利用中隔墙左右两侧主筋轴力推导出其轴力N及水平力H的计算公式,进而计算中隔墙的稳定性系数,将其运用到马岭峡谷隧道一个浅埋段中隔墙稳定性的分析中,发现中隔墙浇筑、先行洞靠近中隔墙部分上台阶开挖与初支、后行洞靠近中隔墙部分上台阶与下台阶开挖与初支对中隔墙轴力N及水平力H有比较大的影响,是产生偏压的主要原因。该断面最小稳定性系数发生在2021年11月17日,最小系数为8.70,大于1.6。说明中隔墙在主洞开挖支护的所有时间所测得的稳定性系数均满足该要求,中隔墙在施工过程中稳定性满足规范要求。  相似文献

将生产硝基苯过程中所产生的废酸加入到湿法磷酸生产工艺中参与反应,研究了N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯化铵、硝酸对湿法磷酸生产工艺中磷矿的分解率,石膏中总磷的含量、滤液中磷酸和SO3的含量的影响。结果发现:向湿法磷酸生产工艺中加入质量分数为3%的HNO3、2%的DMF、1%的NH4Cl,对湿法磷酸生产工艺中石膏中总磷含量、滤液中总磷含量和SO3的含量基本没有影响,且磷矿的分解率增大。由此可见,将硝基苯所产废酸加入到湿法磷酸工艺中使用具有可行性。  相似文献

High temperature stress leads to complex changes to plant functionality, which affects, i.a., the cell wall structure and the cell wall protein composition. In this study, the qualitative and quantitative changes in the cell wall proteome of Brachypodium distachyon leaves in response to high (40 °C) temperature stress were characterised. Using a proteomic analysis, 1533 non-redundant proteins were identified from which 338 cell wall proteins were distinguished. At a high temperature, we identified 46 differentially abundant proteins, and of these, 4 were over-accumulated and 42 were under-accumulated. The most significant changes were observed in the proteins acting on the cell wall polysaccharides, specifically, 2 over- and 12 under-accumulated proteins. Based on the qualitative analysis, one cell wall protein was identified that was uniquely present at 40 °C but was absent in the control and 24 proteins that were present in the control but were absent at 40 °C. Overall, the changes in the cell wall proteome at 40 °C suggest a lower protease activity, lignification and an expansion of the cell wall. These results offer a new insight into the changes in the cell wall proteome in response to high temperature.  相似文献

Emotional reactions to red, green, blue, and gray colors in a living room were investigated using a self-report measure. Participants first watched a short video of a 3D model of a living room. Next, they were asked to match the living rooms with facial expressions of six basic emotions. The most stated emotions associated for the red room were disgust and happiness, while the least stated emotions were sadness, fear, anger, and surprise; for the green room, neutral and happiness were the most stated emotions, and anger, surprise, fear, and sadness were the least stated ones; for the blue room, neutral was the most stated emotion, while the least stated emotions were anger and surprise. Neutral, disgust, and sadness were the most stated emotions for the gray room. Gender differences were not found in human emotional reactions to living rooms with different wall colors.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of low fat diets in children aged 2 to 5. Eighty two children (40 females and 42 males) attending a school cafeteria (Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina), in a cross sectional study, were evaluated. Body weight (W), height (H) and body composition (BC) by bioimpedance were recorded. The anthropometric raw data were processed as Z-score of the weight-for-age (WEZ) and of the height-for-age (HAZ). Serum insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and Zinc/haemoglobin ratio (Zn/Hb) were also measured. Results showed that 73.2% of the children were adequate (A) according WEZ, 13.4% were lean (L) and 13.4% overweight (O). 8.5% presented simultaneously impairment in WEZ and HAZ. Body fat percentage and energy metabolism were higher in O than in L and A (p < 0.05). Serum IGF-1's children--aged 4 to 5 years--with HAZ deficit were low than adequate HAZ ones. No statistical differences in Zn/Hb ratio between A, L and O were found. This cross sectional study suggests metabolic disorders in young children attending school cafeterias. These conclusions will allow to design balanced diets in order to optimize the resources, promote optimal growth and development and prevent adult diseases through dietary practices in childhood.  相似文献
