为了实现对干扰弹能量及特性的非接触式测量,开展了基于红外辐射式干扰弹能量测量装置研究。首先,针对干扰弹的能量和辐射的波段等特点进行了总结和提炼;接着,确定了用红外辐射能量的量级来表征干扰弹的能量及其特性;然后,在以上的理论基础上,对红外辐射的能量测量进行仿真和研制,包括探测器的选取与应用设计,模拟信号处理和数字信号的处理,采用相关测量方法对能量进行检测以及计算。最后,介绍了红外测量装置的具体实现方法以及优势。实验结果表明:红外辐射能量测量装置的响应时间小于2.5 ms;探测灵敏度优于2.5108 cmHz1/2W-1。基于红外辐射式的能量测量系统成功实现了对1~21 m的长波红外能量的准确测量,且具有较高的灵敏度和较低的相应时间。 相似文献

通过研究飞机的红外辐射特征,为干扰弹投放策略提供参考,采用光谱辐射计、中波热像仪、长波热像仪对飞机的静态红外辐射特性进行测试,选择迎头(0°)、正侧向(90°)、尾后(180°)共3个测试点,测试结果表明:迎头红外辐射强度和辐射面积均最小,尾后红外辐射强度最大,辐射面积较小,正侧向红外辐射面积最大,辐射强度较大。根据测试结果分析了飞机面临不同方向来袭导弹攻击时,红外干扰弹的投放使用策略。尾后攻击时,采用多点源和面源红外干扰弹;侧向攻击时,采用面源红外干扰弹;引头攻击时,采用多点源、面源红外干扰弹。 相似文献

理论分析了激光干扰调制盘型点源跟踪系统敏感参数。根据理论分析结果:结合近场和外场到达点源跟踪系统处目标、干扰激光辐射功率密度等效原则,设计和进行了不同激光功率、外调制频率、外调制占空比和重复频率下激光干扰点源跟踪系统光学锁定断开近场模拟实验。理论分析和实验结果均表明:干扰激光功率、外调制频率和外调制占空比是实现调制盘型点源跟踪系统光学锁定断开的关键参数;干扰激光重复频率与调制盘载频没有严格对应关系,干扰激光重复频率和占空比应满足激光器最佳工作状态,以提高干扰激光功率。本文对小功率激光干扰系统设计研制和试验开展具有重要参考意义。 相似文献

由于红外系统复杂度越来越高,用靶场实验方式测试系统的性能指标已变得十分高昂,甚至无法实现。利用红外图像模拟器来测试红外系统的性能指标是一种经济、实用的办法。本文设计了一款基于DMD的8位灰度红外图像播放器,详细阐述了系统各功能模块的作用,并使用自制的红外热像仪测试了系统的相关性能指标。经测试播放器线性相关度为0.99997,图像非均匀性优于1.7%(含热像仪),图像帧频为252.5 f/s,能够满足大多数红外成像系统仿真与测试的需求。 相似文献

This paper proposes a direct injection-locked frequency divider(ILFD) with a wide locking range in the Ka-band. A complementary cross-coupled architecture is used to enhance the overdriving voltage of the switch transistor so that the divider locking range is extended efficiently. New insights into the locking range and output power are proposed. A new method to analyze and optimize the injection sensitivity is presented and a layout technique to reduce the parasitics of the cross-coupled transistors is applied to decrease the frequency shift and the locking range degradation. The circuit is designed in a standard 90-nm CMOS process. The total locking range of the ILFD is 43.8% at 34.5 GHz with an incident power of –3.5 dBm. The divider IC consumes 3.6 mW of power at the supply voltage of 1.2 V. The chip area including the pads is 0.50.5 mm2. 相似文献

为满足红外遥感器高精度等效噪声光谱辐亮度的定标要求,在原有的设计基础上改进了红外积分球辐射源研制制造工艺,满足真空低温使用要求。该积分球辐射源采用8组碳纤维石英电热管作为红外辐射介质,实现工作波段覆盖3~15 μm,可调辐射动态范围提升1倍。设计了辐射定标与测量光路,通过比对测量标准腔式黑体辐射源,实现红外积分球辐射源真空低温条件下的辐射定标。定标结果表明:红外积分球辐射源出光口法线Ф200 mm范围内的面均匀性为99.75%,±10°范围内的角度均匀性为99.81%,非稳定性为0.05%。实现了红外积分球辐射源光谱辐亮度输出等色温近线性可调功能,5 μm和10 μm辐亮度可调范围分别达到12.8 μW/(cm2·sr·nm)和1.6 μW/(cm2·sr·nm)。 相似文献

为了测定红外空空导弹自身抗干扰性能,需要对红外对抗环境进行定量评估。但是目前多数模型都是从终端脱靶量分析导弹抗干扰性能,无法反映导弹在被干扰过程中各模块的响应情况。为此,基于干扰过程中导弹导引头系统和制导控制系统角度提出了红外对抗环境量化建模方法。首先从场景构成和物理特性方面构建了红外对抗要素模型;其次,分析了对抗要素对导引头图像识别及制导控制系统的干扰影响,抽象出相似度、遮蔽度、干扰时机、目标机动以及进入角影响度指标;最后,运用并联关系模型、几何均值合成模型及加权求和模型综合上述指标,建立了总体环境复杂度量化模型。仿真结果表明:典型对抗场景下,该模型预测导弹命中率的误差在±6%区间的概率为95%。 相似文献

A tunable circularly polarized square patch antenna with parasitic elements is designed for a wide frequency tuning range and high gain characteristics. The proposed antenna is constructed by one main patch and four semi-elliptic parasitic units. By loading four varactor diodes and adjusting their capacitance values, the tunable feature is performed to reallocate the corresponding working frequency. Moreover, the diagonal corners of the antenna are cut and loaded with varactor diodes, which provide the appropriate perturbation between the two orthogonality modes of the antenna, so as to ensure the circular polarization characteristic in the entire operating tuning band. The experimental results demonstrate that the reflection coefficient and axial ratio are less than −13 dB and 3 dB, respectively. The proposed antenna features a relatively wide continuously tuning range of 24% within 1.9-2.3 GHz and a stable gain of over 7 dBi with a radiation efficiency of above 85%. 相似文献

The development of a high frequency electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrometer with a wide frequency range using a gyrotron as the radiation power source is described. GYROTRON FU-E, optimized for use in an ESR spectrometer in the millimeter wave range, was developed in Fukui University. In order to test the normal operation of the spectrometer, the ESR of two standard samples, single crystal and polycrystalline DPPH, has been measured, in the pulsed mode over the frequency range from 65 GHz to 135 GHz. 相似文献

This work presents a low-noise amplifier (LNA) design with a wide-range gain control characteristic that integrates adjustable current distribution and output impedance techniques. For a given gain characteristic, the proposed LNA provides better wideband interference rejection performance than conventional LNA. Moreover, the proposed LNA also has a wider gain control range than conventional LNA. Therefore, it is suitable for satellite communications systems. The simulation results demonstrate that the voltage gain control range is between 14.5 and 34.2 dB for such applications (2600 MHz); the input reflection coefficient is less than ?18.9 dB; the noise figure (NF) is 1.25 dB; and the third-order intercept point (IIP3) is 4.52 dBm. The proposed LNA consumes 23.85–28.17 mW at a supply voltage of 1.8 V. It is implemented by using TSMC 0.18-um RF CMOS process technology. 相似文献

A wide range fractional-N frequency synthesizer in 0.18μm RF CMOS technology is implemented. A switched-capacitors bank LC-tank VCO and an adaptive frequency calibration technique are used to expand the frequency range.A 16-bit third-order sigma-delta modulator with dither is used to randomize the fractional spur. The active area is 0.6 mm~2.The experimental results show the proposed frequency synthesizer consumes 4.3 raA from a single 1.8 V supply voltage except for buffers.The frequency range is 1.44-2.11 GHz and the frequency resolution is less than 0.4 kHz.The phase noise is -94 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz and -121 dBc/Hz @ 1 MHz at the output of the prescaler with a loop bandwidth of approximately 120 kHz.The performance meets the requirements for the multi-band and multi-mode transceiver applications. 相似文献
