3COOH(mL)、高锰酸钾(g)的较佳配比为1:4:1.5:0.15, 由此方法制得的可膨胀石墨在400℃膨胀容积可达到423mL/g。该研究未使用任何含硫的试剂,因而制备的可膨胀石墨不含硫。 相似文献

为了提高可膨胀石墨在聚合物中的阻燃效率及其与聚合物的界面相容性,含磷聚氨酯可作为可膨胀石墨的有效界面改性剂。以三羟甲基氧化磷和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯为反应原料,采用溶剂法制备了含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨。利用红外光谱和扫描电镜表征含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨的结构。采用极限氧指数和UL-94垂直燃烧、热重分析及电子拉力机等表征手段,研究了含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨对EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体阻燃性能、热稳定性和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:含磷聚氨酯成功包覆在可膨胀石墨表面形成微胶囊膨胀石墨,含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨能明显提高EPDM/PP的阻燃性能;当含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨的添加量为30%时,氧指数约达25%,UL-94垂直燃烧达到V-0等级,700℃时的残碳率约为20.4%;相比可膨胀石墨,添加30%的含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨后的EPDM/PP复合材料的最大热分解温度达450℃,提高了约8%。含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨的加入能有效降低阻燃剂对EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体的力学性能的破坏,添加了30%的含磷聚氨酯微胶囊膨胀石墨复合材料的综合性能最好。 相似文献

Vertical roller mills have gained more and more significance in modern grinding facilities used in the cement (rawmill and clinker) and industrial minerals (gypsum, marble, bentonite or graphite) sector. This mill type integrates the stages of grinding and classification in a single closed comminution system. Due to this closed system the design of vertical roller mills is more complex than tumbling mill design. In order to work on that problem, the Institute of Mineral Processing at the Montanuniversitaet Leoben and the company CEMTEC Cement and Mining Technology developed the laboratory scale vertical mill VRM2. In this article published design equations are compared to tests performed by the VRM2. Possible procedures are suggested to make up the balance of the mill internal material flows by laboratory experiments instead of simulation. 相似文献

为查明黑龙江柳毛石墨矿石的矿物学特征,采用XRF、XRD、Raman等测试分析手段对矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、晶体结构等进行了研究。结果表明,柳毛石墨矿石的主要化学组成除C外,还含有SiO2、CaO、Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、TiO2、BaO、V2O5等;脉石矿物主要有石英、云母(金云母、黑云母和绢云母),此外还含有长石(正长石和微斜长石)、蒙脱石、钙铝榴石及少量的伊利石、辉石、硅灰石等。石墨的晶胞参数a=0.244 4~0.247 3 nm,V=0.034 7~0.035 5 nm3;石墨主要呈条带状与脉石矿物相间分布,少量石墨颗粒呈星点状分散在脉石矿物中。由提纯后石墨样品的Raman光谱得知,相同采样层位石墨样品的石墨化度差别较大,石墨晶体结构的完善程度不同,R (I D /I G )为0.07~0.21;不同采样层位,石墨样品的3R多型(Rh)的含量有所差别。 相似文献

Stirred mills have been widely used for regrinding, and are acknowledged to be more energy efficient than tumbling mills. These two types of mills present different particle breakage mechanisms during grinding. In this study, the effect of regrinding by both mills on surface properties and subsequent mineral flotation was studied, using chalcocite as the mineral example. A rod mill and a stirred mill with the same stainless steel media were used to regrind rougher flotation concentrates. Different chalcocite flotation recovery was achieved in the cleaner stage after regrinding in tumbling and stirred mills. The factors contributing to the different recovery included particle size, the amount of created fresh surfaces, surface oxidation and the redistribution of collector carried from rougher flotation. All the factors were examined. It was determined that the predominating factor was the different distribution of collector resulting from different particle breakage mechanisms in the stirred and tumbling mills, in line with ToF-SIMS analysis. In the tumbling mill, the impact particle breakage mechanism predominates, causing the collector to remain on the surface of newly produced particles. In the stirred mill, the attrition breakage removes collector from the surface, and decreases particle floatability. Furthermore, the type of grinding media in the stirred mill also influences the subsequent flotation, again due to the change of particle breakage mechanisms. The results of this study demonstrate that the selection of regrinding mills and grinding media should not only depend on the required energy efficiency, but also on the properties of the surfaces produced for subsequent flotation. 相似文献

Stirred mills are becoming increasingly used for fine and ultra-fine grinding. This technology is still poorly understood when used in the mineral processing context. This makes process optimisation of such devices problematic. 3D DEM simulations of the flow of grinding media in pilot scale tower mills and pin mills are carried out in order to investigate the relative performance of these stirred mills. Media flow patterns and energy absorption rates and distributions are analysed here.
