利用酸处理后的废FCC催化剂吸附水溶液中的双酚A(BPA),考察了不同条件下废FCC催化剂对BPA的吸附效果。结果表明,废FCC催化剂具有较大的比表面积和孔结构,298 K时0. 2 g废FCC催化剂吸附40 mg/L的BPA,吸附率可达97%,平衡吸附量9. 7 mg/g。废FCC催化剂对BPA的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,且吸附过程可以用准二级动力学方程描述。多次的解吸与再生实验表明,废FCC催化剂具有良好的再生性能,可以重复使用。  相似文献

以3种品质的废SCR脱硝催化剂粉料M1、M2和M3为原料,与原生钛钨粉M0掺加制备了不同质量掺比的脱硝催化剂,分别对其初始脱硝性能和在实际烟气中运行16000h后的脱硝性能进行跟踪检测评价。实验结果表明,在相同质量掺加比时,掺加废催化剂粉料M1和M2的新催化剂初始性能比未掺加废催化剂粉料M0-0性能降低约30%以上,且运行16000h后的活性劣化速率明显偏快。废催化剂粉料掺加比例越高,负面影响越大。废催化剂的资源化回用应使用高品质粉料,且需严格控制其掺加比。借助激光粒度仪、表面酸量吸附仪(NH3-TPD)以及X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)等对废催化剂粉料和所制备的催化剂进行了理化分析,废催化剂粉料微观特性无法完全恢复,杂质含量高,是造成新制备催化剂脱硝性能不佳及使用中活性劣化速率快的主要原因。要实现废催化剂粉料大比例用于新催化剂制备,需进一步提高废催化剂粉料的粒径、微观孔隙、表面酸性及降低杂质含量。  相似文献

以炭基催化剂固废为原料,将碳酸钠助剂、薄水氧化铝黏结剂掺杂混配到固废粉体上,制备得到二次成型的固废吸附材料,通过动力管评价其对二氧化硫、硫化氢的吸附性能。评价结果表明,当薄水氧化铝添加量为50%、碳酸钠添加量为60%,100℃干燥6 h,制备的固废吸附材料对硫化氢与二氧化硫具备最佳防护效果,分别可达70 min和49 min。  相似文献

炼油废催化剂具有比表面积比较大、微孔结构合理、来源广泛、易于再生等特性,利用它作吸附剂既可以废物利用,又使污水得到处理,节省废催化剂填埋和污水处理两部分费用,并保护环境.实验结果表明:炼油废催化剂的动态吸附量是其他4种工业用吸附剂的14~76倍:炼油废催化剂对炼油污水的吸附满足Freundlich吸附等温式;炼油废催化剂对炼油污水的极限吸附量是对化工污水和炼油与化工混合污水的2.3~2.9倍.碱性条件下吸附剂再生效果好.但需控制碱液的使用浓度.  相似文献

通过利用WYS - 5 0型活性炭再生炉对东北制药总厂的部分废炭进行吸附能力的恢复及再生炭的应用试验 ,证实了WYS - 5 0型活性炭再生炉的实际可行性。为设备的推广使用提供了科学依据。再生炭的吸附能力比废炭提高 40 0 %~ 5 0 0 %。  相似文献

研究了pH、时间、温度、干扰离子等对酵母菌吸附电镀废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的影响,并对其等温吸附过程及动力学和热力学参数进行了分析和探讨。结果表明,以灭活酵母菌作为生物吸附剂时,溶液中干扰离子的存在会降低吸附剂的吸附效率,一定范围内温度越高吸附效果越好,吸附时间为960 min时吸附达到平衡,吸附效果最佳的溶液pH值为2,吸附剂的吸附过程遵循准二级动力学模型。对电镀废水进行Cr(Ⅵ)吸附试验,发现Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附率可以达到71.71%~76.86%。  相似文献

以玉门炼油厂FCC废催化剂作为吸附剂,掺入白土复配成复合吸附剂精制润滑油.实验室和工业化试生产结果表明:FCC废催化剂对润滑油有一定的吸附精制作用.在精制过程中,可用一定量的废催化剂代替部分白土,在达到纯白土的精制效果时,可减少白土0.6%左右,提高产品收率0.1%以上,过滤速度也有不同程度的提高,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
