基于Modelica语言的多领域系统建模关注物理建模和参数优化等问题,缺乏对产品变型设计的支持.通过扩展多领域基本仿真模型,提出一种结构待定和参数待定的变型产品结构模型.该模型按照参数约束、部件约束和模型约束等知识表达规范融入产品设计知识和经验,采用推理机推理确定产品的结构和参数,实现了基于仿真的动态变型设计.最后以实例验证了动态变型设计方法的实用价值.  相似文献

以模块化设计为基础,以变型设计为研究对象,将成本企划思想与模块化产品规划融为一体,提出了以基型模块成本为标准成本.通过变型模块与基型模块的差异估算变型模块成本的思路和方法.以此为基础,研究了模块化成本控制的主要内容.首先将需求转为产品特征,确定需求产品的结构;然后针对需求产品的设计成本,构建了成本估算模型,分析了影响成本的主要因素及其相互关系;最后建立了以模块为对象的成本控制模型.并验证了模型的有效性.  相似文献

当修改配置产品的某个模块后,如何快速查找可能需要修改的模块是产品配置研究中的一个热点问题.为此提出一种复杂产品开发网络中变型设计节点方案评价方法.首先使用评价指标,即节点集介数、信息度和网络聚类系数综合描述变型设计节点集的网络特性;然后结合变型设计的时间与资源约束条件,使用离散粒子群算法优化变型设计节点配置,使得变型设计节点方案能满足控制变型设计传播需求.最后通过某型号真空吸尘器的产品变型设计,验证了文中方法的有效性.对于大规模定制模式下的复杂产品开发网络中,有针对性地选取变型设计节点具有重要意义.  相似文献

变型设计是在产品工作原理、基本功能定义不变的情况下,通过对现有产品局部结构型式和尺寸的变异来满足不同工作性能需求的一类设计行为.与创造性设计和适应性设计比较,产品变型设计是一种相对刻板、固定同时应用又十分广泛的设计行为.本文在分析了产品变型设计的基本求解流程之后,提出了一个以基于实例的推理为核心,综合运用规则推理和约束满足方法的知识处理方法模型,并且,结合所开发的"细纱机模块化变型设计系统",从知识表达模式和推理过程两方面对其特点和应用作出了介绍.  相似文献

Variant product design is critical to the continued survival of a product in the demand-changing market. As variant product design involves numerous and concurrent attempts at requirement and product modification, a change impact analysis (CIA) becomes essential in order to capture both the potential and contextual impacts of a change proposal, and thereby ensure the consistency of the product’s integrated content throughout the process of carrying out any changes. In this regard, this paper presents an attribute-based, object-oriented approach for effectively and comprehensively performing the CIA tasks in variant product design. This approach models the integrated content of a product by characterizing its components and associated requirements with attributes and linkages. It then features an object-oriented change propagation design in order to handle the dynamic and recursive CIA loops. This approach is also able to show the collective impact when multiple changes are attempted. A computerized prototype, EPCII_EC, is implemented in order to realize the approach, and an illustrative product case with a comparative evaluation is provided in order to validate the work. Issues and limitations of this study are also discussed and suggestions are provided for future studies.  相似文献

With a global challenge on the serious ecological problems, low-carbon manufacturing aiming to reduce carbon emission and resource consumption is gaining the ever-increasing attention. Due to the significant impact on the product lifecycle, low-carbon product design is considered as an effective and attractive approach to improve the eco-market trade-off of electromechanical products. Existing low-carbon product design approaches focus on solving specific low-carbon problems, and how to explore and navigate the integrative design space considering low-carbon and knowledge in a holistic perspective is rarely discussed. In response, this paper proposes a knowledge-based integrated product design framework to support low-carbon product development. An ontology-based knowledge modelling approach is put forward to represent the multidisciplinary design knowledge to facilitate knowledge sharing and integration. Subsequently, a function–structure synthesis approach based on case-based reasoning is presented to narrow down the design space to generate suitable design solutions for achieving desired functions. A multi-objective mathematical model is established, and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization is adopted to solve the low-carbon product optimization. Furthermore, a decision-making ranking approach based on the closeness degree is employed to prioritize the potential solutions from Pareto set. Finally, a case study of low-carbon product design of hydraulic machine is demonstrated to show the effectiveness.  相似文献

As a new business model, mass customization (MC) intends to enable enterprises to comply with customer requirements at mass production efficiencies. A widely advocated approach to implement MC is platform product customization (PPC). In this approach, a product variant is derived from a given product platform to satisfy customer requirements. Adaptive PPC is such a PPC mode in which the given product platform has a modular architecture where customization is achieved by swapping standard modules and/or scaling modular components to formulate multiple product variants according to market segments and customer requirements. Adaptive PPC optimization includes structural configuration and parametric optimization. This paper presents a new method, namely, a cooperative coevolutionary algorithm (CCEA), to solve the two interrelated problems of structural configuration and parametric optimization in adaptive PPC. The performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with other methods through a set of computational experiments. The results show that CCEA outperforms the existing hierarchical evolutionary approaches, especially for large-scale problems tested in the experiments. From the experiments, it is also noticed that CCEA is slow to converge at the beginning of evolutionary process. This initial slow convergence property of the method improves its searching capability and ensures a high quality solution.  相似文献

Identification of the product platform is a key step in designing a family of products. This article presents a methodology for selecting the product platform by using information obtained from the individual optimization of the product variants. Under the assumption that the product variety requires only mild design changes, a performance deviation vector is derived by taking into consideration individual optimal designs and sensitivities of functional requirements. Commonality decisions are based on values of the performance deviation vector, and the product family is designed optimally with respect to the chosen platform. The proposed methodology is applied to the design of a family of automotive body structures. Variants are defined by changing the functional requirements they need to satisfy and/or the geometry of the associated finite element models.  相似文献

In product engineering, design changes are unavoidable because of the evolution of customer requirements and key technologies. Modularization has been extensively applied as an effective strategy for the development of complex products. In a modular product, although modules are supposed to be functionally independent, the design change in a module can still propagate to other modules because of the interfaces between modules. This propagation leads to numerous potential propagation paths and uncontrollable change in costs. Thus, it is valuable to consider the impact of the modular structure during the optimization of design change propagation. This research offers a glimpse into design change propagation routing in modular products to accelerate design change propagation within the modules. First, the relationships between components were determined to construct the product network model. Subsequently, an optimization model of the design change propagation path was established to minimize the change propagation intensity, which includes the importance of the components, change in cost, and path length. To decrease the number of modules that the design change propagates into, the correlation between the modules was explored as penalties, considering the dependencies of a module on the interface(s) that are defined from aspects of the topological characteristics, change in the propagation characteristics, and cost of design changes. A multiple-population genetic algorithm was developed to solve this model. Finally, a case study of the design change propagation routing of a potato lifter was implemented to expound on the utility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献
